Putting our first born into nursery was a really daunting experience for us, as I'm sure most parents. Banana moon have been amazing from the very beginning and our first meeting with his key worker, all of the discussion was around getting to know him as an individual and his needs. The
communication during the first few months was a big deal for us needing to message on the app and check in, getting regular updates gave us comfort. The activities they do are great and helps to see on the diary update. The food we can't fault as it's so varied and focussed on healthy nutritious food that we appreciate.
Honestly couldn't be happier with the nursery and the experience we have had, we have already secured a place for our second child!

We've been very happy with Banana Moon since our son has been attending.
I feel they are very professional and we're very happy with how our son has settled. We enjoy getting updates, and how well run the establishment is.
All staff we have spoken with are friendly.

Not just a singular month review but one that is for the nearly 12 months our daughter has been at banana moon. The continuity of care provided is second to none. A loving and nurturing environment is provided every day. From the staff led activities, the food provided, the outdoor space, and the
caring nature of all the staff including the management team, we couldn't ask for any more. We have had a brilliant experience so far and look forward to seeing what the rest of our banana moon journey will hold.

I cannot just pick one month they have been excellent. They are absolutely outstanding and I could not wish for my son to be in a better nursery than banana moon. When he started, he was in baby moons for a short while and the staff were so caring towards him, and so patient. He is now in mini
moons, he was struggling with his speech and got referred to speech therapy, but now he is talking sentences to everyone and I'm ever so proud of him & thankful towards the nursery! All the staff at the nursery are so welcoming and kind, he absolutely loves it there. I cannot thank the nursery enough for their hard work & their positive attitudes.

This nursery fills me with so much confidence every time I drop my little one off. The staff and manager are friendly, easy to communicate with and always encouraging my child to learn and develop. I would recommend this nursery to anyone with children and who are looking for a nursery.

Overall, great nursery with some very lovely members of staff. The service is wonderful too and my child always comes back happy. The only gripe I have is that the fees are always increasing at the most inconvenient time. With parents finally benefitting from free hours, by the time you then factor
in the consumable prices and increase you don't actually save much. It's already hard on parents but I feel that the moment we get any relief it's taken away. I don't know how much influence the nursery has on these things but it's obviously something that is disheartening. Even if we could send our children with a packed lunch this would help massively but that's not even an option so £6 a day for consumables and the price increase hurts the pockets.

Staff are fantastic! Always professional with a positive attitude. Little one has come on leaps and bounds since being in the mini moons room. Our child looks forward to going to nursery and is always full of stories about what they've done. The menu is refreshed regularly and has a wide range of
options for children. So glad we chose this nursery.

My son has been at Banana Moon Day Nursery Ashmore for nearly three years and I have been so pleased with the care given and his progress throughout his time there. He has formed great relationships with the other children and the staff and regularly tells us how much he enjoys his time there. I am
very pleased with the activities he does and the way learning is embedded within those activities. The staff and management are great and have made us and my son feel very welcome from day one.

My daughter has been with Banana Moon Day Nursery since she was 4 months old, the staff have always been so lovely and welcoming, I've never had a problem with my daughter going in which shows how comfortable she feels there. I can put my full trust in all the staff and my daughter thoroughly enjoys
her time there, I couldn't recommend the nursery enough!

I cannot express how grateful I am to have found this nursery for my child! From the moment we stepped through the doors, it felt like a warm and welcoming environment. The staff are incredibly caring, professional and attentive, making it clear that they genuinely love working with children.

I have my 1 year old here. So far, our experience has been really good. Staff have given medications as requested and they give useful handovers at the end of each day. Also, at parents' meeting, we were given important updates and developmental aspects that are being worked on.

Amazing staff. Welcoming, friendly. They know exactly how to look after my 11 month old and they always treat him with such love and care. So much so, a few months into his nursery time and he has built strong and secure connections with every single member of staff.
Every staff member puts their
efforts into him, even if he is not in their group.
My child absolutely adores coming to nursery. His play and development opportunities are unique and endless. The staff are always thinking outside the box for new opportunities for the children in their care.
We haven't had one single issue since he started. Right from our first walk around to daily handovers, the nursery staff are stupendously professional and I cannot recommend this nursery enough.

Staff are always very caring and attentive. Both my child are always happy to go in and happy when I collect them. Seeing how all the children are greeted at the door fills me with confidence seeing that the staff are so thoughtful and try their best to connect with them all. The staff know both my
children's personalities and are always very talkative when it comes to interaction with myself, makes me feel comfortable when talking about any small issues.

Our daughter has attended for over a year. We enrolled her earlier than planned as we were concerned with her development; particularly socially. This has been the best decision we have ever made. The staff have all been absolutely amazing in supporting her (and us) throughout and the positive
change in her is unbelievable. They were also very supportive throughout her transition between rooms. She comes home so excited to tell us all about the wonderful things she has done during the day. We love getting detailed updates and pictures through the app. The staff have always been so helpful and you can see that they genuinely care about our daughter and all of the children. This is our second child that has attended and we can't wait for our little boy to join when he is old enough. I have and will always recommend this nursery and can not thank them enough for the positive impact they have had on both of our daughters lives and development.

As a family we want to give our daughter the best life and this would not be possible without Banana Moon Ashmore allowing us to both work full time.
It feels like they all, especially four members of staff in particular, have become our extended family.
The way they look after our daughter, keep
her safe, teach her new things and generally show her love is a testament to you all and what amazing people you are.
Two members of staff are constantly spoken about in our house, in the morning our daughter gets excited when I say 'you're going to play with them' today and you can see how much she loves you them both.
We appreciate everything they do for our daughter and teaching her new things, she surprises us everyday and that's down to people at Banana Moon Ashmore and the support they give us, as parents, is incredible.
We don't have much family support so all those advice, the chats of a morning and pick ups are always appreciated and it's lovely they all do it with such smiles on your faces.

The transition from toddlers to preschool for my daughter was amazing. The settling-in sessions into pre-school helped a lot but the excitement at the end of the day said it all. I was apprehensive with dropping nap time but the staff were confident and gave my daughter the choice of whether she
wants to nap or not, as well as closely monitoring her. The transition to pre-school has gone so well that my daughter comes home looking forward to the next day.
The nursery is diverse and celebrates it by talking about different cultural festivities. The days of dressing up and wearing the same colours to represent the day make it exciting.
The staff show interest in what children are into and go the extra mile, i.e. having a butterfly kit. Watching the butterflies evolve from eggs is a great way of learning than just reading books and watching videos. The lifecycle of a butterfly is fun education to early years.
