Acorns Parc Nantgarw is ideally located on the Coleg Y Cymoedd site just off the A470 and near to the M4, within easy reach of Cardiff and the Valleys.

This charming open plan nursery has a covered outdoor area to ensure exciting play whatever the weather and has large gardens with a little wooden bridge for outdoor play, or racing round on trikes.

The experienced team ensure little minds are stimulated every day with exciting activities, early years teaching and purpose built equipment.

I could not be happier with the level of care my daughter received at Acorns Nantgarw. My daughter has been attending since she was 6 months rising from a 1/2 day to 5 days now. The staff are incredible and I cannot thank them enough for their contribution to my daughter's development. The activities
are varied and she genuinely loves going to nursery. I must add the menu is fantastic, I’m very committed to her having a healthy and varied diet and they really excel at delivering a menu my daughter loves that ticks all the boxes for me too.

Acorns Nantgarw is a happy, friendly and caring nursery. My little one absolutely loves going there and this is because of the wonderful staff and the care that they give. From the moment you step through the door, you are welcomed and greeted with a smile.
The staff are approachable and helpful and
keep you informed about your child on a daily basis and also through their digital learning journey. There are lots of fun activities planned for including having visitors and going on visits. The fact my little one can’t stop talking about her keyworkers and pretending to be them is proof that they are having a big impact on her! Having had my older child attend Acorns Nantgarw too, I cannot thank the staff enough for the love, care and nurturing they have given my children. A fantastic nursery!

My son has been attending the Parc Nantgarw Acorns nursery since April 2018 when he was 18-months-old. He only attends two full days a week but he thoroughly enjoys his time there - he always comes home smiling! The staff that work in the nursery are fantastic and my little boy has come along exceptionally
with his development as a result of the activities they get him involved in. There have been a few occasions when I've needed additional days added due to childcare issues, and the nursery have only been too happy to accommodate. I would definitely recommend the nursery and will be sad when my little boy leaves and starts school in September.

My son has been attending Acorns in Nantgarw for nearly two years and he absolutely loves it. I completely trust the staff with my son and he is extremely happy, which is paramount to my partner and I. Everyone is friendly, approachable and very professional. Children are safe and well cared for and
their educational needs are met to a high standard. I can not recommend Acorns enough.

The nursery is a very welcoming and settling environment for little ones. Staff are always pleasant and engaging. My daughter started at the nursery when she was 10 months, after a couple of weeks she really settled and now loves going there. The nursery keeps parents well informed with day sheets
and email updates. I can leave her feeling reassured and confident that she is well cared for and will be offered different activities to do throughout the day.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. We had previously tried a different nursery and the difference was unbelievable.
The staff can’t do enough for us, they are friendly and all know our three-year-old and two-year-old so well. From the girls who look after the children to the managers and the
cooks, they are all friendly. The girls are so professional, mature and fantastic with the children, they do so many fun activities and do lots of playing outdoors which is really important to us.
Our two love going there and when our eldest who is nearly 4 starts school in September and leaves the nursery it will be a sad day as he has been going since he was about one and a half. The fact the kids are happy speaks volumes and I am regularly telling people how fantastic the nursery is.

I cannot praise the nursery and all the amazing staff enough. My son has settled in so well and absolutely enjoys himself every week. The activities, food and thoughtful things that he is sent home with are brilliant. We would highly recommend this nursery. I never worry about leaving my son at nursery.

Absolutely wonderful nursery from day one. I'm now on child two who I have sent to this fantastic nursery. From the moment you get out of the car, you can smell how clean the place is, fresh food cooked on-site and very smart and friendly staff love.

The team are really friendly and give you a really comprehensive update at the end of every day on what type of activities your child has been up to. They really do take notice of the little things about your child and always reassure you if your child is upset when you leave. Couldn't ask for more!

Acorns is by far the best nursery any parent could ask for. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The cleanliness and hygiene is impeccable. I am so impressed with everything from the activities for the children to the food served. It is every parents' dream to drop off their child at nursery
and not have to worry about anything. My son thoroughly enjoys every day spent there and is so content to be there. I have no complaints or issues. Thank you for your amazing work.

Our son moved to this location from another nursery.
He prefers coming to this nursery we have noticed because of the big open spaces for him to explore and play in, with the other nursery although the staff were fantastic, it was a converted house which meant rooms were not designed for a lot of children
to roam around in.
He gets to mix with other children and try new things every day. It's such a valuable learning experience which unfortunately we can't offer him at home, so we couldn't be more grateful to the staff at Acorns who always make us feel welcome.
Acorns Nantgawr has been fantastic for our son, I would recommend it to anybody and have mentioned them on more than one occasion to fellow parents that live locally.

Our daughter has been at Parc Nantharw Acorns since she was eight-months-old, now three. The care has been outstanding, and our daughter absolutely loves going into nursery every day.
The staff are so warm and friendly and are miracle workers at getting babies/toddlers into routines.
The range of
activities and developmental exercises keep the children busy and engaged. They offer a superb menu with great variety of food choices. They are also very good and covering off dietary requirements.
I honestly can’t praise them high enough, and when it is time to move on, we will be devastated to leave them!

Acorns Nursery came very highly recommended to me and I am very glad I decided to place my child here. The standard of care given is amazing by all members of staff. My child has been attending this nursery for nearly two years and has thoroughly enjoyed every day she has attended.
Staff are friendly and approachable regarding any issues. The nursery is always clean and tidy.
My daughter loves all the staff members and tells me how she enjoys her time spent
with them.
The Nursery is always filled with fun things to do and has a great outdoor area which can be used in rain or sunshine with plenty of activities.
They always have activities relevant to the events throughout the year and the children love it.
My child also enjoys bringing home books to read with me at home and taking her book bag into nursery which is also a great way of preparing them for school.
They provide great feedback regarding what the children are doing from today and this evidences how much my child has developed regarding skills, knowledge, education and socialisation.
I highly recommend this nursery, everything is fantastic, staff, management, cleanliness and food.

My Grandaughter loves this nursery, staff are fabulous.

Very shortly after my son started at Nantgarw Acorns, he got ill for three weeks and then there was a family bereavement. The staff at Acorns could not have been more understanding even though it delayed his settling in. He's had his first tear-free drop-offs and pulls my hand to get to the door in
the mornings. I have noticed his speech and movement becoming more confident and his personality coming out more and more and I feel that is in part to do with the activities and fun he has at nursery. The building is lovely, the activities are varied and the staff are even better. I think their cooking might be better than mine too. Highly recommended.

I couldn’t ask for more in a nursery. I was so anxious about going back to work and leaving my two little ones. I viewed a number of nurseries but knew Acorns was the right one for us as soon as I walked through the door. I’ve never regretted my decision to leave my precious two in the care of Acorns.
My
Boys attend Acorns Nantgarw and their key workers are the most amazing women on this earth. I’m so grateful knowing they are in the care of these incredible girls when they can’t be with me; they are all so devoted to the children they care for.
My boys have learnt so much in the 6 months they have been attending, and the care they receive is first class. The facilities and activities are incredible, there is always something going on, being made, being taught etc.

Fantastic nursery.

Our daughter attended from 8 months to age 3 and has always been very happy and well cared for. We’ve been impressed with the range of activities & the food which have always been age appropriate. She has developed so much in her time there and now likes teaching me the songs she learns. The staff are
all lovely and though our daughter can be quite shy in some situations it is obvious that she feels completely comfortable and safe with the staff here and she looks forward to going in and is always very happy.
It’s always very clean, I don’t know how they manage to keep it that nice with so many children! Communication with staff is excellent.
