Staff are lovely. I feel totally relaxed and at ease leaving my daughter, knowing she will be well looked after.

My daughter has settled really well at Kids 1st. The gardens are fantastic and she loves playing outside. The food is very nutritious and they are offered a balanced diet. All the staff are very friendly.

They are excellent! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the nursery itself is spotless. They have helped my child come out of his shell and take more chances with new experiences. I would recommend them to anyone, but especially for shy children.

The nursery is beautifully fitted out with toys, creative posters, pictures and activities for the children. Being a first-time mom I was very nervous putting my daughter into a nursery, however, the staff are so friendly and put my concerns at ease. They are very attentive, approachable and flexible. They all have such a close relationship with my daughter. As soon as she sees anyone there she smiles. I would recommend the nursery to anyone.

My daughter has shown great progress and has a real affection for the staff and other children-it's lovely to see her build up such positive relationships.

As a first time mother, finding a nursery for my daughter was a daunting task. Having visited several local nurseries, I eventually had my visit to Kids 1st Sunderland. We were met with a warm welcome and enthusiastic staff. This paired with excellent facilities made my decision easy. My daughter had a fantastic intro week before starting properly and seems to love nursery. Knowing she is in safe, qualified hands enables me to relax about leaving my baby in the care of three others. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Kids 1st Sunderland is a fabulous nursery with plenty on offer. The staff are wonderful, they have supported my child and listened to my worries as leaving him has been the hardest decision I've made. The facilities are fantastic and I know the staff will support his development from the minute he walks in, to the minute he leaves. A big thanks to all the girls.

Excellent nursery. Gardens are fantastic and the staff always go the extra mile to make sure my child is happy. Always kept up to date with my child's learning and what she is doing whilst at the nursery. Can't fault anything!

My child has been attending since it opened and after visiting various other nurseries this one felt like the right one from the start. The staff are very welcoming and my child always comes home with a smile on her face. We are updated regularly about her learning and development and she has come on leaps and bounds since starting. Each room has their own garden which is a massive benefit to my little girl who loves the outdoors. Value for money and would recommend.

This nursery has been really great for my daughter she has grown in confidence since joining Kids 1st, the facilities are outstanding, and the outdoor area is really inviting, the food looks amazing and my daughter enjoys it all. The staff are always very welcoming and very professional.

I feel comfortable taking my daughter into a nursery every day knowing she is given lots of support in her development. What I also thrive about the nursery is the nutritious meals and snacks Kids 1st Sunderland provides and hand over at the end of the day, which gives us (parents) great feedback on children's development. All members of the staff are caring, lovely ladies with an amazing attitude towards children.

My little girl has settled brilliantly into Kids 1st. The staff were very friendly and approachable, making it easier for her to settle in. There is always a calm environment when you walk through he door and my daughter always comes home with a smile on her face. I am updated regularly on her care and development. I know she has lots of fun when she is there. She always has lovely home cooked food for lunch and tea. I would definitely recommend.

I have recently been to visit Kids 1st and was pleasantly surprised by the colourful and refreshing surroundings available. I also enjoyed seeing an organised and clean environment as well as a dining hall. I have since moved my 2 year old son to Kids 1st and his transition from his previous nursery has been very positive. All the staff at Kids 1st have been great so far and my son often talks about them. I have also recommended friends to visit!

We currently use this nursery for our one and two year old. The staff are so helpful, considerate, caring and friendly. They always go the extra mile. The facilities are brilliant and provide an excellent educational environment for the children. There is an abundance of stimulation for a wide age range and they are always involved in community events. They provide days out for the children which are always in touch with their interests. I genuinely cannot fault anything! The children are always asking to go!

Excellent purpose built nursery filled with a wide variety of toys and learning resources. Lots of up to date technology alongside traditional resources ensuring a balanced and relevant learning journey. Staff are all friendly and approachable and meet any care requests you have for your child.
