Kiddi Caru Day Nursery and Preschool Hanham

Both of my children have attended Hanham Hall (one currently there) and they have both loved going. The staff are amazing and this is what makes the nursery what it is. They are friendly, welcoming, attentive and caring. The manager and communication from staff throughout Covid/lockdown has been brilliant. I would highly recommend this setting.

One member of staff, in particular, has been amazing with my son. I would highly recommend Mama bears and can not fault anything.

My son has been attending Mama Bear's at Hanham Hall since January 2019 and he absolutely loves it there. Today he cried because he didn't want to leave! The staff and so friendly, happy and professional and I truly believe that all of the girls that work there really care about all of the children, and are passionate about their development and well being. I am always really impressed with the number of activities they do with the children and love receiving updates on my app! The setting is clean and the facilities are great. There are lots of colourful toys, displays and sensory areas which my little boy loves. There is nothing bad that I could say about this nursery or the staff in it. Lastly, the way that COVID has been handled by the staff has been extremely impressive. There are strict measures in place to protect our children and the staff are committed to making the setting as clean and as safe as possible. Thank you Mama Bear's!

Lovely setting and staff. My child has been very happy attending Mama Bears and we will be sad to leave next month and start the next adventure to school.

The staff are very friendly here and they all speak to the children and know their names, even if they are from different rooms. They provide good information on how my children are doing and they both always come home happy. They have a nice outdoor space and a good range of toys and activities for the children to do. They are quick to deal with any concerns or questions. I have been particularly impressed with the leadership here.

I am very happy with the staff and management team. My daughter loves it here and it is such a relief.

I've had children at Mama Bear's (Hanham Hall) for the last year. We've had children in pre-school and Boway Room and have been extremely pleased with the care they've received. Staff have been consistent with a wide range of activities and enjoy their time at nursery. I have no hesitation in recommending Mama Bear's (Hanham Hall).

Our son used to attend Mama Bears The Bush but transferred to Hanham Hall when we moved house, the staff were really helpful and have assisted us with everything they can. They show a real insight and concern for our son, we trust that they are doing their best for him in busy circumstances!

His nutritional needs are cared for and they have also helped us with potty training. Our son loves the garden and the amount of time and freedom they are allowed. If something were wrong with our son, we trust they would call us straight away. They are keen to progress his learning and see his potential moving forward. They have also been very caring and helpful since our second son was born.

My son went to another Mama Bears nursery for nearly 3 years, then Hanham Hall for under 2. He's come on leaps and bounds on his sentences and learning. He's made lots of friends and enjoys his time there.

When I take or pick up my granddaughter from nursery, I am greeted at the door by a member of staff. As I walk through, every member of staff speaks to me or waves and smiles. The rooms are well organized and children seem happy and busy with their activities. The display walls are always well done with themes relevant to the time of the year. Overall, I think it is a well-organised nursery with staff that care for the children and make it a nice environment for learning and playing.

I looked at a lot of nurseries for my daughter before returning to work and none of them came close to Hanham Mama Bears. My daughter loves it here and I couldn't be happier with the care she receives. All the staff are committed to providing the best possible care. Staff seem to know all the children's names, whether they are in their class or not, which adds to the "family" feel. The children have so much fun and I love that they have the space to play outside too.

Since my son has attended Mama Bears he has made friends and his character has changed for the better. There are no more tears when I drop him off and always smiles when I collect him. He loves his key worker and enjoys daily activities at preschool. He always asks "when do I have preschool?" and can't wait to get there. It is an amazing place and I'm so happy we found it.

Mama Bear's at Hanham Hall is a great setting and I cannot recommend it enough to other parents.

I couldn't be more happy with the level of care my daughter receives. Going back to work was initially a daunting prospect but knowing how well my daughter was looked after really put my mind at ease. She adores the nursery and its staff and has come on leaps and bounds.
