The Nursery is situated inside The Weir Link community centre, not far from Clapham South tube. It's a bright, open plan setting with separate areas for different age groups and a large garden.

The children enjoy lots of varied activities with the experienced staff, from messy play in the mud kitchen to sensory ice, yoga, science experiments, growing herbs, and more! Parents get involved too, reading stories to the children in their first languages.

A dedicated chef provides all the children's meals using recipes from LEYF’s nutritious menu.

Funding & Fees

Fees for Under 3 year old's is £1,734.85 for 5 full days and £1229.28 for Over 3 years of age

Our minimum sessions are 2 full days. We cater to children under 5 years of age. The fee structure is split as under 3's and over 3s.


We are open 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. We are open all year and closed during Christmas and Bank holidays.

My eldest son went to The Weir Link from 9 months until he left for school and he loved it. When we had our youngest a year ago, it was an obvious choice to go back. I was thrilled to see how much the nursery had come on under new management, but even more thrilled that some of the staff that my eldest
had loved were still there and now look after my youngest. The nursery space and garden are wonderful, the staff professional and I always feel like my son is as loved and cared for as he would be at home. That's all you can ask really!

The Weir Link is an outstanding nursery. We have been particularly impressed at the level of care given to all of the children by the staff - your child is truly treated as an individual rather than just a 'number'. The range of activities which the children partake in is really impressive and there
is a significant focus on children's development through learning and play, even at a very young age. We love getting the weekly updates of what the children have been up to and our 14 month-old daughter has come on leaps and bounds since starting at the nursery. We feel very lucky to have her at such a wonderful nursery!

We are very pleased with the Weir Link.


Our eldest daughter thrived there and is now doing well in reception academically and socially which in large part is because of the dedicated staff at the Weir Link and their complete focus on children and their development. The nursery improved a great

deal over the 4 years our eldest daughter was there and is now a very well functioning and organised place. The staff are friendly, open and most important of all, caring. They are clearly motivated and from the outside, it seems that they are made to feel valued by the nursery's management. I appreciate the child learning plans, the feedback to parents and the activities both indoors and outdoors. We had no hesitation in choosing to send our second daughter there from a few months ago and we are as pleased with the care she gets now as we were with our eldest.


It's nice to be able to get a chance to provide this feedback to the nursery and the staff: they're a class act.

A close-knit nursery who are dedicated and committed to each child and their development! They are very transparent and inform you if there are any concerns regarding your child. I would definitely recommend this nursery to friends and family! My daughter had a wonderful experience and will miss it

Our son recent joined in February. Settled in easily and well. Every member of staff is kind, enthusiastic and passionate about the children and nursery. They are engaged and switched on. The activities are varied and interesting and staff respond well to children's needs. Facilities are clean and well

A very welcoming and friendly nursery, where the children are always put first. Since my son has attended The Weir Link Nursery, his development has come on leaps and bounds and he is clearly very happy at the nursery.
A range of full activities and play is always in session whenever I go to pick up
my son. The staff always take the time to tell me how he has particularly done at nursery that day and his progress or challenges.

Weir Link is a wonderful nursery. The staff are all so kind and caring and make every day exciting and fun for the children. They challenge the children in their development and encourage and support them to be the best they can be.
The management and organisation of the nursery is fantastic. Procedures
are always followed and emails are responded to promptly.
Communication between nursery and home is brilliant and we are given so much information about how the children are doing.
Both our children love going to nursery and have made some great friends.
