Cotton Tails at Hagley

Our son has attended Cotton Tails for over 2 years now and thoroughly enjoys his time there. The staff are amazing and go out of their way on a daily basis to ensure that our son feels comfortable and content. I cannot give enough credit to the staff who work so incredibly hard. I go to work feeling confident that our son is in safe hands, enjoying himself and learning so much! The manager does a great job and two staff members, in particular, have had a great bond with him.

Lovely nursery, always friendly and welcoming and the extra activities are great. My son enjoys going here.

This wonderful team of ladies have cared for our daughter for the last three years. They have provided a caring and nurturing environment for the children. I’m so happy that we chose Cotton Tails to care for our child whilst we both work full time. Our child’s day has structure, creativity and a caring environment. Thank you Ladies.

My son (20months) absolutely loves going to nursery. The staff are so friendly and look after him so well. The rooms are big and very clean. There are lots of great toys and activities. The outside space is perfect for little ones. I would 100% recommend this nursery to anyone.

A wonderful setting that has supported and cared for both my daughter and son. The activities that are put on by the team here are wonderful, the care home visits were a particular favourite.

Since joining this nursery over a year ago, our son has flourished and grown to love Cotton Tails. All the staff are so welcoming to both parents and children. The nursery itself is a lovely clean, fresh and spacious environment, where children develop and learn well.

Our son had attended this nursery since he was ten months old (now two 2 years nine months) and is in his third room. The friendly, caring and professional staff have always done a great job and he has grown into a confident, bright and happy little boy who enjoys his nursery days! Despite taking a while to settle at the start, the staff have always been supportive and reassuring. They put a great deal of effort into a variety of activities throughout the year that you can join and get involved in. It’s a lovely bright, clean and safe environment for him to learn, grow and play.

Our daughter moved to Cotton Tails from another nursery when she was 18 months old. We thought she’d have a really hard time adapting but we were wrong and she has continued to flourish. The staff are exceptional and really care about each of the children in the nursery, regardless of which room they’re assigned to. As parents, we feel that the environment is welcoming, open and engaging for both us and our daughter and we wouldn’t change a thing.

I could not have asked for a better nursery for my child/soon to be children. The staff are amazing and genuinely care. They go above and beyond every day with regular family days and keep in touch sessions. The food is all home-cooked and the children love being there. I would not send my children anywhere else.

Our 1-year-old son started Cotton Tails in May 2019 and we have been extremely pleased so far with the care he has been given. He enjoys his days at nursery and the staff made his settling in days and week as comfortable as possible. He has formed a close bond with his keyworker and the staff genuinely care about all the children and babies they look after. He is learning lots, loves the food and seems to love all the activities during the day. Overall, we are extremely happy we chose this nursery for our son.

Firstly I would like to say the room staff are kind and helpful and during my child's settling in session made him feel exceptionally welcome. Communication is very good via the parent app on phone, emails, newsletter and letters. The cleanliness at this nursery is of a very high standard. One of the reasons I choose this nursery and they have a varied and good understanding of my child's development needs.

Our daughter has attended Cotton Tails since 2016 and has been through all 4 rooms. She loves going to nursery and we have always felt very confident and happy with the team. The settling in period was a smooth transition with great care and attention paid which has continued throughout especially when transitioning to the next room. The rooms are clean, well designed, colourful, stimulating and engaging. Communication and management are very good and all staff are friendly, approachable, helpful and most importantly have a lovely relationship with the children. Our daughter has grown into a confident and bright little girl. She comes back cheerful, talking about her day, her friends and what she has learnt. She has been on organised outings to the park, library, farm etc. We have no hesitation in recommending this nursery and think it’s a haven to inspire little minds to develop and grow in a safe and stimulating environment. Well done and thank you for the peace of mind you give!

Our son is thriving and developing well in all areas. The staff are very loving and nurturing towards the children and are understanding towards their individual needs.

We could not have selected a better place for our son to attend and we would highly recommend Cotton Tails at Hagley to any parent looking for childcare for a little one of any young age.

My son thoroughly enjoys nursery and his confidence has improved massively. He’s creative play and imagination has developed and grown since he started along with other learning aspects such as numbers. The staff are fantastic and you can see they have a great working relationship amongst each other and most importantly with the children. I would highly recommend Cotton Tails as it’s a lovely, happy and safe environment which my son and I will hugely miss when he starts primary school in September.

I cannot rate this nursery high enough, my daughter loves it here and so do we. If anyone is looking for a nursery for their child look no further, you will not find anywhere better for cleanliness, friendliness and the children’s happiness, safety and welfare are their priority.

Our son only started at Cotton Tails in January 2018 when we moved to the area. In comparison to his former Nursery, Cotton Tails is purpose built, bright, airy, well furnished and resourced. We always find the staff friendly, helpful and professional and our son is so happy in their care and he seems to have settled so quickly.

Our son loves the School room with the role play areas, there are dinosaurs, the staff are creative and undertake some lovely activities with the children.

Just started taking my son here and it’s an amazing place. Very bright, clean and stimulating. The outdoor area is brilliant and a very safe place for children to play. All the staff are great. Very friendly and polite also very professional and experienced. I’d highly recommend Cotton Tails at Hagley to anyone.

My son attends Cotton Tails at Hagley and has been here since September. I looked around a number of nurseries in the area and nothing compared to here. It is a clean and welcoming environment which caught my eye from the off. The staff are always friendly and inform me on how my son's day has been and what exciting activities he’s been involved in that day. Before my son started nursery, he was a very fussy eater and the staff have worked with him in this area and he now enjoys his meals and tries new things! I couldn’t thank the team enough they do a great job and this is shown from the love they give each and every child. I would definitely recommend Cotton Tails at Hagley.
