Minibugs Nurseries Ltd (Wincobank)

All staff here are extremely friendly and do their best to help children grow, learn and enjoy their time in nursery. They make sure children and babies are comfortable and happy. My son loves going to nursery and tells everyone stories of when he’s there so I know he loves it and enjoys it. They also keep parents involved and interact great with parents and other siblings making you feel at ease too when there.

I am very happy with the nursery, how it is presented, how friendly everyone is and how much my child loves to attend. I cannot think of a negative thing to say about the nursery.

My little girl absolutely loves this nursery, all the staff are really friendly and caring. I love the fact I can log onto the parental portal while my daughter is at nursery and see what she's up to. I was very nervous about my little girl starting nursery but the staff have really made me feel that I do not have to worry and my little girl soon settled in.

Pros:

Competitively Priced.

Modern nursery with parent portal tracking day's progress.

All toys, fixtures and fittings are brand new, so everything is fresh, engaging and does not look tattered or tired.

A variety of activities.

Accepts child care vouchers via Computershare.

Good parking.

Cons:

The baby area on ground floor is hard flooring which is not kind to delicate baby knees and or feet when crawling. There are some rugs and cushions scattered however a fall on a hard floor is not good.

Nursery feels chilly/cold and has this minimalist feeling.

The nursery has no character.

Must provide pre-measured milk bottles.

Relationship lacking between Nursery and Parents. (Sometimes you get the feeling staff are running off a script/tick box exercise.)

Even with months of notice you still have to pay nursery fees for the time taken off.

No events.

This Nursery has a promising future and needs to mature which will come in time. We are happy so far and would not be looking anywhere else for the time being.
