My daughter is 3.5 years and has been attending the nursery at Harvington for the last 9 months. The nursery has a warm and friendly atmosphere, the staff are very nurturing and I am struck by how they value really getting to know the children and bringing out the best in them follows naturally from this. There are lots of ways in which the children are encouraged to do their best and this focus makes for a very happy, productive place.
The nursery day seems very well balanced between free play and more formal learning opportunities as well as involvement within the wider school assemblies and performances, which are always of a very high standard. My daughter loves this chance to engage with the older girls at the school and take part in these shows.
We have seen our daughter flourish at Harvington, from the very early days of feeling anxious to separate from us to the confident little girl she has become. I would highly recommend Harvington Prep School Day Nursery.
