Our whole experience has been superb from start to end. Our daughter has been in this nursery from nine months old, all the way through to pre-school. She is leaving this week ready for school next week, and she's loved every minute of it.
All of the staff have been incredible towards her and each
have their own special bond, which has been amazing to see. They have been a huge influence in her progression and learning as she moved up the year groups and we've enjoyed watching her development as it's happened.
I couldn't recommend the nursery highly enough and if we do have a second child, then we wouldn't hesitate to send them here.

My son started attending Mama Bears Day Nursery Hanham Hall around 10 weeks ago. He was a little lockdown baby that wasn’t used to socialising and definitely not used to being left with anyone so I was worried about sending him to nursery.
Due to covid he had to do his setting in sessions without
me being able to go onsite/stay with him. It was a daunting thought at first, handing your child over to strangers at the front door but the staff were so kind, understanding and patient.
My son very quickly settled into nursery and is now excited going in.
All the staff are lovely but I wanted to a special mention to his key worker, who has been brilliant, bounding with our son, taking the time to give us feedback on collection and making us feel at ease when we were new and worried.
The site itself is lovely, there is lots of space for the children to explore.
They use an app which gives you updates on nappy changes, food, naps etc. As well as observations.

This is my third child I have sent to the setting and they all have absolutely loved it there! The staff are so friendly and the kids have so much fun. I would and have recommended this nursery to friends.

My daughter started going here when she was 1. She was very well cared for and loved being in the baby room. She settled really quickly at Hanham Hall and has never looked back. The Tweenies room became a firm favourite and it was obvious to see why as the staff in there are absolutely fantastic with
the children. They did a great job helping my daughter's confidence grow. She has now moved into the Bouncies room and comes home singing all the songs she danced to that day! We get regular updates of her counting and development changes. Her key workers were a really great support team for her as a new sibling came along. We have never had any issues and would highly recommend this nursery as a safe and kind place for your child. The staff are all so welcoming and we look forward to our little one starting next month! I’m sure she will love it too.

We have been very happy with Mama Bear's Hanham Hall and have had a very positive experience with both of our children. The staff are very caring and go above and beyond. The communication is great which helps, and staff will always try and have a good conversation with you at pick up to discuss the
day. They are a lovely team who genuinely seem to really care about the children they look after. Despite the challenges of the pandemic they have maintained professionalism and continued to do their best for the children.

My son has been going to Mama Bear's since he was 1 year old and he is now in his last year of preschool. Through his time at the nursery, the staff have been amazing so caring, supportive and always have smiles on their faces. The manager and her staff are very easy to talk to and very accommodating
if there are issues or sudden changes. Will be a very sad day when we leave the nursery to start big school.

The staff at Mama Bear's Hanham Hall are fantastic and extremely caring. Our daughter absolutely loves it there. When most of her friends started school in September, they really helped her to make new friends and not feel alone. I was really worried about that transition, but the staff were brilliant
and made it easy for our little girl. The nursery manager is very friendly and I absolutely trust in her management skills and she's successful in bringing the best out in her team. Definitely recommend!

Both of my children have attended Hanham Hall (one currently there) and they have both loved going. The staff are amazing and this is what makes the nursery what it is. They are friendly, welcoming, attentive and caring. The manager and communication from staff throughout Covid/lockdown has been brilliant.
I would highly recommend this setting.

My son has been attending Mama Bear's since September 2020. He took a while to settle but the staff could not have done more to help him.
Now he is settled, he thoroughly enjoys attending and has really developed in confidence.
I love using the ParentZone app which is updated regularly and it’s
lovely to see and hear what’s going on - as I don’t always get much information from my son!
One member of staff, in particular, has been amazing with my son. I would highly recommend Mama bears and can not fault anything.

My son has been attending Mama Bear's at Hanham Hall since January 2019 and he absolutely loves it there. Today he cried because he didn't want to leave! The staff and so friendly, happy and professional and I truly believe that all of the girls that work there really care about all of the children,
and are passionate about their development and well being. I am always really impressed with the number of activities they do with the children and love receiving updates on my app! The setting is clean and the facilities are great. There are lots of colourful toys, displays and sensory areas which my little boy loves. There is nothing bad that I could say about this nursery or the staff in it. Lastly, the way that COVID has been handled by the staff has been extremely impressive. There are strict measures in place to protect our children and the staff are committed to making the setting as clean and as safe as possible. Thank you Mama Bear's!

The staff are amazing. If you want your child to feel safe a secure then this is the place. The staff are an absolute credit to the company they work so hard day in and day out. The manager is also fantastic and incredibly hard-working, but it's her exceptional management skills that bring out the staff.
The staff are by far what definitely makes that setting.

The staff are very friendly here and they all speak to the children and know their names, even if they are from different rooms. They provide good information on how my children are doing and they both always come home happy. They have a nice outdoor space and a good range of toys and activities for
the children to do. They are quick to deal with any concerns or questions. I have been particularly impressed with the leadership here.

I've had children at Mama Bear's (Hanham Hall) for the last year. We've had children in pre-school and Boway Room and have been extremely pleased with the care they've received. Our son used to attend Mama Bears The Bush but transferred to Hanham Hall when we moved house, the staff were really helpful and have assisted us with everything they can. They show a real insight and concern for our son, we trust that they are doing their best for him in busy circumstances!


His

nutritional needs are cared for and they have also helped us with potty training. Our son loves the garden and the amount of time and freedom they are allowed. If something were wrong with our son, we trust they would call us straight away. They are keen to progress his learning and see his potential moving forward. They have also been very caring and helpful since our second son was born.

Job Title: Nursery Manager

Hannah has been in the Early Years sector for 16 years, recently receiving an ‘Outstanding Leadership’ award at our annual leadership conference. She has a passion for in-the-moment planning and 'The Curiosity approach'. Hannah started working in childcare as an apprentice and began her management journey nearly 10 years ago, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience, to help support our families.
