Learning Journeys Daycare opened in July 2015. The building was previously used as a doctors surgery and was lovingly transformed into a clean, bright and stimulating term-time only nursery making it the perfect choice for students and teaching professionals.

The nursery consists of three main rooms which are babies, toddlers and pre-school. All rooms have level three qualified room leaders that are up to date with their first aid, safeguarding and food hygiene.

All staff also hold several additional qualifications that enables them to enhance their own practice and therefore facilitate each child's learning and development according. learning journeys daycare prides itself on providing the very best care for each and every child, and they are always looking for new ways to develop professionally.

Learning Journeys Daycare also provide a breakfast and after school club for children up to the age of eight years.

My son is really happy, always smiling when he comes out. I recommend this nursery to anyone. I have no worries when my son's there. Staff and management are excellent. There's lots for kids to do and learn.

Learning Journey's is an excellent daycare centre. My youngest daughter loves going there and has flourished with her speech and behaviour. The daycare also pick my oldest up from school to attend and she enjoys completing her homework there and the activities they do. The staff are lovely and polite,
they always keep me informed of my child's progress. I am grateful for my children to have a place here.

I was a bit worried about sending my daughter to 'times for twos'. I looked at lots of different nurseries and nothing compared to this one. Staff are very friendly, understanding, go the extra mile to help you. Very clean and fun nursery. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds.

It is a brilliant nursery, they give you and your child lots of support. The staff are also brilliant. My son doesn't like to be separated from me, he was making himself poorly but they helped me with this and now he is fine.

I am very happy with all the staff. My son loved coming to nursery and had a great time. My son learnt a lot from coming to nursery I could see him developing quickly and that was down to the great teaching and care of the staff.

After returning after the summer break I was amazed at how much more had been added to this already very well resourced nursery. Fantastic outside play area. Staff always helpful and friendly. Always welcomed when entering the nursery. Wonderful atmosphere.

I am so happy I decided to send my daughter to Learning Journeys Daycare. She takes part in a lot of different activities and is always excited about going. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. I like that they give me updates on her daily activities and how she has been etc.

My daughter has been at Learning Journey's for 12 months, the staff are very good and communication between staff and parents is great. I can see a big difference in my child. She loves going and playing and learning new skills. It is very clean and organised. They have a fantastic space outside for
the children, so they can enjoy the outdoors as well. The daycare has high standards in every department. I love the security of getting in and out of the building, which makes me feel my child is safe and the staff know who is going in and out.


I would highly recommend Learning Journey's as I think that they have developed her in many ways. My child also enjoys all her meals and there is a balance of meals all week. Also trips are very organised, safe and the connection to what they are learning about.

My children both enjoy all the experiences/trips offered to them while attending this nursery. One of my children is 4 years old and she has flourished and has become more of a little woman than she already was. My son has come on leaps and bounds. He has been attending since he was 9 months old. Both
children attend full time so it has allowed them to get the best learning opportunities.

The overall standard is excellent my child is well cared for. The management run a tight ship and facilities are good for the size of the nursery. My child's learning is at a high standard and focus on her strengths and push her to a level that she needs to be at and have communicated this well to us
as parents. Overall I am extremely impressed with the nursery and will be looking to send my younger child there next year.

Warm, welcoming, good understanding of child needs, always happy when returning, repeats her boundaries to siblings, toilet trained. Cared for superbly. Staff always happy to see parents, positive feedback. Wonderfully clean, a variety of resources, Outside is good. Had a new shade area done to prevent
sunburn. Food and drink met to halal requirements.

I love this nursery my daughter goes and she absolutely loves it. The staff are amazing, they are kind, considerate, and very friendly always welcoming and happy to help. The security system is brilliant, I feel at ease when my daughter is there.
I would highly recommend this daycare to every parent,
it has a safe outdoor area and provides childcare for different ages. It's a clean, bright, and very attractive for children and parents!

My little girl started here on the 5th of September doing 3 mornings a week and the staff have made it possible for her to settle in straight away, she did get a little upset on her 3rd morning but the staff were fantastic with her and she soon settled after a few minutes.


She's never been away from

me before so knowing she was in such a lovely environment with fantastic staff made it easier for me to leave her there, my older daughter finished a year there before the six week holidays and she absolutely loved it, which was one of the main reasons I sent my youngest daughter there.
If you have any questions staff are always there to help. I would recommend the nursery to parents/friends/family.

My son has only just started this month and the staff are absolutely lovely. Even though my son was screaming for me, the staff calmed him down and he settled nicely. I would recommend this nursery to anyone.
