Acorns Parc Nantgarw is ideally located on the Coleg Y Cymoedd site just off the A470 and near to the M4, within easy reach of Cardiff and the Valleys.

This charming open plan nursery has a covered outdoor area to ensure exciting play whatever the weather and has large gardens with a little wooden bridge for outdoor play, or racing round on trikes.

The experienced team ensure little minds are stimulated every day with exciting activities, early years teaching and purpose built equipment.

I can't recommend Acorns Parc Nantgarw enough. The staff are amazing. Always go above and beyond to ensure my child is happy. It makes leaving your child so much easier and you know they are in great hands!

Our daughter attended Acorns Parc Nantgarw for around 2 and a half years and in that time the carers at Acorns Nantgarw went above and beyond for her and us.
They did lovely activities regularly, updated us through the app which helped us to feel involved in her development but most importantly they
were kind, caring and provided the best care we'd hoped for, for our daughter.
Thank you for the happy memories you've helped our little one to have through Acorns Nantgarw. We would recommend this nursery 100% from the experience we had.

Outstanding Creche! All staff are welcoming and set an excellent example of practice. Really sad when my child left to go to school! All staff are understanding of your concerns. The managers are so approachable and such lovely ladies. If you have any concerns it's dealt with immediately. My child
absolutely loved going to Acorns Parc Nantgarw. The love and care they show for your children is exactly what you want for your child when leaving them. They have brought my child on so much. I would 100% recommend Acorns to anybody.

The staff are all so welcoming and caring for our daughter. They are fully engaged with all the children all day and ensure that they have activities that are educational and fun for all the children.
My daughter loves going to Acorns Parc Nantgarw and we trust the staff entirely for how well they
care for her during her time there.

Acorns Parc Nantgarw excels at everything. Every single member of staff I have encountered over the past two years have been friendly and known my son by his first name. You're put at ease as soon as you drop your child off and my son was very happy going every morning. Nothing is ever too much trouble
for the amazing staff in office. Excellent communication and everything is shared. Homemade cards are made for all holidays to come home. Excellent free Christmas events with Santa, gorgeous food and drinks. Outstanding Christmas show which my son played an angel. The menus are shared regularly, to suit all dietary requirements. All the important little touches made the nursery feel like a home. Excellent use of the Parent zone app full of pictures and descriptions on what my son has been up to. Normally, a wide variation of tasks. Excellent resources, toys and facilities there from a young age up and 4 years old. I could go on and on. This nursery is amazing!

Our daughter has attended Acorns Parc Nantgarw for the last three years. We cannot praise the staff highly enough, they are all friendly, kind and caring. I don't think I've ever seen any of them have a bad day, always warm and with a smile on their faces. Our daughter had made really lovely connections
with all staff who work with her and comes home with stories about what they've done during the day. I'd also make a special mention that we really love that there's male members of staff too, it's great to see men in caring roles being modelled to kids.
As parents we feel the quality of activities, food prepared and the nursery environment are all really high. The kids enjoy weekly sports sessions, yoga, rhyme and sign time and a good mix of indoor and outdoor time. I really worried about sending my children to nursery, so I never thought I'd say this, but I'll be so sad when our daughter goes to school and we won't have our Acorns days anymore. A huge thank you to all the staff there.

I feel very happy with Acorns Parc Nantgarw. My daughter attends and loves it there. The updates throughout the day to let us know how she has been and what she has done that day are important and appreciated.
We feel that she is looked after there and her needs are met.

We love Acorns Nantgarw and knew from our first visit that it was our top choice. There is a lovely, friendly and cosy atmosphere that is created by a mixture of beautiful decoration and kind, approachable staff. Our little boy loves it there and the staff made sure that he settled in well. I also love
that you are never made to feel like a nuisance if you ring to check on your little one. I would highly recommend this nursery.

This nursery is absolutely exceptional. I cannot express enough praise for it. My son attended for two years, and now my daughter has been here for just over a year. The delight on her face when we arrive at the nursery is indescribable. The facility is impeccably maintained, and I receive regular updates,
including photos of her activities, sleep, and meals. The staff are truly outstanding; their genuine care for my daughter is evident. I am incredibly grateful that my daughter attends this nursery, and I know I'll be heartbroken when it's time for her to move on to school.

Both my children go to Acorns and love it.
Everyone working there is wonderful and lovely. Communication is always excellent.
The activities the kids do are lovely and the food is amazing.
They have always been very accommodating with requests when we have emailed.

Absolutely love Acorns. All the children are so well looked after, my daughter is very sensitive and took a while to settle in initially but the nursery staff have always been nothing but supportive and caring towards my daughter and myself. The food always looks lovely and well-balanced, and the children
are always playing, learning and having fun. The staff are so good at their jobs and the nursery itself is managed really brilliantly. Our next daughter will definitely be joining an Acorn's journey!

I cannot rate Acorns Nantgarw enough. It was the first nursery we saw and absolutely fell in love with because of its warm and welcoming atmosphere. My little girl loves going to nursery and we are always content in knowing that she is well looked after, doing lots of amazing and creative activities
that we get updated by through the app. The staff are so lovely and welcoming. There has never been an instance where I have felt judged or uncomfortable. All the staff know my little girl like the back of their hand as they’ve taken time to get to know her and her routine. The staff are always there to offer advice and support on aspects of my little girl's life that I need that little bit more understanding of and I put my full trust in knowing that everything that they have said has worked wonders for us at home and helped with her nursery journey. The food provided is amazing also; I feel comfort in knowing that she is eating healthy and well during her hours at nursery. We love it!

Fantastic nursery with amazing staff! My daughter went to Parc Nantgarw for 3 years and my son has been there since May 2023. Really caring and friendly staff in a wonderful, nurturing setting. My son has settled in really well and loves going to nursery.

Acorns staff are great with our little girl, so friendly and welcoming. She has come on leaps and bounds with her learning there. She really enjoys her nursery days. We know that she is in safe hands while she is under their care.

Can’t rate Acorns enough. My little one really struggled to begin with and now loves nursery so much he would happily stay and play. So reassuring to know he is looked after, eats great meals and loves all the staff. The staff are all super friendly with some real standouts (I think he would spend all
day with one particular staff member if he could!) the app is great for updates too!

Both of my children attended Acorns, starting in 2017 and my youngest will leave next month. They have both loved nursery and I’ve always been completely confident when leaving my children at the nursery. It’s a purpose-built building, so whilst brilliantly functional, it has a really warm friendly
feel to it. Lovely garden, a brilliant menu, and fantastic activities. But the best bit is the staff. They are so friendly, caring and interested in the children. I couldn’t have wished for more. They genuinely know each of the children individually, show real understanding, offer helpful advice and just a completely positive, caring and fun environment.

Excellent care is given and daily updates via the app which is great for keeping track of what my son is doing throughout the day - lots of sensory play, playing on the slide, playing dentist, construction worker, and vets. Lots of outdoor activities, weather permitting, including tunnels, sand, and
bicycles. He loves his food - eats every meal and dessert! Loves going to nursery and comes home very tired because of so much going on.

We had viewed several nurseries before Acorns Nantgarw and from the moment we walked in we could tell it was a step above the rest. I liked the fact it was all on one level with clean inside and outside spaces, welcoming staff and happy children, involved in various activities. Originally we only wanted
our daughter to attend 3 days a week but on the days she was not there she would stand by the door with her bag in the morning ready to go! So now attends 5 days a week. Our daughter had been attending for over a year now is coming on leaps and bounds. We are very happy parents with the care and stimulation she receives.
