I like the Wincobank nursery. My daughter likes to go there from the beginning. In the beginning, she did not speak English but the nursery staff were teaching her a lot. They ask me every day how is she and if she needs special attention, they care for her. I always get information about her day, how
was she, what she has eaten, what she did etc. I definitely recommend them.

The nursery has been so helpful over the last couple of months with the birth of my newborn and my eldest child's change in behaviour. I cannot thank all the staff for all they have done and are continuing to do. They have been amazing, my child started when she was 11 months old and she has created
such an amazing bond with the staff! No matter what is going on they are ready to welcome you with a smile. I am so thankful I have sent my child here and I will also be sending my second when I return to work. They all go above and beyond to communicate with parents so we don’t miss anything. Thank you all for your hard work! It’s very much appreciated.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since 2021 and I must say she has settled there very well. She has additional needs and I have been amazed at how this nursery has taken its time to help her and get the help she needs.
I have now enrolled my little boy in this nursery and I have full confidence
he will strive the same as my daughter. Definitely recommend this nursery to everyone!

My grandson started Minibugs in September 2022. Since being at the nursery his development has really come on. The staff are so friendly and polite and always have a smile when you see them, they are always there to listen to me and to my grandson. I'm so happy I chose this nursery for my grandson.
I would recommend it to everyone if you want your child to learn and enjoy playing. Minibugs is definitely the best nursery to go to take your child/grandchild.

Absolutely brilliant nursery so supportive and clean. All the staff are lovely, management is perfect there isn’t anything that they won’t do. My daughter came from a different nursery that she hated she settled in amazingly here at Minibugs she loves all the staff, always happy to go I'm more than
comfortable leaving her and know she is well looked after and happy. The playroom is lovely, the outside garden is too I don’t think there is actually anything that I’m unhappy with. The meals are all freshly prepared on-site. She is always clean after her session. I’d definitely recommend Minibugs.

Does not offer flexibility for the working family. Timing sessions are structured towards the setting that paying parents cannot afford. Could not offer a flexible approach due to lack of staff and no compromise.
Security concerns in a morning, where staff are not present downstairs and babies have
to be carried upstairs to be mixed with the older children. One access door outside allows anyone to walk in as a parent leaves.
App detailing the child’s day has had full records missing. Late accessing the door on the collection and dropping off times, where the collection time being logged from when the child is passed over and not when the buzzer is pressed.
Too much of the food is meat substitute based.
Finally after being left from the nursery a month ago, fully paid up and notice given. I’ve been sent another invoice for February! This has caused a lot of stress and shouldn’t have been allowed to happen! Concerns over data protection.
Better nurseries locally. Give this one a miss!

As a nursery we feel we have gone above and beyond to meet your requirements, including individual meetings with myself, as part of the Head Office team, and the Nursery Manager to see how best we could accommodate you. However, as a nursery provider, we have strict ratios to adhere to for the safety of our children as explained in the meeting and unfortunately were not able to fulfil your request. Our nursery has coded doors, covered by CCTV, and can only be operated via approved personnel. We offer a varied menu that has both options of meat and a meat substitute which caters to the requirements of all our children. Invoices are sent via a secure pathway and only to the recipient they are addressed to; you were also advised that this was an error on our part. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions regarding the service you received. We wish you and your family well.

Absolutely brilliant nursery with great outstanding facilities and also really friendly staff. The nursery manager is really accommodating and will go above and beyond for us. Really happy our little one has settled in so well and he really enjoys his days here. Staff document activities, updates and
photos on the app which is great and gives us peace of mind throughout the day. I would definitely recommend this nursery to others thinking of sending their children here.

Excellent nursery, my son enjoys attending nursery and has made some good developments in his learning. He started nursery from baby room and now he is 3 years old and speaking alot. He is very confident now. All the staff is very friendly and pay close attention on kids. I must mention they are very
good in toilet training as well. Soon my little daughter starting in baby room as well.

Wincobank Minibugs is my son's current nursery (second year) and the teachers and nursery staff all are excellent at their job. Very friendly, nice people work there. Son is very happy going there. Teachers help him with his delayed speech, every day I can hear him to speak better and better. Because
he doesn't speak and his behaviour is a bit hyperactive I needed to get a short appointment in Minibugs to know something more about my son. I got 45 minutes with my son's key workers who answered all my questions and gave my many information about my son's behaviour in the nursery. I am very thankful for these two years - Minibugs is for us, a very good choice.

Excellent nursery setting. Our daughter has progressed so well at the nursery. She enjoys her time in nursery and looks forward to going to nursery. The staff are excellent and listen to worries and are helpful. I would highly recommend.

The nursery has been really good in helping my child learn and develop in various different areas. She has gained confidence and is aided in her progress.

I have found Minibugs to be a fantastic nursery. My son has additional needs, which are all catered to. The staff are very attentive, obviously as a parent at first I had really bad anxiety leaving him as this was the first time I have left him in the care of anyone other than myself or family. The
nursery has really taken my son under their wings. I could not be more impressed with the development and social skills he has gained in such a short period of time. And they are fed really healthy meals.

Minibugs has been amazing with my little girl. I was nervous that she wouldn’t settle in due to covid she hadn’t had much chance to be around other people and children. However, they did a great job of settling her in and keeping me up to date with how she was getting on.

Great nursery, kids always coming home happy. My son was going to Minibugs and few years later we took our daughter to the same nursery. Unfortunately due to covid there was a bit less interaction with nursery staff however still amazing nursery.

The absolute best nursery there is anywhere. My son loves going there so much. The staff are great and very helpful. Super friendly, knowledgeable!
