Acorns Parc Nantgarw is ideally located on the Coleg Y Cymoedd site just off the A470 and near to the M4, within easy reach of Cardiff and the Valleys.

This charming open plan nursery has a covered outdoor area to ensure exciting play whatever the weather and has large gardens with a little wooden bridge for outdoor play, or racing round on trikes.

The experienced team ensure little minds are stimulated every day with exciting activities, early years teaching and purpose built equipment.

Brilliant staff very well organised, great facilities and a good outdoor play area even in bad weather, good choice of menus that get rotated depending on a season, very good with children and teaching them, getting ready to leave for school.

I can't recommend Acorns Parc Nantgarw enough. My son absolutely loves going there, as did my daughter previously. It is warm and friendly and the staff really care. The food is fantastic and the nursery is always immaculate. I honestly don't know how they think of all the brilliant activities.

We looked around a few nurseries before sending our child to Acorns and we're delighted to know we've made the right decision. The facilities are great, our child has the best time there and the staff are genuinely fantastic. We were really nervous sending our child in as we moved on from the pandemic
and they were brilliantly accommodating. Brilliant with children and parents alike, we couldn't be happier.

Our daughter absolutely loves it at Acorns. She has come.on "leaps and bounds" since joining in Jan 2022. The staff are pleasant and helpful, she gets a great variety of freshly cooked/prepared food, and we always feel like she's in safe hands. She's always coming home with new things that she's learnt
or made, and the daily updates mean that we don't feel like we're missing out on what she's doing whilst in the staff's care.

I have two children that attend the nursery and both are extremely happy there. All the staff are very friendly and the activities are really varied. It is expensive but I have honestly struggled to find another nursery that compares.

Both my girls have been at Acorns Parc Nantgarw and all the staff there have been amazing, always so cheerful and caring.
I viewed other nurseries but knew straight away they would have the loveliest time here, all the activities are well thought out and we love getting pictures of them on the app.
We couldn't ask for more!

Would be great if the daily updates in the Nursery app will be available again. More outdoor activities would be useful for the kid's abilities to learn how to explore different environments. Subject to facilities available would be an improvement to children's health and well-being to have less crowded
groups.

My little boy settled so quickly at Acorns. He absolutely loves going in and is always so happy and content when I collect him. The ladies working there are brilliant and very engaging and caring to all children. The food is healthy and plenty and we always have a detailed review of his day at the end

All three of my children have attended Acorns Parc Nantgarw from 12 months until school age. The staff are all absolutely wonderful, loving, and caring. They really do become an extension of the family and all of my children absolutely adore their time with their friends and carers. The nursery itself
is immaculately clean and you very rarely see an unhappy child - which was not my experience on viewing other nurseries prior to the decision to send my first to Acorns. The food is healthy and wholesome and my children all enjoyed it. Communication is excellent. All round I can't fault the nursery.

The staff at Acorns Morgannwg are phenomenal. They have gone above and beyond in supporting us with our son during a difficult last 2 years. Our son goes in happily and comes out smiling. The app is a great way to see what he’s been doing during the day.

Excellent nursery. My son loves it and runs in every morning! He’s moved up classes and never had any problems. They always do fun activities - painting, messy play, outdoor play. Highly recommend to anyone! He loves all the staff so much! I just wish I was able to spy and see him play at pick-up. Sad
times due to COVID something I’ve never seen yet - fingers crossed!

I can’t rate Acorns Nantgarw highly enough. The facilities themselves are fabulous. The rooms are so spacious, light, and airy. Every room has a covered outdoor space so they can play outside even when it rains, which was really important in our decision to send our little boy there. The staff are always
so friendly and helpful, always happy to answer any questions we might have. Our little boy absolutely loves it there.

My son was with Acorns until he started school last year and my younger daughter has now been there for 8 months and loves it. I cannot rate this nursery highly enough. The staff are all lovely but highly professional. There are so many different activities for the children to enjoy and both the indoor
and outdoor space is lovely. The food is healthy but varied. The staff have also been amazing throughout the COVID pandemic. They have obviously taken every precaution to keep everyone safe, whilst at the same time, have still made our children feel safe and at home. As a mother, you want peace of mind when you leave your child behind and I absolutely have this. Thank you Acorns Nantgarw!

All of my children have attended Acorns Nantgarw from the age of 9 months until they started school, with my third daughter currently still attending. Having been coming to the nursery for over 7 years now, the place feels like an extension of our home and family. I wouldn't trust anywhere else to look
after our children. Each child is placed into a small group with consistent members of staff caring for them which allows them to build close relationships and really feel cared for. All of my girls have run through the doors without a backward glance in the mornings - I'm lucky to get a wave goodbye as they're so keen to go and play with their friends! The facilities are always clean and tidy, and the food smells delicious. My girls often came home with muddy knees, paint splatters, and glitter in their hair, which to me is the best sign that they've spent the day getting messy and having tons of fun - just as children should.

My daughter absolutely loves this nursery and talks about the staff and her friends there constantly. She cannot wait to go there each week. She will be very sad to leave when she starts school. I was very impressed by the Covid-19 measures put in place to safeguard the children.

My daughter is now 3 and has been at Acorns Parc Nantgarw since she was 9 months old. For the entire time the staff have been amazing. You can really tell they care about the children and always address any concerns straight away. My daughter loves going there and I can tell every morning when I drop
her off that she is perfectly happy and looking forward to seeing her friends.
Also throughout the pandemic, I have to give special praise to all the staff. Nursery education and playing with other children is so vital to child development and I am so thankful they have been open throughout, the staff have done so well under difficult circumstances to ensure that the children are still treated with so much care and attention despite all the additional rules. I will never forget how awesome they have been during this awful time.
Overall an excellent nursery and I would not hesitate to use them again for any future children!

Incredible Nursery.
Supportive staff both with the parents and child.
Helped ease my child into nursery brilliantly and also helped our anxieties with COVID.
