Learning Journeys Daycare opened in July 2015. The building was previously used as a doctors surgery and was lovingly transformed into a clean, bright and stimulating term-time only nursery making it the perfect choice for students and teaching professionals.

The nursery consists of three main rooms which are babies, toddlers and pre-school. All rooms have level three qualified room leaders that are up to date with their first aid, safeguarding and food hygiene.

All staff also hold several additional qualifications that enables them to enhance their own practice and therefore facilitate each child's learning and development according. learning journeys daycare prides itself on providing the very best care for each and every child, and they are always looking for new ways to develop professionally.

Learning Journeys Daycare also provide a breakfast and after school club for children up to the age of eight years.

My son has been part of this setting since 2017 and I have nothing but praise. Since the moment my son began day nursery, he has displayed positive behaviour. He is so much happier and his development has come on so much. The nursery is very supportive and are great at working with me as a parent. Communication
is spot on. The staff are great and work brilliantly with my child as the care is also of a great standard.

My daughter loves coming to the Learning Journeys Daycare. She has been coming since she was 6 months old and she is now 2. She will walk in with a smile on her face and walk out with a smile too! The staff keep her very busy with all the activities they plan. The resources they have are fantastic and
the outdoor area is brilliant. I would definitely recommend this nursery to somebody else. She is well cared for and given the support she needs.

I can't recommend this nursery enough. My son struggled to settle at first. The staff was amazing, patient and caring. He's just finished preschool, he loved going here but now it's time for his next journey but this is the best nursery any of my children have been to by far and we will miss you all.

Enjoyed Mother's Day workshop with my little one and overall a really good nursery. My little one has learnt so much eg. he now knows what a triangle is which he didn't before, always happy when I bring him and the staff are amazing.

The nursery is really well presented, it is clean and tidy always. The staff are really friendly and make you feel well cared for. My child really enjoys their time at the nursery and has learned quite a lot eg. nursery rhymes and numbers.

I am very pleased with the support me and my son get from nursery. Since joining he has become such a well-behaved little boy, he enjoys nursery and I feel happy that he is safe whilst I'm away from him. Staff are lovely and he enjoys being there.

My child has attended since the 4th of January 2015. He was really happy there and unfortunately, we moved to another town and so had to change nursery. The staff and teachers are really helpful, kind and all so understanding. My son has got a speaking problem which they helped me to improve. Anytime
I wanted to change my child times table, they gave fixable time for me. I was very happy with Learning Journeys Daycare.

Since joining the nursery my son has been able to count to 12 when before, he could only count to 3. He also knows many more songs and due to talking with others, children and staff, he is even better with his speech than before. Now my 3-year-old can talk as if he was 5. I think they are amazing
at not only how they teach but how they give children the confidence to keep trying until they succeed.

I was very happy with the settling in process. The staff were very understanding. My son was very shy but has come out of his shell and has already come home reciting the alphabet, days of the week and 1-10. Parent's evening was very informative and was a true likeness of his personality. I feel happy
leaving him and we discuss his day when I collect him with help from the daily diary sent home. Red Nose Day - parents workshop was really enjoyable :).

All staff have been welcoming and friendly, this is my son's first experience at nursery and he always enjoys himself and really looks forward to going. My partner and I have also received help from the managing staff with personal matters that has probably gone beyond the call of duty. It always seems
