BH Crawley offers exceptional infrastructure-truly the best in and around Crawley and Copthorne. We enrolled our son when he was just 10 months old, and the team has been outstanding from day one. Their caring and friendly approach made us feel completely at ease as first-time parents. One feature we particularly appreciate is their digital app, which serves as a seamless hub for all communication and keeps us reassured about our child's day. I highly recommend BH Crawley to any parent considering nursery options-reach out early to secure a spot. A huge thank you to the entire staff for your dedication and support. You are amazing!

I have been very impressed with Bright Horizons Crawley with regards to their facilities, staff, resources and support. My son has been attending this nursery on a full time basis for 8 months now. The team were very supportive during the settling in phase and have continued to be so thereafter. He really is thriving and developed extensively during this time and a lot of this is to do with everything he is experiencing and learning whilst at nursery. The activities are very varied and are things that I'm sure many children wouldn't experience at home which is great. They ensure the children get fresh air and a change of environment regularly - on this topic the outside space is excellent and one of the best I've seen. Overall I am really happy with the choice we made to send our son to this nursery and would highly recommend.

The team at BH Crawley are all round very caring and our child loves going to nursery. The attention to detail and diverse nature of activities, learning and food is great. We're grateful to all the team in Explorers - they're all doing a great job. Thank you.

After our initial tour, my husband and I knew it was the nursery for us. The staff made us all feel at ease, they were excited to show their facilities and were interested in our child. Our son has now been there for four months and he loves it. The updates we get make our day and he's learning so much. All the staff know him and recognise when he's had a haircut or they ask how our holiday was. The food they give them is fantastic, such a variety and it gives us more ideas for eating at home! I tell everyone how happy I am with our choice.

My 10-month-old daughter has settled here very well. Very professional staff, very friendly environment, very organised arrangements! I would say the best nursery in town. My daughter really enjoys their activities even just 10 months old. I always see happy children around when I pick her up. I feel safe and relaxed to leave my daughter there to spend great days when I'm working.

Wonderful nursery for your little ones. Staff are friendly and really caring for your kids. Nursery grounds clean, fun and practical! Outside area has different areas which your kid can enjoy and develop. Keep up the good work!

We moved to the area pre-Christmas and were struggling to find a nursery mid-term. Management was amazing from the moment I visited. The nursery has so many facilities that make it a varied space for learning, including a children's kitchen for food making and I really liked the fact that the age groups are separated. The staff are warm and kind and our daughter really loves it here. She's made friends and learnt so much in a short space of time so I couldn't really ask for a better nursery. The staff have also shown me support when I have needed it which, honestly, is second to none.

Amazing place! My child had a bad experience at another nursery but as soon as she started at this one she changed completely, she started to love coming to nursery and even asked to come on the days she’s home, she says she loves all her teachers and is always happy! They have an app where you can follow everything that happens during the day so I can always know if she’s eaten when the nappy was changed, anything. Also, the garden is really nice, they do many different activities with the kids and I can see how much she’s developed since she started going there. I’ve had to change her times a couple of times and they have been understanding and always did their best to accommodate our needs.

My child has been going there for 3 years now. Lovely place and very friendly, lovely, caring staff. Great support for my son who didn’t speak English at that time, helping and teaching him every day, taking time to understand his needs. Thank you for everything!

Our daughter has attended this nursery for nearly 3 years. We are very happy with the high-quality care that she has received throughout. The staff are honest and warm and brilliant at building connections with the children. The activities are well-inspired, and the nursery is clean and organised.

My daughter has attended the nursery since she was 9 months old and is now 3. She loves the nursery and is always so happy. The staff are excellent, the same members have remained since she started and know them well. communication is fantastic with the daily updates on the app. The space available is bright, spacious, clean and modern. Unfortunately, we are moving out of the area soon and I’m currently trying to find a new nursery for my daughter, but I’m really struggling to find anything that compares.

