Minibugs Nurseries Ltd (Wincobank)

Thank you as always to everyone at minibugs.

My son is always so eager to get to nursery, he attends 3 days a week but asks every day to go to nursery. He is always happy when leaving, he has a great time at Minibugs. Staff always happy to see us and very polite.

There is really nothing more that I could want from the nursery.

I understand that we’re still dealing with the Covid outbreak, but it would’ve been nice if 1 or 2 parents could come in on different days to have a look at the nursery and see where their children are and what they do. I think perhaps there’s a Facebook page to see pictures of what your child does, but for some that don’t have social media, I would really appreciate it if there was another firm that I could receive daily pictures of what my child gets up to. But I understand not everything is possible at the moment. Overall, I love the nursery.

My son has been attending the nursery since he was ten months old! His attendance took a hit due to coronavirus, which impacted his speech! He has just turned two and transitioned to the two to five room, the staff ensured he had a comfortable transition and was happy! However, when he returned, his speech has come on leaps and bounds. When we get there, he runs straight in, excited to get stuck in. He’s always coming home with different types of crafts that he’s got stuck into, the app is also very helpful as it lets me see how my son is getting on whilst I’m not there, which is very reassuring.

The ladies are brilliant. I highly recommend Minibugs they have been so good with my daughter. And she’s learnt so much while she’s been coming. And just a big thank you to the ladies and management on how you have handled yourselves during the lockdowns. Keep up the good work and thank you again for looking after my daughter.

Staff are very professional and can't do enough to ensure a good learning/nursery experience for my little one. They go above and beyond to ensure that parents are consistently aware of their child's progress and provide abundant information in person and via the app to keep parents in the loop. They're a very caring and structurally strong establishment with dedicated staff members who are an asset to the nursery. I was personally recommended by someone who's child has previously attended the nursery - they've certainly exceeded my expectations.

I definitely recommend Minibugs because I just can't believe how much my little one has grown up during the last three months. She is only 22 months now and can count to 10 easily, she can sing, she loves dancing and she loves drawing. Every time we pick her up from Minibugs she is in a happy mood. She's singing in the car. We can tell how much she enjoyed her day. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing staff members. My little boy has been to the nursery since he was seven months old. They have completely brought him out of his shell. The staff couldn’t do more for the kids if they tried and he loves going to nursery. I love the fact that they have a cook that provides the kids with fresh meals.

Absolutely love this nursery. My daughter has been coming here for a year now and is so happy every time she's here. The staff are so friendly and reassuring, keeping me up to date with what my daughter has been up to and encouraging her progression ready for school next year. I would 100% recommend it and will be sad that she leaves in July.

Very professional nursery in all aspects. My little girl loves attending and is getting ready for school now. She loves coming home to tell us about phonics and the day of the week. She has a great bond with all the nursery staff and this has helped her to grow in confidence and development. Staff are really supportive and anything I ask, it’s never a no and they really reassure me. All staff make me feel welcome and take an interest in myself and my daughter and with her life which is a very nice personal touch. The nursery offers excellent service starting from 7.30am and has a very good dietary of food, learning and development. The nursery is very clean and up to date with technology and toys. All staff look well presented and clean in uniforms. Will definitely be sending my little boy.

Lovely nursery. Staff always happy. My son settled in quickly and really enjoys going. We like the updates we get whilst he's there as it keeps us in touch and we really like how they incorporate what he enjoys playing with, with what they learn.

Our little girl is now back for a second time after an amazing first year. We love Minibugs, the staff are so lovely and kind and nothing is too much trouble. The facilities are brilliant and my little girl loves going and always has a great time. The meals provided are very nice and are always eaten. They have lots of activities to keep busy with. The staff are also very supportive of her development and any needs she may have. The location is brilliant and next to the train station for commuting. The nursery is always clean and well looked after. Communication is brilliant - I can ring up as many times as I want and there is an app for real-time updates.

My daughter loves this nursery. The staff are very good with her and all the children. Especially if your child's upset when they are going, the staff do everything they can to make your child and you feel at ease!

Both my boys go here now. Staff are very friendly and great with my boys, there always having fun and learning. Would highly recommend

My son has been going to this nursery since September 2019 and I have definitely seen a positive change. He’s a lot more confident and his speech has improved. The staff are really friendly. It’s so nice to see my son enjoying his time at nursery. He always looks forward to going which makes me and his dad feel so content. Thank you! We would definitely recommend this nursery.

Good, friendly staff. Excellent with children's development and learning. Good outside area with activities. Clean environment.

My son has been attending Minibugs for over 2 years. The place always looks clean and a lot of outdoor activities take place in the summer. The staff always seem helpful and cheery. My boy never complains about the nursery. The nursery did have to close due to snow last year as this was not properly communicated. We drove all the way across town in the snow to be told they were now closing. The decision should have been made earlier. Apart from a few minor issues, the nursery is great. 8 out of 10 from me.

Minibugs Wincobank is an awesome nursery! My little one enjoys it so much and he has learnt a lot from their staff. They have so much to play with and the kids really enjoy the food as well.
