Dunkys Day Nursery (Sankey)

My son attended from 8-months-old until he left for school and currently now attends the out of school provision on-site with his sister. Their provision is outstanding and they go above and beyond for children in their care. Both of my children have increased in their confidence and are happy at the setting. As it is a small nursery all of the staff from all areas including admin, catering and senior staff know all of the children and this was evident during parents meetings, handovers and other contact times. It feels more like an extension of family than a nursery/out of school club and both me and my children will miss the staff when it is time for them to move on. Thank you!

Friendly staff, well trained and good with children. Provide learning schedules and progress reports regularly so we can track the development and progress of our child.

Dunky's Day Nursery (Sankey) has supported our childcare requirements for 5 years now in which we continue to have a child in attendance. It has proved a safe and thriving environment for our children in which they have rapidly progressed with their pre-school development. The staff are highly competent, experienced and friendly. The classrooms are great settings for children to work/play in. Class sizes are ideal in which every child get the attention and support they need. Their family fun days are welcoming and great in building relationships. I would highly recommend to other parents.

It has been great and amazing in every way. My child was bilingual and needed extra support at the start, they always go the extra mile. They made him at ease through the transition period and his whole experience great. Staff are friendly, all the staff know the children and are always smiling.

My daughter has attended Dunky's Day Nursery for 10 months. She has loved every day at the nursery. Since starting at Dunky's Day Nursery, my daughter's development has come on so much. She loves all the staff at the nursery and has a great relationship with her key person. The indoor and outdoor environments are amazing, with a wide range of activities planned.