Due to no family support locally myself and my partner needed a nursery full-time to be able to work. Knowing how much time our child would be at nursery we wanted one that was safe, encouraged outdoor play, and had staff that felt like safe hands but also like family would be and this specific Bright Horizons is just that. Our son is adored by the staff and he equally adored them. He thrives in this environment and they keep us updated on all new developments he is making. We are very happy to have this place as his home from home in the weeks.

We started our daughter at 18 months old in September 2021 with Bright Horizons, after visiting a few other nurseries from the local area and all in all, we couldn't be happier with everything. The staff from top to bottom are amazing, clearly, they take huge pride and care in their work and are always so friendly. The app is great, with all the important information displayed in a clear and succinct manner, which is fantastic, especially with regards to food, so we can see what she is eating (fussy eater!). It's great to see all the photos as well, of her enjoying the day. My daughter's development has been very pleasing since we enrolled her, particularly in her confidence around other people and her ability to articulate what she wants, how she is feeling etc. We've been so impressed. We were intending to enrol our second child at 18 months old as well, but have brought it forward to just after she turns 1 year old and have recommended the nursery to a niece and a nephew who are due to start in the coming months.

Our 3-year-old daughter has been attending the nursery for the last 2 years and she absolutely loves it. She used to be very shy around other kids but she became very friendly. I only have good things to say about the nursery. The staff members are all very friendly and approachable. My daughter has formed a lovely bond with her key worker who amongst the other staff has been teaching her lots of new skills. The nursery itself is very well equipped, with lots of resources that help each little one’s imagination, blossom. Clean, spacious with lots of indoor light. The food is varied, nutritious and tailored to all dietary and food intolerance needs. My daughter loves the apple pie crumble. I don’t usually write reviews but I feel that this is a good way to show my gratitude to all the nursery staff for being so kind and helpful, always and especially during the lockdown. Thank you for everything.

My 1-year-old daughter started here at the end of March 2021 and after being a lockdown baby I very worried about how she would settle into a nursery setting after only knowing myself and close family. However, we are so pleased that she has settled in amazing and the staff have been so understanding of her needs and helped so much with her feeling comfortable about going. She smiles every time I hand her over in the morning and this definitely makes me feel happy knowing she enjoys going there. Highly recommend this nursery!

Great with helping my children learn numbers, writing, using cutlery and sitting down to eat food. A good choice of food to expand taste buds. The staff in the rooms are good at forming bonds with my children and show they really care about them. Very helpful with managing dietary requirements due to food allergies, although sometimes I have to jump through hoops to get medical approval, this is I believe is not down to the individual nursery but the company policies. Glad they are moving to electronic recordings of the children's days but this should have been brought in much earlier. I am hoping that once restrictions are eased children can return to more varied play, such as using sandpits, cooking and that they can mingle across the classes as my eldest has missed his friends in the other room. Have marked resources as satisfactory as there is the bear minimum due to Covid-19 but they need to bring back the previous resources as they were excellent.

We sent our little one to nursery at six months, we were nervous that she was too young and wouldn’t settle. We couldn’t have been more wrong! With the support of the excellent staff at Crawley, she has settled in really well. She goes to nursery happy and comes home exhausted but happy. She has formed great bonds with the team who now feel like an extension of our family.

Amazing nursery with lovely staff. They have handled the pandemic with a wonderful attitude. I have two who currently attend, both completely different personalities but both love it and settled back in so quickly.

I am so glad that we chose Crawley Day Nursery for our daughter it has been incredible. The staff are so friendly and helpful and really understand our daughter and her needs and development. They are a fantastic sounding board when discussing how to approach certain topics and all staff show an excellent level of care and knowledge. If you are looking for a nursery for your child I would highly recommend Crawley day nursery as they treat every child as an individual and allow them to develop at their own pace but also keep you fully informed of how they are getting on. Regular communication is excellent and the variety of activities and topics keeps the children interested and entertained. The ability to bring their outside interests into the development activities is brilliant and allows the embedding of knowledge and skills. The team are amazing and I know I will certainly miss them when my daughter starts school.

I find that all the staff are friendly and very helpful. My son runs in without a glance back and is always extremely happy when we pick him up. Also very good at aiding us with his learning and teaching every day's skills.
