Acorns Parc Nantgarw

The nursery is a very welcoming and settling environment for little ones. Staff are always pleasant and engaging. My daughter started at the nursery when she was 10 months, after a couple of weeks she really settled and now loves going there. The nursery keeps parents well informed with day sheets and email updates. I can leave her feeling reassured and confident that she is well cared for and will be offered different activities to do throughout the day.

I cannot praise the nursery and all the amazing staff enough. My son has settled in so well and absolutely enjoys himself every week. The activities, food and thoughtful things that he is sent home with are brilliant. We would highly recommend this nursery. I never worry about leaving my son at nursery.

Acorns is by far the best nursery any parent could ask for. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The cleanliness and hygiene is impeccable. I am so impressed with everything from the activities for the children to the food served. It is every parents' dream to drop off their child at nursery and not have to worry about anything. My son thoroughly enjoys every day spent there and is so content to be there. I have no complaints or issues. Thank you for your amazing work.

The team are really friendly and give you a really comprehensive update at the end of every day on what type of activities your child has been up to. They really do take notice of the little things about your child and always reassure you if your child is upset when you leave. Couldn't ask for more!

Absolutely wonderful nursery from day one. I'm now on child two who I have sent to this fantastic nursery. From the moment you get out of the car, you can smell how clean the place is, fresh food cooked on-site and very smart and friendly staff love.

Acorns Nantgawr has been fantastic for our son, I would recommend it to anybody and have mentioned them on more than one occasion to fellow parents that live locally.

I honestly can’t praise them high enough, and when it is time to move on, we will be devastated to leave them!

Very shortly after my son started at Nantgarw Acorns, he got ill for three weeks and then there was a family bereavement. The staff at Acorns could not have been more understanding even though it delayed his settling in. He's had his first tear-free drop-offs and pulls my hand to get to the door in the mornings. I have noticed his speech and movement becoming more confident and his personality coming out more and more and I feel that is in part to do with the activities and fun he has at nursery. The building is lovely, the activities are varied and the staff are even better. I think their cooking might be better than mine too. Highly recommended.

Our daughter has been in the nursery since she was 9 months old and is now 3 yrs 7 months - she loves it and we have never had any concerns. There is a well-rounded learning programme. The place is safe, clean with good communication.

It’s always very clean, I don’t know how they manage to keep it that nice with so many children! Communication with staff is excellent.

My granddaughter has been at Parc Nantgarw Acorns since she was 9 months old. She absolutely loves every minute that she is there. All staff are knowledgeable, friendly and very professional in every aspect of their working day. My daughter and son in law now treat the staff as if they part of our family and know that they care for my granddaughter in a safe and happy environment.

My granddaughter continues to develop a lovely personality and has become a funny, intelligent little person. Every day the children are kept busy with different activities and have their own sleeping cot/area when the activities just get too much!

Food is prepared fresh and is nutritional and varied. At the end of the day, parents/guardians receive a report card stating everything important that concerns your child for that day. My granddaughter is always happy when picked up.

Overall, I can’t praise the staff at Parc Nantgarw Acorns enough. Keep up the good work Parc Nantgarw Acorns, you are amazing!

Acorns Nursery is absolutely excellent. I am delighted with the way they care for my daughter. They provide a happy, safe, comforting environment. My daughter is developing at a significant rate with her speech, vocabulary and play skills. She interacts with other children well. Acorns have contributed to this process of development significantly. The nursery nurse is superb with my daughter.

In short, I never, ever have to worry about my little girl when leaving her in the care of Acorns. She always leaves there happy and smiling after a full day of fun. I would not send her anywhere else.
