Cliffe House Day Nursery Featherbank & Out of School Club

Excellent nursery! Even from the baby room, they provide loads of engaging activities and my daughter always leaves very content and tired. My Daughter started during the second wave of the coronavirus pandemic so I was worried she would struggle to adapt given the restrictions but the staff were so fantastic and she adapted quickly. She happily walks herself through the door now and I have peace of mind knowing she’s happy and very well looked after while I’m at work.

Cliffe House Day Nursery Featherbank & Out of School Club is such a wonderful nursery. I’m so glad we decided to place our daughter in their care two days a week. She absolutely loves her time at nursery. The variety of activities and ways of learning have helped her develop significantly in her time there so far. The menu is always varied and well balanced. The level of care is exceptional and the staff are so lovely. The facilities are also high quality, with some wonderful features in the garden. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Very pleased with the nursery, the level of care is outstanding. Pleased with the activities undertaken by my child and their development. The staff are also amazing and always thorough with the feedback given about my child's day.

My daughter has attended from nine months old and absolutely loves it, she is now three years old. Her development, confidence and knowledge have really excelled throughout the years. My daughter has attended Cliffe House, Featherbank for five months and every time she returns home, we see how much she has flourished. The staff are so caring and go out of their way to know each child - they always greet them by name. This seemingly small gesture means so much. She has formed a bond with her key worker and is always very happy going into nursery in the morning. Taking part in varied activities and interacting with other children has been fantastic for her development in terms of walking, talking and motor skills. We are very glad we chose Cliffe House. Thank you to all the staff, we would be lost without you.

Our 19-month-old has been at Cliffe House for 3 months now and seems to be happy there. She bowls straight in every morning, doesn't even look back to say goodbye. The staff seem to of welcomed her and are very nurturing, recognising her individual character traits and personality which is coming out more and more. I think they have helped her to be confident and done so many fun activities with her that I probably don't at home. Very impressed and happy with the staff and her key worker.

The staff and management are always happy, friendly, helpful and engaging, and we are really happy with the experience we have had at Cliffe House.

A really friendly nursery. Lovely staff and everyone doing their best to keep the children and staff safe (in light of the covid pandemic) but still maintain normality and fun for the children. Thank you.

The staff members are really good with the children, especially when they start nursery. Very supportive staff. They do take care of the children to settle them in nursery.

I have two children at this nursery who have been there since nine and six months. There is nothing to fault and the children are extremely happy and have progressed above and beyond expectations. The level of care and nurturing atmosphere is wonderful, as are the educational aspects and variety of activities, food and learning possibilities. The management team are also very helpful and efficient and the staff are clearly happy and valued. I would have no hesitation in recommending this setting to any prospective parents.

Staff are lovely, know him well and do plenty of activities to keep him busy and develop his skills.

Friendly management and nursery staff team. Our little boy has been attending since November and is cared for and loved by staff. He has developed a strong relationship with the team and he’s kept busy with different activities throughout the day. We don’t have any concerns over leaving him at all.

Lovely staff and very caring environment. My little boy is very happy. Management very approachable and days are well structured. Great food, great experiences and very nurturing. We are very happy.

My son is always happy to go to nursery and has a good relationship with all the staff and children. He has lots of variety of things to do, eat, and people to play with. Lots of messy play and trips outdoor. He comes back; chirpy.

Lovely nursery with caring staff. My daughter has been going there for about a year now and she loves it. She can't wait to go play with her friends and has nothing but great things to say at the end of the day.

We can not recommend this nursery enough. Very professional yet friendly. Children develop well (with extension work if able), well looked after and loved. No worries or anxiety leaving our child with the nursery (unlike other experiences we have had locally). Our child is extremely happy here - when asked, she said she loved everything: her friends, her teachers, the food and the pirate ship outside. The management are very friendly and approachable, we have never had an issue here. Communication is professional and prompt.

Very friendly environment, professional staff and my daughter has been very happy and well looked after since she started in January 2018.

The manager has always been very helpful and accommodating when we’ve needed it too, which is great. The nursery has a great atmosphere and is always well organised. I wouldn’t want my son to go anywhere else.
