When I raised concerns about communication and asked about illness notification procedures, this led to meetings rather than clear answers, and I was advised to find alternative childcare.

My daughter has been attending Kidzrus The Lodge since she was 11 months old. I'm so pleased she's at this nursery, it's absolutely fantastic. Staff are lovely and so natural with the children. They will always support in developing the child whether it's encouraging them to take their first steps, to talk, learn activities and they clearly have so much care for them. They will be very happy to chat through any questions you have at any point and I find the messaging app so handy for any in the moment information I need to provide / receive. My daughter has come on in leaps & bounds since being at the nursery and is very social & adventurous! She's recently moved from babies to tots and is already well settled in her new room. It's lovely to know she is so well looked after & having so much fun. The setting is also amazing with lovely rooms and lovely equipment & toys, as well as a large outside area. A 5 star nursery!

I 100% recommend Kidzrus Media City. Deserve more than 5 stars.

My daughter changed nurseries to Kidzrus, The Lodge and I couldn't thank the staff enough for settling her in and making her feel content. I feel confident leaving her at the nursery knowing she will be well looked after for the day. The staff are amazing and very friendly. I couldn't ask for more. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My son has just started primary school, I was informed by his teacher that Kidzrus Monton was by far the best nursery they visited during the children's pre-school visits and that she would send her own children there, this was reassuring to know I made the right choice

My baby joined the Media City team when he was 4 months old, he absolutely loves it there. Everyone is so kind, incredibly supportive of his growth, and he is so happy. He's learned so much from the carers - from physical skills like using his spoon whilst eating, to verbal skills like expressing 'more', we're so impressed how much he's developed thanks to their tender loving care. Highly recommend, your child will be loved and cared for (and learn some manners too!).

Extremely happy with the Kidzrus at Langworthy. It's worth mentioning that all the staff are very friendly. The setting is very tidy and modern, and well-equipped which makes me feel at ease for my son to play in. My kid loves to be in the daycare which says everything... Thanks for guiding my child, helping him to learn and understand the world. We always owe you for all your support and care.

My daughter's been at this nursery since she was 9 months old. The staff have been absolutely amazing from the baby room right up to toddlers which she is in now. You and your child are always welcomed with a lovely smile. I did find it hard making the decision to send my daughter to nursery, but this was the best decision I made as I know when I drop her there she is looked after just as well as I'd look after her myself. 100% recommend.

Best nursery in Salford. The management and staff are lovely and very welcoming. I had some concerns about my child's development and straight away the staff were putting procedures in place to help my child's development progress. They are so caring and understanding.

After a tough start with another nursery, Kidzrus has completely restored my faith in early childhood care. My toddler started in September after being at home for over three months, and although he struggled with the transition at first, the staff were incredibly supportive. His key worker created a personalized booklet with photos of the staff and his room, which helped him adjust quickly. Within a week, he was no longer crying at drop-off, and a month in, he now happily waves goodbye with a smile. The team has been wonderful with our gentle parenting approach, especially during toilet training. Communication is excellent, with regular updates and activity suggestions that he loves. I feel completely reassured knowing my little boy is in such a caring, engaging environment. Kidzrus truly feels like an extension of our home, and I recommend it wholeheartedly to any parent seeking a nurturing, attentive nursery. 10/10.

There are no complaints. Would just like to see what my child is eating throughout the day. We were updated throughout the day when he was in the baby room but now we haven't had one since he started in September.

The Lodge is an amazing nursery! My son has had such a wonderful time here over the years and has thrived so much. All of the staff are very welcoming and kind-natured. We are sad that his time is now over, ready for the next chapter but would highly recommend this nursery.

The effort put into events especially the graduation they've just done for our babies such a special memory for parents! Thank you for everything you guys have done.

Every time we've been to drop off or pick up my son, The Lodge has been very clean and tidy. I've never noticed the nursery ever being anything other.

My son attended Kidzrus 12 years ago. We had such an amazing experience with the nursery, that my daughter now attends. She has been at the nursery for nearly 2 years. She absolutely loves it and enjoys going to nursery. The staff are brilliant, my daughter has food allergies and they go above and beyond to ensure she can enjoy the foods that the other children do. On multiple occasions they have provided free from alternatives. The staff and management are welcoming and brilliant with the children. The security at the nursery is spot on. Definitely a 5 star review from me, I have had 2 children attend the nursery and friends and families children attended past and present. They all have nothing but good things to say. I feel comfortable knowing that my child will be safe, looked after and having fun at nursery as well as learning and socialising with children her age with fully trained members of staff.

Beautiful nursery, all the staff is so pleasant and professional, and warm with the children. On each visit, they interacted with the children and cuddled them. My daughter absolutely loved going and it made it easier for me to take her as an overprotective mum! Definitely a nursery to send your little ones to if you want the best for your child.

I viewed a lot of nurseries and we went with this one. The inside of this nursery is absolutely amazing always really clean it has such a homely feel to it. The staff have been brilliant everyone who works here is so lovely, kind and caring. I would most definitely recommend this nursery 10000× over to anyone who asks!

The outside space for preschool isn't that great it's quite small and restricted compared to the downstairs.

Kidzrus Monton is a fantastic nursery and I am thrilled to see my daughter thriving in this environment. Outside play is carried out in any weather which is wonderful as the children can be exposed to all weathers rain or shine and can have the freedom to play in nature and experience the different smells and textures, learning as they play. All resources and activities are tailored specifically for each age group to enhance development through learning and play. The staff are amazing, approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. I am happy knowing my daughter is being looked after by these wonderful people. Staff always give a personal touch on drop offs and pick ups and really know all the children so well. The food provided is well balanced and dietary requirements are catered for exceptionally, ensuring no child misses out and is included with the other children during mealtimes.

The staff are wonderful, so welcoming and warm. It's clear that they all really care about my son and the other children at nursery. He absolutely adores coming here and is really happy. They support his learning and development, and he's made great progress since starting. I like that they are always improving their facilities, such as creating an outside art gallery and provide additional support to parents, e.g. sleep and toilet training sessions. Would highly recommend.
