member of staff is fabulous. They care so much for my children and make great friendship bonds. The activities are varied and have really brought out the best in my child. The food is amazing, I know my child is eating a variety of healthy, delicious food and trying new meals at times. I get daily feedback on what he has done. I regularly get sent pictures of my child and updates on the app I was not happy leaving my children with strangers but I had no choice as I had to go back to work. They all soon became less of a stranger and a friend to my son the compassion and care they gave him was incredible Thank you to all the girls and management for looking after him.

age of 10 months old. She has built excellent relationships with all staff members she has worked with and frequently talks highly of them now. She loved the fact she could see rabbits and chickens every day at nursery and adored being outside in the forest school. I couldn’t be more grateful to all the staff at Kidzrus, you have given her the best 3 years and we will never forget the amazing memories she has made during her time there.

such a great fit, my children settled straight in. For when they get older the forest school is a real gem, there’s nothing like it in the area.

up to date with the day's developments via a comprehensive handover at pickup and also via regular observations on the app. They are outside in the garden as much as possible, even before starting preschool and even sometimes have nap time outside in the shade of the trees during summer months. My daughter really looks forward to going and has made good bonds with staff and key workers. The management are also really supportive and there is a good general vibe inside the nursery.

setting, her confidence around other children, especially those who she did not know, and risk-taking was virtually zero. The final deciding factor was when she had almost a panic attack when two younger children approached her on a climbing frame and I had to lift her off.
Skip forward to now (April 23) and she is confident, she takes risks, jumps off steps and logs that she never would before, and goes down really big slides that she would have previously been too frightened to have gone on, and she is not scared to mix with other children in parks. The change in her is absolutely amazing and I can't thank the workers enough for this! Highly recommend this nursery!

the level of care. Our daughter is surpassing our expectations and hitting age-related targets with ease because of the commitment and teaching from all the nursery staff. Not only this but she absolutely loves going to nursery and cannot wait to play with all her friends.

Staff actively build a positive relationship with parents and are always made to feel welcome in the nursery. We love this nursery and so does our son!
