From day one, Kids 1st has been amazing to our daughter. She has grown up so much and that's all down to the team. They really help with her food issues and always offer the extra support we need. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

My grandson is very settled in his new nursery he has recently started, he really enjoys going into his room. The staff are very attentive. We’re very happy with the care. The nursery is very clean. And menus look very tasty. I’m looking forward to see how my grandson will flourish at kids 1st Ashbrooke. Thankyou.

It was a big decision to leave my child in someone else’s care. After much deliberation, we decided to go with Kids 1st Sunderland Ashbrooke. Due to the outstanding facilities and overall effectiveness of the building. I was blown away when viewed the nursery. My child settled quickly during taster sessions although a little apprehensive at first. Girls were very attentive during this process. My wife went back to work settled knowing our child was in the best possible hands.

Our son has been attending the nursery since the beginning of the year and is settling in nicely. He is our first child and has just turned one, so putting him in the nursery was a big deal for us. We looked at a few nurseries in the area before deciding on Kids 1st Sunderland. The team at Gorse road have been fantastic from our initial enquiry to his taster sessions to the first full day of nursery. The facility is excellent, brand new, extremely clean and secure, a big appeal for us was that each classroom has its own individual garden. All meals are made onsite by a chef and you get a rundown of what and how much your child has eaten that day. You also get told about naps and changing at pick up. If you have a smartphone you can get photo observations via parent zone app, we've only had one so far but its only been just over a month and we only do one day a week. I would definitely recommend this nursery, the staff are top class and I really have genuine peace of mind while at work.

So this nursery is amazing. My baby started off with 6 allergies when starting the nursery and both were a bother. The care I see him and all of the other children receive is literally first class. After a recent move in rooms to developmentally challenge my baby the staff were again unreal in settling him in. There are a few that are amazing but I've never met a bad staff member. Well done Kids 1st .... we love you xxx

Kids 1st has been the best thing we did in terms of childcare. We had our little boy in a nursery from the age of 10 months but it broke our heart leaving him so upset and sad. We made the decision to change hi nursery due to poor conditions at Kids 1st we were welcomed by such friendly, professional staff, immaculately clean conditions and the happiest environment we had experienced at a nursery. Thank you for helping to look after our son.

My child has settled really well into the nursery. He has come on leaps and bounds in all areas. The staff are always welcoming and I would recommend the nursery to anyone.

I cannot rate the nursery highly enough. I know that when I drop my child off to nursery and go to work, that they are going to receive the highest care. My child is not old enough to talk and tell they enjoy the nursery. However, they sing all the way to the nursery - that makes the nursery priceless.

Kids 1st is such a lovely nursery. It's so clean and the staff are second to none. My child is so happy here.

From our very first visit to the nursery, we knew our daughter would be happy. From a very welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff to modern facilities, this nursery has a lot to offer. Our daughter was only seven months old when she started and settled in straight away. All of the staff are very helpful and take the time to tell you about your little one's day. The photos and updates I get on my phone offer additional reassurance. The nursery has a great community feel and organises a number of fundraising activities. I wouldn't want my daughter to go anywhere else.

Before my little boy came to this nursery, he was quiet, shy, did not mix with other children so well and his speech was delayed. Once his sessions started, he immediately took an interest in what was around him and enjoyed the experience of mixing with other children. His speech developed quickly and this was evidenced in the experience and attendance he has had in this nursery. The staff and management are all brilliant at what they do and they are a credit to the service they provide. I would highly recommend Kids 1st in Sunderland as a great start to any child.
