I like the app as you can see how your child is eating but also how they are progressing as it puts the framework indicators there so you can monitor the development. Would highly recommend

First and foremost, I would like to thank each and every carer at Mama Bears for their dedication and commitment towards nurturing and caring for the children. My 4-year-old daughter attends the nursery at Hanham Hall and I have been extremely impressed with the level of care and attention that she has received. The staff are incredibly friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable, and one thing that has really stood out to me is the personalised approach that Mama Bears takes towards each child. The staff take the time to get to know each child's likes, dislikes, and individual needs, and tailor their care accordingly. Overall, I cannot recommend Mama Bears Nursery at Hanham Hall highly enough. The care, attention, and dedication shown by the staff are truly exceptional, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a wonderful place for my daughter to grow and learn. Thank you, Mama Bears!

My son has been attending the Mama Bears Hanham Hall setting since August 2020 and has thrived in the welcoming, supportive, and fun environment. His confidence, skills, curiosity and independence have all been encouraged by the setting and staff, regardless of what age he has been. The outside activity space is second to none in the area and he absolutely loves the freedom he has to explore through play in the environment he enjoys most. As parents, we are given frequent updates about activities and achievements, and staff are always well informed about how he's got on during his day.

We cannot praise Mama Bear's enough! Our little boy has been with them for around 7 months and since then, he’s come on leaps and bounds, he’s developing great social skills and his confidence is through the roof which is no doubt due to the nurturing, wonderful staff who look after him. He’s always smiling as are we knowing how happy and cared for he is. The app keeps us updated throughout the day and we love seeing all the fun he has. Could not recommend more.

Mama Bear’s Hanham Hall is a lovely setting. The staff are all very welcoming and my son is getting on very well since starting. The staff update the app daily, as well as updating regular moments and any announcements.

We have been sending our child to this nursery for nearly a year now. And we have been absolutely thrilled with the care they give. The activities they do with the children are amazing, and the staff are so friendly. We particularly love how much time they spend outside in the garden, as this was important to us. Would highly recommend Mama Bear's Day Nursery (Hanham Hall) to any other parents.

My daughter started this nursery approximately 6 weeks ago. She has settled in really well and comes home with a big smile at the end of the day. All the staff I have spoken to are very friendly and take a genuine interest in my daughter and getting to know her. I was very anxious, as most parents are sending their child to nursery for the first time, but my anxieties were soon put to rest after my daughter’s first day. I couldn’t be more happier and pleased with the nursery and look forward to seeing how my daughter grows and develops there over the next couple of years. Thanks everyone!

My little girl started Mama Bear's Hanham Hall at the end of September. I was extremely nervous about leaving her with people she didn’t know, however, the staff made me feel at ease and were so lovely on her settling in session. My daughter absolutely loves it and comes home with new words and seems to have built a lot of confidence. She is normally very happy to leave me and seems to really feel safe with the staff there. I just want to say how amazing you all are during these times and still ensuring my child is having fun and learning new skills every time she attends. Thank you.

My experience with this childcare provider is continuously positive. I have full confidence in the staff and their ability to provide exceptional care. Whenever, although very rarely, I've raised a query or issue, it is remedied quickly and professionally. The staff are respectful of my parental style and adapt this into their practise where possible.

Since enrolment, my child's development had surged. Throughout the pandemic, the nursery has been a saviour. We had concerns of our child's development and socialisation but, the staff work to ensure the negative snowball impacts of COVID-19 are minimised. It's a wonderful place for children to thrive.

I couldn't recommend the nursery highly enough and if we do have a second child, then we wouldn't hesitate to send them here.

They use an app which gives you updates on nappy changes, food, naps etc. As well as observations.

This is my third child I have sent to the setting and they all have absolutely loved it there! The staff are so friendly and the kids have so much fun. I would and have recommended this nursery to friends.

My daughter started going here when she was 1. She was very well cared for and loved being in the baby room. She settled really quickly at Hanham Hall and has never looked back. The Tweenies room became a firm favourite and it was obvious to see why as the staff in there are absolutely fantastic with the children. They did a great job helping my daughter's confidence grow. She has now moved into the Bouncies room and comes home singing all the songs she danced to that day! We get regular updates of her counting and development changes. Her key workers were a really great support team for her as a new sibling came along. We have never had any issues and would highly recommend this nursery as a safe and kind place for your child. The staff are all so welcoming and we look forward to our little one starting next month! I’m sure she will love it too.

We have been very happy with Mama Bear's Hanham Hall and have had a very positive experience with both of our children. The staff are very caring and go above and beyond. The communication is great which helps, and staff will always try and have a good conversation with you at pick up to discuss the day. They are a lovely team who genuinely seem to really care about the children they look after. Despite the challenges of the pandemic they have maintained professionalism and continued to do their best for the children.

My daughter has been going to Mama Bear's for 2 years now and she absolutely loves it. The staff there are brilliant and caring and encourage her to be the best she can be. Communication is great via the app and I love seeing the progress my daughter is making. Would definitely recommend Mama Bear's Hanham Hall!

My son has been going to Mama Bear's since he was 1 year old and he is now in his last year of preschool. Through his time at the nursery, the staff have been amazing so caring, supportive and always have smiles on their faces. The manager and her staff are very easy to talk to and very accommodating if there are issues or sudden changes. Will be a very sad day when we leave the nursery to start big school.

The staff at Mama Bear's Hanham Hall are fantastic and extremely caring. Our daughter absolutely loves it there. When most of her friends started school in September, they really helped her to make new friends and not feel alone. I was really worried about that transition, but the staff were brilliant and made it easy for our little girl. The nursery manager is very friendly and I absolutely trust in her management skills and she's successful in bringing the best out in her team. Definitely recommend!

We are really pleased with Mama Bear's Hanham Hall for our daughter's childcare. She loves going there and has great relationships with other children and keyworkers. The staff are always really friendly and happy to help with any queries!
