A very positive experience. Our child has always been extremely comfortable and happy at nursery, with a very good relationship with all her teachers. She's also made some great friendships.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. Have gone above and beyond for both me as a parent and also my child. They know every child's individual needs and help in any way they can, whether that be home life or nursery life. Would recommend it to anyone. Staff are absolutely fantastic, and you are always greeted with a big hello and a smile. Management is fantastic, and SEND worker goes above and beyond for children's different physical, mental and educational needs.

My daughter started here in January, and the staff are so warm and welcoming! She’s taken time to settle, but they’ve helped her so much, and she’s thriving! She adores the girls who are alongside her daily. It’s such a lovely, clean nursery that has everything possible for the children, and also, the food they offer sounds amazing from the menus! Lots of options, and it changes week by week.

I like the Wincobank nursery. My daughter likes to go there from the beginning. In the beginning, she did not speak English but the nursery staff were teaching her a lot. They ask me every day how is she and if she needs special attention, they care for her. I always get information about her day, how was she, what she has eaten, what she did etc. I definitely recommend them.

The nursery has been so helpful over the last couple of months with the birth of my newborn and my eldest child's change in behaviour. I cannot thank all the staff for all they have done and are continuing to do. They have been amazing, my child started when she was 11 months old and she has created such an amazing bond with the staff! No matter what is going on they are ready to welcome you with a smile. I am so thankful I have sent my child here and I will also be sending my second when I return to work. They all go above and beyond to communicate with parents so we don’t miss anything. Thank you all for your hard work! It’s very much appreciated.

I have now enrolled my little boy in this nursery and I have full confidence he will strive the same as my daughter. Definitely recommend this nursery to everyone!

My grandson started Minibugs in September 2022. Since being at the nursery his development has really come on. The staff are so friendly and polite and always have a smile when you see them, they are always there to listen to me and to my grandson. I'm so happy I chose this nursery for my grandson. I would recommend it to everyone if you want your child to learn and enjoy playing. Minibugs is definitely the best nursery to go to take your child/grandchild.

Absolutely brilliant nursery so supportive and clean. All the staff are lovely, management is perfect there isn’t anything that they won’t do. My daughter came from a different nursery that she hated she settled in amazingly here at Minibugs she loves all the staff, always happy to go I'm more than comfortable leaving her and know she is well looked after and happy. The playroom is lovely, the outside garden is too I don’t think there is actually anything that I’m unhappy with. The meals are all freshly prepared on-site. She is always clean after her session. I’d definitely recommend Minibugs.

Better nurseries locally. Give this one a miss!

Absolutely brilliant nursery with great outstanding facilities and also really friendly staff. The nursery manager is really accommodating and will go above and beyond for us. Really happy our little one has settled in so well and he really enjoys his days here. Staff document activities, updates and photos on the app which is great and gives us peace of mind throughout the day. I would definitely recommend this nursery to others thinking of sending their children here.

Excellent nursery, my son enjoys attending nursery and has made some good developments in his learning. He started nursery from baby room and now he is 3 years old and speaking alot. He is very confident now. All the staff is very friendly and pay close attention on kids. I must mention they are very good in toilet training as well. Soon my little daughter starting in baby room as well.

Wincobank Minibugs is my son's current nursery (second year) and the teachers and nursery staff all are excellent at their job. Very friendly, nice people work there. Son is very happy going there. Teachers help him with his delayed speech, every day I can hear him to speak better and better. Because he doesn't speak and his behaviour is a bit hyperactive I needed to get a short appointment in Minibugs to know something more about my son. I got 45 minutes with my son's key workers who answered all my questions and gave my many information about my son's behaviour in the nursery. I am very thankful for these two years - Minibugs is for us, a very good choice.

Minibugs is a fantastic nursery with exceptional staff. My son absolutely loves it here and he's bonded hugely with all the staff.

Excellent nursery setting. Our daughter has progressed so well at the nursery. She enjoys her time in nursery and looks forward to going to nursery. The staff are excellent and listen to worries and are helpful. I would highly recommend.

The nursery has been really good in helping my child learn and develop in various different areas. He has been really enjoying coming to nursery and all the staff here are very friendly and supportive. They are very approachable and are available when we need them. Overall, very happy with our experience in the nursery.

My son attends Minibugs and is very happy. My son started his nursery when he was 17 months. The staff are extremely helpful and excellent. The facilities and communication is great. I have found Minibugs to be a fantastic nursery. My son has additional needs, which are all catered to. The staff are very attentive, obviously as a parent at first I had really bad anxiety leaving him as this was the first time I have left him in the care of anyone other than myself or family. The nursery has really taken my son under their wings. I could not be more impressed with the development and social skills he has gained in such a short period of time. And they are fed really healthy meals.

Minibugs has been amazing with my little girl. I was nervous that she wouldn’t settle in due to covid she hadn’t had much chance to be around other people and children. However, they did a great job of settling her in and keeping me up to date with how she was getting on.
