They are amazing!

The staff show interest in what children are into and go the extra mile, i.e. having a butterfly kit. Watching the butterflies evolve from eggs is a great way of learning than just reading books and watching videos. The lifecycle of a butterfly is fun education to early years.

Absolutely fantastic nursery, my little boy has come on leaps and bounds since joining in January 2023. He has additional learning needs and all the girls see to his needs so well. I can’t thank them enough.

Great staff and great relationships with children. Would recommend. My daughter loves it there, been there since she was 6 months old and is now 2 1/2. Wouldn’t want her anywhere else. My son will be attending in October too!

Lovely multicultural environment, with great staff and amazing healthy meals. My daughter is very well looked after and has formed amazing bonds with staff and other children.

Overall the nursery experience has been very good for our kids. One graduated and now in Year One still speaks highly of his time at Banana Moon. Our youngest is still at the nursery and whilst he isn't the biggest morning person around he always comes out with a smile on his face.

Speech and understanding has been enhancing very well, and areas we wouldn't expect him to communicate on they have both done it quickly.

The only negative we've experienced in recent times is the collection process. There have been occasions were you can be waiting 5-10 minutes to have your child get ready or have them appear. It does feel like this process needs to be revisited and streamlined to allow a swifter collection process. Appreciate the old route of fingerprinting and coming in may not be viable anymore but often we collect and there are long queues in a dark area with little shelter from the weather. Not great in the winter months.

The flipside, the drop-off is always very quick and easy.

He gets on with all the kids. They are very understanding all the time. They promote healthy eating. They have a good system. They have a key person for that child and overall the facilities are great.

My child loves coming to nursery here, she also came home at Christmas with a Christmas pack with a gift and cards and things she made that will be keepsakes. I feel safe and secure knowing she’s well looked after at Banana Moon.

I feel at complete ease with dropping my daughter off at baby moons room all of the staff are extremely friendly and always provide lovely pictures of all the things they get up to. I can see how much she enjoys it and makes me extremely happy to see how much faster she is developing since attending so thank you.

We genuinely believe that nursery have helped to shape the loving, caring and kind person Isabelle is becoming. We are so glad we chose Banana Moon Ashmore.

Great and friendly staff. Always have a positive outlook and understanding of child's needs. They help develop independence and a positive attitude. They always accommodate a child's needs for medical and physical needs.

He enjoys his time there as he's very happy when collecting him as he tells me all the stuff he's been doing. Also, the art work sent home over Christmas was lovely to see.

My son has just recently started at Banana Moon, when he first started his speech was very limited and his confidence was very little. However since starting his speech has improved rapidly! He's become a much more happy and confident boy and the staff are amazing! I could not fault them at Banana Moon at all

I am so glad that we chose to send our daughter to Banana Moon! The staff are amazing, we are always well informed about what has happened at nursery each day. We love seeing all the daily photos of her learning. Each day she goes there is always something different for her to do. If I ever have any queries they always respond back to me quickly. They go above and beyond, we really enjoy the stay and play sessions and the parent consultations. We know she is well fed, loved and cared for here. Thank you!

I was really hesitant about putting my child into nursery I viewed a few other nurseries before coming to Banana Moon Day Nursery Ashmore. I didn’t feel comfortable and confident with them but Banana Moon Day Nursery Ashmore staff are wonderful and very friendly and supportive. My child has settled in amazingly at the nursery. I feel very confident that my child’s needs are met and that she also feels comfortable when at the nursery.

My son has been attending Nursery for over 3 months. At the start, he was very upset and anxious, and I can see an improvement each time I drop him off.

His key worker, whom we refer to as his 'nursery mom' as he bonded with her straight away. I have also spoken with another staff member a few times who helps settle him when his key worker isn't there.

The team have been brilliant and I would recommend Banana Moon to anyone.

Excellent nursery. My daughter loves coming and talks about the things she does at nursery all the time. The feedback from staff both face to face and on the mobile app is useful as I don’t always do the pick up for my daughter and therefore it is lovely to get pictures and details about her day from staff remotely. Staff are always approachable and offer advice when requested. We have noticed a vast improvement on her language skills and confidence since attending.

All of the staff at Banana Moon Day Nursery Ashmore are extremely friendly and accommodating. They do lots of different activities with the children which I think is great. My daughter took a while to get used to nursery but now she loves it and that is due to the staff. Every time we pick her up they give us a handover of what she has been doing and eating which is really useful.
