Acorns Parc Nantgarw is ideally located on the Coleg Y Cymoedd site just off the A470 and near to the M4, within easy reach of Cardiff and the Valleys.

This charming open plan nursery has a covered outdoor area to ensure exciting play whatever the weather and has large gardens with a little wooden bridge for outdoor play, or racing round on trikes.

The experienced team ensure little minds are stimulated every day with exciting activities, early years teaching and purpose built equipment.

My youngest has been at the nursery since 2020 and the standard of care has not faltered. I feel it is an exceptional nursery that I would willingly recommend to other parents.
My son has just moved into the last group before moving to primary school and he is developing brilliantly. He loves nursery
and all the different activities he gets to do while there.

Acorns Nantgarw is absolutely amazing! I feel that my child is having fantastic experiences and is always doing something different.
The facilities are suitable for each age group.
The communication is really good and the staff are always happy to help with every situation and will also go above
and beyond to make sure that the children are having the utter best care.
Overall I cannot fault the nursery!

I have two children in this nursery and my wife and I visited a couple of other settings and this nursery was by far the best.
Both our children enjoy going to nursery and settled in well.
The outdoor space is amazing and we liked that both the playrooms lead out to the garden.

I cannot rate this nursery highly enough. From our initial enquiry to settling in to now attending three days a week, myself and my son have been welcomed with open arms. The staff are all so friendly and approachable, nothing is too much trouble. I feel happy and content going to work knowing my son
is well cared for in such a lovely engaging environment. He has come on so much since attending nursery and the activities they get up to always look fun and stimulating from the pictures they send. When I pick him up he never wants to leave, so that's a good sign! I especially love how they try to keep parents involved in nursery life through home tasks and special events at the nursery. The recent Mother's Day walk was lovely, being able to chat with other parents in his group and just spending time together. You can tell they really do care and always try to go the extra mile.

Fantastic staff, facilities, activities and nutritious meals are given, an all-around brilliant daycare nursery. My daughter thoroughly enjoys it, she is always happy to return which shows she's comfortable in their environment which is always reassuring for me.

Excellent standard and quality of care for my child. Clean, friendly and inviting.
A good healthy choice for the weekly menu.
Amazing staff, easy to talk to and supportive in every way. Good resources and tools for my child. Always kept up to date on my child's progress and learning via the app and
given a daily information sheet on how the child has been.
Excellent management team, always happy to help and reassuring.

Staff are wonderful, I was very reluctant to leave my child while returning to work after maternity leave but after having a tour, I felt very comfortable leaving my daughter at Acorns, in fact, I’ve recommended them to other working parents looking for childcare.

The wide variety of tasks my son does weekly at nursery as well as the range of foods he eats is fantastic. He comes out of the nursery full of beans telling me about his day. The artwork he brings home is fabulous. Overall, a very stimulating and friendly, caring environment for kids to develop in.

I couldn’t be more happy or reassured with the care my daughter has received over the last 12 months at Acorns Nantgarw. I honestly can’t recommend the nursery enough.
The staff are absolutely amazing. The nursery is clean and well-organised, and the day schedule seems fun and engaging. My daughter
loves going and loves everyone who works there; it’s such a relief for me as a parent as I feel less guilty about going to work.
My daughter’s progress has been fantastic, and I am sure she is better off going. The moment we arrive at the entrance, she runs in, which says everything.
I am extremely happy and can’t thank everyone enough for all that they do.

The nursery has been amazing with my son, leaving him at Acorns nursery each day knowing he is being given first-class care and attention is a great feeling as his parents. Fantastic daycare who really seem to care about each child whilst also making yours feel special. My little one is in the baby group at the moment but he genuinely seems to love it. He comes home happy and well fed every day he's there and always goes happily in the mornings. The team is a pleasure
and tries to accommodate wherever possible, even if at the moment that isn't possible due to how busy they are! It's unfortunate the fees are going up, but given the current climate it's to be expected and my little one will certainly be staying as it's worth every penny. Thanks all!

Acorns Parc Nantgarw is excellent. I have always felt relaxed with the care of my daughter who has been attending since November 2020. This is a superb nursery and I couldn’t ask for anything more. The people who work here are absolutely delightful, caring and have done such a fantastic job at looking after my son over the last 1.5 years. I am so grateful to have this resource available and to leave my child in the hands of people
I truly think care about him and know so much about his personality. They do fantastic activities which my son loves and they offer a personal and hands on approach to care. I often collect my son to find him curled up on the lap of someone having a nice cuddle. He talks about the staff with such joy and that speaks volumes.

Best nursery around! The staff are really caring and professional and do lots of charity fundraising. Both of my daughters have attended here (my youngest is still there), and they love it. The facilities are clean, and there is plenty of educational equipment to help my daughter's growth. I've never

This is the fourth year I have been using Acorns Parc Nantgarw (between 2 children), and yet again I can't praise them enough. The staff are all so friendly, happy, helpful and kind. Even with the challenges faced over the last few years the children have always been happy and had a safe and happy place
to be cared for. I love how much fuss is made of special events and times of the year, like Christmas! The arts and crafts the kids do are amazing and I love keeping hold of these special memories. The communication is brilliant and we are always kept up to date with all the latest information regarding the nursery. I honestly could not recommend this nursery enough and have even done so on social media platforms when parents ask for reviews of local nurseries and to friends.

My son has been attending Acorns Nantgarw since March. He started at six months old, and they have been a wonderful support in his development from weaning to walking. We're really happy with how he is developing and their hand in this. We especially enjoy seeing how busy they are with garden play,
messy play and role play; they keep up to date with the most recent learning and development styles to ensure that your child has purposeful play.
I especially appreciate how they notice little quirks and traits that my child has, showing how much care and attention they give him, and after all, he's the most precious thing in my world, so it's nice to feel confident that he's in good caring hands when I'm not with him.
