Little Tots Nursery - Stoney Heath

Little tots is truly amazing! The staff are all so caring and kind. It's so reassuring to know that your child is cared for as if they were caring for their own child. The facilities are great too and all children from the age of 3 have access to Forest School. I would 100% recommend.

My youngest son spent 2 years with Little Tots (my 2 older daughters went there too) and the staff has been amazing and hands on support throughout his journey. I was absolutely sad when he completed his time at his nursery, only because we've made a close and meaningful relationship with the nursery staff. They went above and beyond for our family and I'm forever grateful for them.

Our experience with Little Tots Nursery has been nothing short of exceptional. My son has been attending for nearly 2.5 years, and he absolutely loves it. The nursery offers a well-structured and educational environment that emphasizes learning through play, which has been incredibly beneficial for his development.

One of the standout features is the Forest School program, which provides children with unique outdoor learning experiences. This has not only fostered a love for nature in my son but also helped him develop important life skills.

As he prepares to start school this September, I am confident that the foundation laid by Little Tots Nursery will serve him well. Additionally, my younger child has recently joined the nursery, and I am excited to see his growth and development in such a nurturing environment.

Little tots nursery staff are like family and really care about the children. Always an upbeat and friendly environment and involvement with what the children do outside of nursery time. Our daughter's favourite thing has to be forest school, always the highlight of her week rain or shine. The way the staff encourage learning and make it fun and interesting you can see how much the kids learn and the kids value the staff. Thank you to all the staff that work at little tots you really are shaping some amazing little legends.

My daughter has been attending Little Tots since she was 11 months old. I couldn't be happier with the care she received and feel that she is well prepared for school mentally and socially. The staff are incredibly caring and patient and have created a warm, welcoming amd stimulating environment where my daughter feels safe and happy. She loves the nursery activities - Tappy toes sessions where she takes part in sensory and musical activities. Forest school every week, where kids connect with nature, learn species of animals and enjoy snacks and group time. Practicing yoga has had a massively positive effect in times of managing emotions and frustration. She learns so much every day and demonstrates in her behaviour that the nursery skilfully implements Montessori teaching. I've been amazed to see how much she's learned and grown since starting. I would highly recommend little Tots to any parent looking for a nurturing and educational nursery for their child.

My daughter began in the baby room in 2023 and transitioned to the main room in January 2025. The staff have been absolutely amazing - she adores them! Every day is filled with fun, and it's been wonderful to see her grow in confidence since she started. She arrives each day with a big smile, excited for the adventures ahead, and that's all thanks to the incredible team. There is a never-ending array of activities offered to the children, ensuring there's never a dull moment in her day.

My two year old daughter has started at Little tots in Jan 2025 and absolutely loves it, she runs in every drop off waving at me as she goes in and I feel very content knowing she is well cared for and looked after with lots of different activities and outdoors in the fresh air too! The staff are lovely and friendly and glad I chose little tots over a closer Nursey to me.

I have been a using Little Tots nursery for nearing six years now. As I approach the final few months being part of the Little Tots family I am saddened to think I won't be visiting the nursery every day, it is a truly special place. Every member of staff is so caring and engaging. The children have access to wonderful resources including quality Montessori equipment and woodland for their weekly Forrest School trips. They are very community minded and are often fundraising and teaching the children about different causes and special occasions. My children have always been very happy here and I am so pleased they were given a great Early Years foundation from this nursery.

absolutely amazing staff who go above and beyond to make my little girl happy while there! A fantastic nursery with lovely, dynamic and enthusiastic staff. Our daughter was very happy here before she started school and our younger son is also loving it. The forest school is an added bonus. Couldn't recommend it more highly, we'll miss being part of it when our son starts school.

We are so grateful to everyone at little tots, our son loves the nursery especially going to forest school. The staff spend time with the children individually helping teach them phonics and numbers etc to help the transition into school. The attention to detail is beyond what we ever could have expected from a nursery and it's clear to see in his learning. Would recommend this nursery to everyone.

Overall, the nursery offers a safe, caring, and stimulating environment. I am grateful for their positive impact and would wholeheartedly recommend them to any parent.

I can't put into words how amazing little tots are, we sent both our children to little tots aged 1-4 and had our second child leave for year R this September. Over the 5 years, we have had both our children in their care, they both loved their time and we as parents took so much comfort from the love and attention our children got at little tots, the staff, each and every one of them are so kind, caring and dedicated to their jobs. Thanks again for everything.

My son spent the last 4 years in Little Tots Nursery and absolutely thrived there. The nursery is a lovely setting with fantastic staff and facilities. The care for the children is second to none and I would highly recommend them.

I can't recommend Little Tots highly enough. Our time with them has come to an end after 5 wonderful years of them nurturing my two children and preparing them beautifully for school life. The staff turnover is so low which is great for consistency and the team is exceptional at what they do. Forest school, yoga and dancing classes are just a handful of the activities that the children enjoy and you're kept well informed at collection, but also through the app and regular emails. My kids both have their favourites and can't wait to go back and visit to collect pumpkins for Halloween. We'll miss our Little Tots community so much. Thanks for being the absolute best.

Our little one just graduated from Little Tots after 3 wonderful years. We honestly can't say enough great things about this nursery, the staff are so caring and lovely, and they have really become an extension to our family over the years. There were a lot of tears on my little one's last day (from everyone!). She learned so much at Little Tots, the activities during the day were very engaging and she was particularly fond of forest school. The nursery's caterer caters to vegans which is fantastic for us. We can't wait for our youngest to start here at the end of the year.

All the staff should be proud of what they are achieving and we would 100% recommend this nursery to anyone with a young child.
