My son has started here in September, and his keyworker amongst other staff that know him well from before have made him feel so comfortable and relaxed here. He has formed such a lovely bond and always asks if his keyworker can come to his house for tea. He is very excited to be able to move up to
preschool ready for school in September. Thanks for making it easy for me to leave him with you and excited to see what he's been up to in the day.

My 11-month-old son has followed in his big brother's footsteps and gone to Bright Horizons. We were nervous about starting him so young and during a pandemic, but can not fault the care they show for the children.
The love and compassion shown is something I don’t think you’ll find anywhere else.
My son loves his time there and never seems too fussed about coming home!
The staff really get to know their children and understand their needs right from the start.
I would absolutely recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a childcare setting.

My son has attended Bright Horizons for 6 months and I couldn't be happier. He goes on happily in the morning and loves to tell me about his day. His settle sessions were planned really well and the daily communication is excellent. I can really tell they have spent quality time with him by the things
they say. He eats and sleeps well when he is there, which is always a sign that he is comfortable - as a parent, I can't ask for anything more.

My son absolutely loves being here. He did the usual cries at the beginning and as soon as I was out of sight he was fine when I used to leave him, but that changed and now he can't wait to go in. Today he went flying into the arms of his key worker, they clearly treat him well for him to do that. He
enjoys being at the Maidenbower branch. The staff are always smiling, they all know him by name (even though there are lots of children). The play various activities and they take him out into the garden regularly. He's happy and so are we.
Very clean and warm environment. Best place in Crawley - and I viewed a lot.

We're really happy and impressed with the level of care our son is given here. All the staff are always so happy, welcoming, caring and approachable. Most importantly our son is so happy here and loves going, he is learning so much.
We never have any issues and never have concerns or worries when we
drop him off. Food, learning, activities are always varied and they're always exploring different things. I love that they always celebrate occasions.
We are so glad we picked this nursery and wouldn't go elsewhere.

My son struggled to settle, however, all the staff, especially his keyworker, have helped him overcome leaving me. He is also so much better interacting with other kids now too. They have brilliant facilities throughout and I feel confident leaving my child in their hands.

My daughter has been attending since she was ten months old, and she is now just over two and a half years old. She attends three full days a week, and absolutely loves it! We are in her forth room since starting in the baby room and have had wonderful experiences through-out her time in each. The hard
work and kindness of all the staff who have, and still do, care for or daughter is beyond anything I have ever seen. Starting at a nursery was a big step for us (more than it was for our daughter), but everyone made us all feel so at home and we knew that she would be loved and cared for - giving me the opportunity to return to work and find myself again. All the staff provide fantastic opportunities to explore her new world - they are all outstanding to us.

My daughter has settled in very well ay Bright Horizons and staff have always been supportive. She has come on leaps and bounds since starting nursery and I attribute this to the staff and such a fabulous environment and facilities. Our 3-year-old son has had a fantastic experience at Bright Horizons. Though he comes here once a week, he remembers his experience throughout the week and asks to come to BH often. We plan to send him here 3 days a week shortly. BH staff are very friendly and pay very good attention to our son. We
are very happy with the services. The premises is also very clean, well equipped with many toys and well maintained.

I have been impressed with the number of themed activities that have taken place in preschool since Christmas. These clearly (from photos and feedback from my daughter) engage the children to a high degree, so I am pleased that there are more planned for the coming weeks. It has also been good to see
the display boards updated so much more regularly now, so we have both a written and visual account of what the children are doing each week - this is really appreciated.

My experience with the nursery is very good so far. Very friendly staff! My son has been learning loads (both day to day life skills and other learning milestones). I especially like the nursery being purposely built. It's very neat and clean (actually the cleanest and tidiest nursery I have seen).
I really appreciate my son's key person for all her hard work and the wonderful relationship with children!

Although our son, has only been attending nursery for two weeks due to illness, the staff have been very approachable and supportive. Our son is struggling to settle and we hope with a bit more time, he will feel more comfortable and happy.

I had to change my daughter's nursery as her previous one closed down. I have to admit that I was really worried as she was settled at her nursery. When we looked around the nursery we were made to feel so welcome and it was lovely and clean and new my daughter settled really quickly which is thanks
to the staff at the nursery. Would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

It is an amazing nursery which shows in how much she loves it. She runs in straight away in the morning. Staff are all lovely and she enjoys all the activities that they do and the garden.
She also enjoys the food, which we are happy for her to have as it is all healthy and filling.

Very clean and brand new nursery with spacious and sunny rooms where kids can enjoy wide ranges of activities, the outdoor area is amazing as well. Jo has been working in Early Years Education since 1998 across a diverse range of settings, including schools. Jo became the Nursery Manager of Crawley Day Nursery and Pre-School in 2017. Holding a level 4 qualification in Childcare and Education, she is deeply passionate about children's learning and development. She finds immense joy in witnessing the journey children undertake at the nursery, starting from the baby room and progressing through to the preschool room. Witnessing children transition confidently to school fills her with pride, knowing they are well-prepared for the next stage of their lives.

She collaborates closely with her team and families, striving to create a nurturing and secure environment where children can flourish, develop, and achieve success in their unique ways.
