Acorns Parc Nantgarw

Acorns staff are great with our little girl, so friendly and welcoming. She has come on leaps and bounds with her learning there. She really enjoys her nursery days. We know that she is in safe hands while she is under their care.

Can’t rate Acorns enough. My little one really struggled to begin with and now loves nursery so much he would happily stay and play. So reassuring to know he is looked after, eats great meals and loves all the staff. The staff are all super friendly with some real standouts (I think he would spend all day with one particular staff member if he could!) the app is great for updates too!

Both of my children attended Acorns, starting in 2017 and my youngest will leave next month. They have both loved nursery and I’ve always been completely confident when leaving my children at the nursery. It’s a purpose-built building, so whilst brilliantly functional, it has a really warm friendly feel to it. Lovely garden, a brilliant menu, and fantastic activities. But the best bit is the staff. They are so friendly, caring and interested in the children. I couldn’t have wished for more. They genuinely know each of the children individually, show real understanding, offer helpful advice and just a completely positive, caring and fun environment.

Excellent care is given and daily updates via the app which is great for keeping track of what my son is doing throughout the day - lots of sensory play, playing on the slide, playing dentist, construction worker, and vets. Lots of outdoor activities, weather permitting, including tunnels, sand, and bicycles. He loves his food - eats every meal and dessert! Loves going to nursery and comes home very tired because of so much going on.

My son has just moved into the last group before moving to primary school and he is developing brilliantly. He loves nursery and all the different activities he gets to do while there.

I cannot praise the staff enough, the experiences they have had are second to none, the staff are simply amazing and the facilities are exceptional.

Overall I cannot fault the nursery!

The outdoor space is amazing and we liked that both the playrooms lead out to the garden.

Fantastic staff, facilities, activities and nutritious meals are given, an all-around brilliant daycare nursery. My daughter thoroughly enjoys it, she is always happy to return which shows she's comfortable in their environment which is always reassuring for me.

I cannot rate this nursery highly enough. From our initial enquiry to settling in to now attending three days a week, myself and my son have been welcomed with open arms. The staff are all so friendly and approachable, nothing is too much trouble. I feel happy and content going to work knowing my son is well cared for in such a lovely engaging environment. He has come on so much since attending nursery and the activities they get up to always look fun and stimulating from the pictures they send. When I pick him up he never wants to leave, so that's a good sign! I especially love how they try to keep parents involved in nursery life through home tasks and special events at the nursery. The recent Mother's Day walk was lovely, being able to chat with other parents in his group and just spending time together. You can tell they really do care and always try to go the extra mile.

Good safeguarding of my child, always feel at ease when leaving my child in nursery care and overall excellent value for money for such a well-established nursery.

The building is very clean and the food provided was a great standard, would highly recommend this nursery.

Parc Nantgarw is an amazing nursery, and the staff take amazing care of the kids. They plan lots of creative activities not only for the kids to part take in but also for us parents too! My son always comes out really happy after his day there. The staff are a huge credit to the management team. Keep up the great work!

The wide variety of tasks my son does weekly at nursery as well as the range of foods he eats is fantastic. He comes out of the nursery full of beans telling me about his day. The artwork he brings home is fabulous. Overall, a very stimulating and friendly, caring environment for kids to develop in. I would highly recommend.

The nursery has been amazing with my son, leaving him at Acorns nursery each day knowing he is being given first-class care and attention is a great feeling as his parents. The feedback and attention to detail is fantastic. They have helped his development so much, especially his delay in speech. He will be leaving in September for school and we will all miss the nursery and staff so much.

The staff are so very caring towards my daughter. They are always enthusiastic and so very positive. I leave her in the knowledge she will be happy and well looked after. Since being at nursery she has grown in confidence.

Fantastic daycare who really seem to care about each child whilst also making yours feel special. My little one is in the baby group at the moment but he genuinely seems to love it. He comes home happy and well fed every day he's there and always goes happily in the mornings. The team is a pleasure and tries to accommodate wherever possible, even if at the moment that isn't possible due to how busy they are! It's unfortunate the fees are going up, but given the current climate it's to be expected and my little one will certainly be staying as it's worth every penny. Thanks all!

Acorns Parc Nantgarw is excellent. I have always felt relaxed with the care of my daughter who has been attending since November 2020. The communication is fab and the meals and snacks provided are of a very high standard. My daughter loves going to nursery to see the friendly and very fun staff along with her friends she has made since day 1. Thank you.

This is a superb nursery and I couldn’t ask for anything more. The people who work here are absolutely delightful, caring and have done such a fantastic job at looking after my son over the last 1.5 years. I am so grateful to have this resource available and to leave my child in the hands of people I truly think care about him and know so much about his personality. They do fantastic activities which my son loves and they offer a personal and hands on approach to care. I often collect my son to find him curled up on the lap of someone having a nice cuddle. He talks about the staff with such joy and that speaks volumes.
