Learning Journeys Daycare opened in July 2015. The building was previously used as a doctors surgery and was lovingly transformed into a clean, bright and stimulating term-time only nursery making it the perfect choice for students and teaching professionals.

The nursery consists of three main rooms which are babies, toddlers and pre-school. All rooms have level three qualified room leaders that are up to date with their first aid, safeguarding and food hygiene.

All staff also hold several additional qualifications that enables them to enhance their own practice and therefore facilitate each child's learning and development according. learning journeys daycare prides itself on providing the very best care for each and every child, and they are always looking for new ways to develop professionally.

Learning Journeys Daycare also provide a breakfast and after school club for children up to the age of eight years.

This nursery has been an incredible part of our family's life. With two children already having gone here, I can confidently say it's the best nursery around. The staff treat each child with so much love and respect-it's like leaving your child with family. It's not just a nursery; it's a community
filled with warmth, support, and genuine care. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

This nursery is outstanding and the staff will do their everything to ensure you and your child get the best out of their nursery experience.
The meals are healthy and different which my child throughly enjoys.
All staff treat the children with so much care and kindness and my child has made great
bonds with her key workers within her room.
Over all I'm so happy I have chosen this nursery for my child to go to and wouldn't send her any other place!

They genuinely seem to care about my daughters experience. Very pleased with the experience so far. Updates everyday and the phots of her having fun are precious , nice to know I can check she's OK, they call me to let me know she has settled in and when I'm nervous and call 10 mins after dropping
her off they are very understanding

I would never send my child to any other nursery. This nursery has been a blessing to my daughter and myself. My daughter started in the baby room just over a month ago. She has loved it and the teachers are great. All the nursery nurses in Baby room seem to pay a lot of attention to the children's
likes and dislikes and tailor their care around this! It seems like the staff genuinely enjoy their role and truly care for the children. My daughter still cries sometimes when I drop her off however I feel so reassured by the staff that shes okay so I never feel worried and every time I pick her back up, my daughter happily says "more nursery". It feels like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders by finding this nursery as prior to this my daughter started a different nursery which she did not settle well in. I commend the girls in the baby room for their efforts, truly an amazing team and nursery.

A fantastic nursery for children. My 2-year-old has been coming since April 2024 and has come on leaps. Her speech has improved her social skills are fantastic now she always comes out happy and smiling and can't wait to go again. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

My son absolutely loves going to this nursery. The staff are so brilliant with him. 'Toddler 1' Staff always smiling and happy to give handovers. It is lovely to see all the fun activities he does on the app. Every time I have called the office they have been helpful. Wonderful nursery!

My experience with Learning Journeys Daycare has been wonderful since my daughter started attending in September 2023.
She has grown in confidence, skills such as demonstrating how to cook, the role of a doctor.
The staff are very supportive providing feedback each day about my daughter.
The environment
is also very neat and indeed Learning Journeys Daycare is the toast of the area and on a scale of 10, I will rate her 10/10 over and over.

Both of my children attended from baby room right up until preschool, they had so many different learning opportunities every single day and the staff were amazing. They all went above and beyond to care for both of my children, the managers were great too and nothing was ever any trouble!
Also, a
particular member of staff is great! She cooks some great and healthy meals for the children!

I just want to start off with I was struggling to find somewhere for my daughter to go for government-funded hours and this nursery accepted her at such short notice.
Also I just want to add since my daughter has been coming to this nursery her confidence and her speech has come on so well and the
staff are really lovely and the communication is great.
I cannot fault this nursery they were absolutely brilliant I would 100% recommend this nursery as it's brilliant.

An amazing nursery of very high standards from all points of view. I don't think 200 words will be enough for my positive feedback, but will try to summarise. Staff are truly, genuinely caring and very knowledgable, and it's easy to see that they are truly invested in and passionate about child care
with everything this entails. These days (and due to previous negative experiences with a different nursery) it is not something I take for granted. My child needed additional support, and it has been spotted and addressed promptly, with loads of advice, encouragement and support available for both my child and myself. My child is thriving in this setting, and I trust Learning Journeys 100% with her care. To see my little one happy at drop-off and pick-up, as well as her positive evolution means everything.
