Absolutely amazing staff members. My little boy has been to the nursery since he was seven months old. They have completely brought him out of his shell. The staff couldn’t do more for the kids if they tried and he loves going to nursery. I love the fact that they have a cook that provides the kids
with fresh meals.

Absolutely love this nursery. My daughter has been coming here for a year now and is so happy every time she's here. The staff are so friendly and reassuring, keeping me up to date with what my daughter has been up to and encouraging her progression ready for school next year. I would 100% recommend
it and will be sad that she leaves in July.

Very professional nursery in all aspects. My little girl loves attending and is getting ready for school now. She loves coming home to tell us about phonics and the day of the week. She has a great bond with all the nursery staff and this has helped her to grow in confidence and development. Staff are
really supportive and anything I ask, it’s never a no and they really reassure me. All staff make me feel welcome and take an interest in myself and my daughter and with her life which is a very nice personal touch. The nursery offers excellent service starting from 7.30am and has a very good dietary of food, learning and development. The nursery is very clean and up to date with technology and toys. All staff look well presented and clean in uniforms. Will definitely be sending my little boy.

Lovely nursery. Staff always happy. My son settled in quickly and really enjoys going. We like the updates we get whilst he's there as it keeps us in touch and we really like how they incorporate what he enjoys playing with, with what they learn.

Our little girl is now back for a second time after an amazing first year. We love Minibugs, the staff are so lovely and kind and nothing is too much trouble. The facilities are brilliant and my little girl loves going and always has a great time. The meals provided are very nice and are always eaten.
They have lots of activities to keep busy with. The staff are also very supportive of her development and any needs she may have. The location is brilliant and next to the train station for commuting. The nursery is always clean and well looked after. Communication is brilliant - I can ring up as many times as I want and there is an app for real-time updates.

My son has been attending Minibugs for over 2 years. The place always looks clean and a lot of outdoor activities take place in the summer. The staff always seem helpful and cheery. My boy never complains about the nursery. The nursery did have to close due to snow last year as this was not properly
communicated. We drove all the way across town in the snow to be told they were now closing. The decision should have been made earlier. Apart from a few minor issues, the nursery is great. 8 out of 10 from me.

My son started Minibugs after attending several other nurseries before. I can honestly say Minibugs Wincobank has been the best of them all. We noticed how much his speech had developed in such a short time frame as well as other areas of development. All the staff are very friendly and make my son
feel welcome within the nursery. His key worker is always available for regular updates on how he's been and also asks for parents input on his next steps. Originally my son was only going to be at Minibugs until September but due to the caring nature and the staff going above and beyond for each and every child, I will be keeping my son there until he is at school age.

The ladies at Minibugs are absolutely great with my little boy. My little boy wouldn't settle at all when he first went and all the ladies made him feel so welcome and comforted him so much to the point he now loves coming!

My daughter joined the nursery when she was only 8 months old. The nursery staff made her feel very welcome from the first day she attended the nursery. I knew that my daughter is enjoying going to Minibugs as already in her first week she learnt how to clap her hands when hearing songs!
My daughter
continues to learn at the nursery and come back home with new skills almost every week!
The staff is great and very friendly, they keep you updated on everything that has been going on during the day of your child. I also get the impression that all the nursery staff really likes to spend time with children and they are enjoying their jobs. The place is also always very clean!
Overall I would highly recommend this place, my daughter loves it and I am happy and confident that she is well looked after.

The staff here are comforting to the little ones and are very good at comforting them when needed. There is a wide range of activities for the children to get involved with and they are exposed to lots of different ways of having fun. They have also been really good at encouraging children to try new

Our son thoroughly enjoys each and every visit to Minibugs. The whole facility is clean, well equipped and above all, they have the friendliest staff I have met. Every member of staff knows my child by name and has some kind of interaction with him whether they’ve been looking after him that day or
not. There is always a variety of activities going on which our boy absolutely loves (especially playing in the sand with the diggers). They’ve been doing many different arts and crafts for Halloween too. Fabulous facilities inside and out.

My son loves going to Minibugs, there are so many activities he enjoys doing that he wouldn’t get a chance to do at home. He is so much more confident since he has been going.

My son has been at Minibugs for 10 months now and it is the best decision we made. Initially, we started with one day per week and now increased to more hours due to how much he enjoys his time there. The staff are amazing both with us as parents and the development of him. It is very difficult as
a full time working parent to put your trust into "strangers", however, I am at complete ease when at nursery as I know he is in excellent hands as well as having great food and plenty of sensory playtime fun. A big thank you to everyone who looks after our son, you are playing a huge part of his childhood and supporting us as with his development.

The staff are very caring and treat each child as an individual, attending to their personal needs. My children both talk about the staff and activities they’ve been doing in a very positive manner. Staff are all friendly, professional, and communication with parents is managed very well. Activity are
varied, imaginative and focused on including topical events. The indoor and outdoor provisions are safe and clean, I never feel anxious or concerned leaving my boys here.
