Banana Moon Day Nursery Ashmore

Over the last twelve months, Banana Moon has faced some tough challenges and has overcome them with the support of the parents. They put the children first and ensure parents are well informed and communicated through every possible channel by the app, email or telephone, nothing is to much of a hassle. My young daughter thoroughly enjoys attending nursery to see her friends, which of course are the staff too. Her smile is wide and is very happy. My daughter's speech and development is coming on leaps and bounds and loves to learn at such a young age. Thank you Banana Moon for encouraging the children to love to learn, all in preparation for nursery or reception.

Our son has attended this nursery since he was 10 months old, and he's soon to be 3. He has excelled so much being here and he loves coming in to see the girls. He tells us every day about the activities he's done. We can't thank you enough, and will definitely be sending baby number 2.

My granddaughter has blossomed into a social butterfly she has gained manners, social skills and kindness to others that make me so proud. She has gained great useful skills to carry her this year into reception at big school. She has eaten so well with such a wide variety of nutritious food, and being able to see on the app what she has done and eaten is such peace of mind. The staff are so helpful in easing any concerns that may arise, thank you to all staff.

As any mom, you have reservations about the people looking after your children. What kind of care they will receive? Will they settle in? My child settled in so well, the staff are so friendly and approachable. I’ve not had a day where she says she doesn’t want to go, in fact, she wants to go more often. The fact the app gives you a breakdown of what they’ve done each day with photos and seeing their happy faces enjoying the varying activities just goes to show how much all the children enjoy going. Thank you for taking such great care.

My daughter has been attending Banana Moon Day Nursery Ashmore for a year now. I can’t praise the staff enough, especially during coronavirus, where they have had to look after children whilst parents go to work. The nursery has been a lifeline for some parents and it’s helped the kids cope with all the changes and give them a bit of normality. All the staff are so friendly to talk to, give daily updates through the app, the food choices are good, they do lots of different activities with them and my daughter comes home happy every time she’s been to nursery and I feel like she has thrived since being there. Thank you Banana Moon Day Nursery Ashmore, she will surely miss the place and all of you when she starts school!

My daughter has been attending for over a year now! The staff are so welcoming and really care about her development ready for preschool! Such a clean, happy and safe place for her to attend. A really good choice for anyone thinking of this nursery.

My daughters have been attending the nursery since September 2020 in baby moons room I can’t thank them all, particular two members of staff, enough for how they have looked after my daughter. It was a big worry for me trusting the care of my daughter to a none family member but honestly, I had nothing to worry about! She runs in and says “bye mommy” and doesn’t even look back, that is how I know she is safe and comfortable. My daughter comes home daily teaching me and telling me all the new things she has learnt and this is what you want for your child to thrive! The use of the app to keep us parents updated on our children’s day is fabulous too and the golden moment's tool within the app is great. It will pop up at certain times when my daughter has done something outstanding with photographic evidence to go with the write-up. Overall, I am so glad that I chose Banana Moon Day Nursery Ashmore and will advise anyone looking for childcare to use them.

My son has been in this nursery for a while now and I can’t thank them enough. He’s done so well in everything since he’s been there. He loves this nursery, the best decision I made was sending him to this nursery.

My little boy has been attending the nursery since he was six months old. It’s such a hard decision to leave your baby at such a young age but I put my faith in the girls and the management and they have never let me down. They have always looked after my little boy perfectly, sticking to my routine or requests. The baby room staff are all lovely and approachable and they plan stimulating activities around the children’s needs development and their interests. I could not recommend this nursery enough, I can always go to work knowing my little boy is happy and well looked after. The management team are all lovely and friendly and so are all the other staff in the different rooms.

As soon as we walked through the doors we felt at home. The staff we met were very welcoming, showing patience with our concerns. I have never looked back. My daughter has been going for two years now and sadly will be leaving for big school in September. She has learnt so much in her time at Banana Moon Day Nursery Ashmore, her key worker is fabulous. All the staff and management know all of the children which I like, as its not just a number. Very Covid-19 safe, no concerns at all. Excellent food and snacks, with extra portions which my little one has most days. In summertime all the children have bottles of water outside when playing. Thank you all for everything you've done for us.

My daughter has been attending Banana Moon since she was 9 months old, she's now 4. Staff have always been so accommodating and helpful. They have taken all appropriate steps to ensure the environment is saf,e ensuring hands are sanitised on entry. My daughter loves attending here and looks forward to her days in.

My daughter is new to Banana Moon Day Nursery, having only spent six weeks in total with the team. I was extremely apprehensive about sending my daughter to nursery but felt that she needed more interaction with children her age. We made the right choice with Banana Moon. We have had some tears (from us both) but these have reduced. The team are friendly and always encourage my daughter to 'come and play' as soon as she arrives. The team have asked what my daughter 'likes doing' and have included this in her day. I have noted that my daughter's speech has improved in the short time she has been attending. I am looking forward to seeing my daughter grow and develop. The app that is used to update parents is good and I love seeing the photographs that are shared.

I am very happy that I have chosen this nursery for my child he has been attending from September 2018 and has settled in very well. The nursery has a really good settling in process, the staff are all friendly and I feel so comfortable leaving my child in the care of the staff. The daily updates/reports are fantastic, explains all the things your child has done, eaten, etc. very detailed and useful. Would highly recommend Banana Moon.

Such friendly and welcoming staff, they will all help as much as they can. They are accommodating, my daughter has come on so much since attending she is always happy to go and sad to leave. My daughter is lactose intolerant and they discussed this at length with me to determine what she can have and if anything changes. The food provided is always excellent healthy full meals and if my daughter is still hungry they allow another portion which for my daughter is often. There is always a variety of activities of all different types and holiday-themed activities.

My son has been attending Banana Moon Day Nursery for 10 months and he has come on so well. The staff are very approachable and welcoming and my son loves going.

The Managers are outstanding. Very accommodating and understanding. I’m so glad we chose this nursery! My daughter is developing very well and I owe it to the nursery. Thank you so much to each and every one of the Nursery’s staff, we really appreciate all you have done for us and our daughter.

This is a brilliant nursery, my son has settled in really well which surprised me as he can be quiet and his speech has really improved since starting here. The staff are all friendly, approachable and very professional and he's always very happy to spend the day here while I'm at work. They are very good at keeping me updated on his day via the app including photos of him taking part in activities. I couldn't ask for more, I feel very reassured that he's happy whenever he attends here.

She looks forward to her days at the nursery and it makes me happy that she is thriving.
