Cotton Tails at Hagley

Excellent staff who work really hard to make the days enjoyable for the children. Good knowledge of children's likes and dislikes and children enjoy the trips and walks they have been on recently. Help to get children ready for school and thrive in day-to-day life.

Our daughter has been at Cotton Tails Day Nursery since she was 1 year old and we plan for her to stay there until school. There is a lovely vibe about the nursery - with all staff being friendly, warm, interested and well informed about our daughter. I strongly believe that the tone is set by the nursery manager who we have always found professional whilst approachable, accommodating, helpful and very friendly.

The staff are lovely and my little girl loves it. She always comes away smiling and happy. It's got even better recently as in the nursery room they have started going on little walks to the library or to look at the seasons and it's just so nice to know they make the effort to get the children out and about and mix things up for them. Great setting.

My daughter has been at Cotton Tails at Hagley since September 2020 and I cannot praise the staff there enough. As soon as my husband and I stepped into Cotton Tails we knew it was the nursery for us. The pride taken in the appearance of the nursery and the activities the children are doing is clear, the care and warmth for all the children was really obvious and we have no regrets. Our daughter had no problem settling into nursery and she adores going, her beaming smile every time she sees the staff reassures me that this was absolutely the right choice. Thank you for everything you are doing during these challenging and uncertain times and for making our daughter one happy and confident little lady.

This nursery is like a second family for my son. I have complete faith in the nursery, and now have a hard time whether I want my child to go to preschool, or continue on here at Cotton Tails for the school room, because he loves it so much!

Both of my children have attended this nursery and I cannot thank or praise the staff enough. I feel Cotton Tails at Hagley mangers and staff have dealt with Covid-19 in a very safe and professional manner in these difficult times. Both of my children have loved going to this nursery. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic staff, always go the extra mile with the children and update regularly on how the children are doing throughout their day. Lovely setting and environment for the children. Only a small outdoor area but this has been made very accessible and fun for the children.

The environment is spotless, bright and incredibly well cared for and the range of activities provided are exceptional. My child loves attending and I could not imagine him being given a better start anywhere else.

Excellent nursery. Friendly staff, great facilities and a wide range of daily activities offered. We've never had anything other than a fantastic experience with the nursery. Our daughter absolutely thrives there.

My daughter, now 3, has been going to Cotton Tails since she was 6 months old and loves it. We chose this nursery due to the clean feel and safe spaces inside and outside which were especially important with her being so young. As she's moved her way up the rooms, she has grown with confidence and I can't praise the staff enough for their help and encouragement.

We have sent our 2 children to this nursery. Even though it is relatively new, it has good leadership and a motivated team. Our kids feel safe and happy there. The building is fresh, clean and well equipt. We think our children will feel more ready for school having had such a supportive nursery environment.

Cotton Tails is a wonderful and nurturing environment that has been a real enrichment of our twins! Staff are very warm and friendly, we couldn't have asked for anything better.

Such a friendly, caring and safe environment for my son. The nursery is so clean and bright I knew as soon as I saw it that I wanted my son to go there. The staff are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. My son loves it here, they do so much with the children. 5-star nursery.

Staff were amazing, my son was very clingy to me and I was worried about him adjusting to nursery. I returned back to work very comfortable knowing he was in great hands. He settled into nursery so well. The staff really looked after him well. He loves it there.

We used this nursery for my first daughter for 18 months which was brilliant and were about to send our second daughter there as well. The atmosphere is great, facilities very clean, staff are professional yet kind and friendly.

My child graduated from this nursery in July and I cannot praise the company and it’s amazing staff enough. The staff are all so welcoming and friendly and my child really enjoyed her time there. The building is always clean and tidy. The activities set up are always enjoyable and engaging, my daughter was always coming home full of excitement. I loved how they took the children on trips and provided them with lots of new experiences.

Wonderful, professional and friendly nursery, I would even call it a home from home. After struggling with my daughter being upset when left at a previous nursery, I thought I’d try Cotton Tails out. Even the first day that I left my daughter, there wasn’t a tear in sight! She loved to go every day and all of the staff showed nothing but professionalism, love and care for her. I couldn’t recommend Cotton Tails enough. The settings are also beautifully clean, modern and colourful, a perfect environment for children to begin their learning journey! Thank you Cotton Tails! You will forever have a place in our hearts!
