Bright Horizons Crawley Day Nursery and Preschool

My son has started here in September, and his keyworker amongst other staff that know him well from before have made him feel so comfortable and relaxed here. He has formed such a lovely bond and always asks if his keyworker can come to his house for tea. He is very excited to be able to move up to preschool ready for school in September. Thanks for making it easy for me to leave him with you and excited to see what he's been up to in the day.

I would absolutely recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a childcare setting.

My son has attended Bright Horizons for 6 months and I couldn't be happier. He goes on happily in the morning and loves to tell me about his day. His settle sessions were planned really well and the daily communication is excellent. I can really tell they have spent quality time with him by the things they say. He eats and sleeps well when he is there, which is always a sign that he is comfortable - as a parent, I can't ask for anything more.

Very clean and warm environment. Best place in Crawley - and I viewed a lot.

My son struggled to settle, however, all the staff, especially his keyworker, have helped him overcome leaving me. He is also so much better interacting with other kids now too. They have brilliant facilities throughout and I feel confident leaving my child in their hands.

My daughter has been attending since she was ten months old, and she is now just over two and a half years old. She attends three full days a week, and absolutely loves it! We are in her forth room since starting in the baby room and have had wonderful experiences through-out her time in each. The hard work and kindness of all the staff who have, and still do, care for or daughter is beyond anything I have ever seen. Starting at a nursery was a big step for us (more than it was for our daughter), but everyone made us all feel so at home and we knew that she would be loved and cared for - giving me the opportunity to return to work and find myself again. All the staff provide fantastic opportunities to explore her new world - they are all outstanding to us.

After the challenges of selecting the right nursery and apprehension of sending our daughter there; the Crawley Bright Horizon team have been great. The building ideally placed, and now our daughter looks forward to heading there, after only a few weeks. Thank you.

My daughter has been going to the nursery for a year and a half. She loves it, and the staff are amazing. The activities are so varied, and my daughter has learnt so much. Would 100% recommend the nursery?

My daughter has settled in very well ay Bright Horizons and staff have always been supportive. She has come on leaps and bounds since starting nursery and I attribute this to the staff and such a fabulous environment and facilities. I am very pleased that I chose for my daughter to attend this nursery and have no doubt that she thoroughly enjoys her time here.

Our 3-year-old son has had a fantastic experience at Bright Horizons. Though he comes here once a week, he remembers his experience throughout the week and asks to come to BH often. We plan to send him here 3 days a week shortly. BH staff are very friendly and pay very good attention to our son. We are very happy with the services. The premises is also very clean, well equipped with many toys and well maintained.

I have been impressed with the number of themed activities that have taken place in preschool since Christmas. These clearly (from photos and feedback from my daughter) engage the children to a high degree, so I am pleased that there are more planned for the coming weeks. It has also been good to see the display boards updated so much more regularly now, so we have both a written and visual account of what the children are doing each week - this is really appreciated.

My experience with the nursery is very good so far. Very friendly staff! My son has been learning loads (both day to day life skills and other learning milestones). I especially like the nursery being purposely built. It's very neat and clean (actually the cleanest and tidiest nursery I have seen). I really appreciate my son's key person for all her hard work and the wonderful relationship with children!

The staff seem friendly and happy but my son is still adjusting.

Although our son, has only been attending nursery for two weeks due to illness, the staff have been very approachable and supportive. Our son is struggling to settle and we hope with a bit more time, he will feel more comfortable and happy.

I had to change my daughter's nursery as her previous one closed down. I have to admit that I was really worried as she was settled at her nursery. When we looked around the nursery we were made to feel so welcome and it was lovely and clean and new my daughter settled really quickly which is thanks to the staff at the nursery. Would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

Very clean and brand new nursery with spacious and sunny rooms where kids can enjoy wide ranges of activities, the outdoor area is amazing as well. Staff are professional, capable, qualified and friendly. Food is healthy and variable that meet different dietary requirements. It is the place where you feel your kid is in safe hands.
