The only thing that I would suggest for improvement is making better use of the app to share photos and observations from the day, which I was used to from his previous nusery. It meant parents were kept up to date with progression on a daily basis.

He's now in the green room and loving it so much he asks to go at weekends!

My son really enjoys it at Cliffe House Day Nursery. He has developed so well in all areas thanks to the staff. The skills he has learnt have helped him to come out of his shell and learn to be more independent, he suffers with separation anxiety but always enjoys his activities here. He is always kept entertained. He has taken a shine to his key worker who is so lovely with him, but all the staff are including management.

I feel that the staff have really got to know my son. They are honest, approachable and most importantly - they really care.

Both my children have attended this nursery and I’ve always been really pleased with how they have been looked after. The staff are great and really caring. They love the children and even interact with my eldest when she’s with me picking up the little one. It’s lovely that they remember her. My little one loves going and is happy to just walk in when I drop him off without getting upset ready to enjoy his day with his friends and key workers. I’ve given four stars for ICT only because I’d like to see more photos but other than that the nursery is excellent.

My son also attended this nursery and now goes to the out of school club every week, excellent service.

My little boy started at Featherbank, at 8 months old and settled in wonderfully. The Manager and the whole team are fantastic, professional and welcoming and my son loves coming to nursery and has learnt so much so far being here!

The team at Cliffe House Day Nursery have been excellent at helping my son settle in. He loved his shorter settling in sessions but found it hard at first being away from me for full days. The team have been flexible and found creative ways to get him to take naps and eat at mealtimes. He’s happy to go to nursery now which is a huge weight off my mind.

My daughter recently started at Cliffe House Day Nursery Featherbank after transferring from another nursery. The staff have been really supportive and have helped my daughter to settle in really quickly. Already after a few days she's walking in with a smile on her face and is excited to see her friends.

I’ve been so impressed with Cliffe House Day Nursery Featherbank & Out of School Club. The staff are always so friendly and informative. They keep you up to date with everything from little bumps to nap times. They have encouraged my little boy to try such a range of new foods that since he’s started going, he’s suddenly not a fussy eater anymore. He never cries when we drop him off and that’s due to the friendly staff and lovely on-boarding process, even through lockdown! Would highly recommend to any parent thinking to send their child to Cliffe House Day Nursery Featherbank & Out of School Club.

Cliffe House Day Nursery Featherbank & Out of School Club is an excellent nursery with the loveliest staff and great facilities. We moved nurseries and they made the transition really smooth for my little girl. She has made some lovely friends and really enjoys her time there. She is learning so much and I’m really happy with her progress and level of care.

Our daughter has been attending Cliffe House Day Nursery Featherbank & Out of School Club for the last six months. We were really impressed by our initial tour of the nursery, especially given Covid-19 and restrictions. The facilities are fantastic, nice and clean and the staff are truly wonderful. Our daughter has flourished since attending the nursery and really does love going each week. We're so impressed by the structure, resources and the things that they teach and the food is mightily impressive too! It has been such a breeze getting her enrolled and we particularly like the flexibility there is in terms of drop off and pick up too. They do everything they can to help. We'll be genuinely sad when our daughter needs to move up to nursery as she has built some fantastic relationships with the children and staff at Cliffe House Day Nursery Featherbank & Out of School Club. The staff at Cliffe House Day Nursery Featherbank & Out of School Club are all so friendly, welcoming and provide great care for my little boy who started at the nursery recently. They are really attentive to all of the children’s needs and put you at ease. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone and look forward to seeing the progression that my little boy has made and will continue to make in their care.

My little boy regularly attends Cliffe House Day Nursery Featherban and the care and attention he receives is second to none. All the staff are very attentive and the facilities are excellent. My 4-year-old always enjoys his days there - cannot recommend this nursery enough.

My daughter has been attending this setting for a year and a half and I’ve been so impressed with everything about the nursery. My daughter has a complex medical condition and is a full-time wheelchair user and I am always confident that she is in very safe hands whilst at nursery. Cliffe House Day Nursery Featherbank have been incredibly inclusive and accommodating of her needs, always ensuring that she is able to fully participate in activities with the other children. As a result, her confidence, self-assurance and social skills have developed massively since she has been at nursery, as well as her learning. They have been very understanding when she has needed to take time off for medical treatment and always helped ease her back in when returning from periods of absence. She absolutely loves her nursery teachers and the activities are always exciting, engaging and educational. I would highly recommend this nursery setting.

We highly recommend Cliffe House Day Nursery Featherbank & Out of School Club. Since his first settling in session, our son has been incredibly well looked after by the team there. He really enjoys every day at nursery and it's clear the staff take a genuine interest in his development, so we can see how much his skills, confidence and independence have come on through being here. We really can't thank the whole team enough. We'll be really sorry to leave when the time comes and would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a nursery in the Horsforth area. The manager and the whole team are absolutely brilliant, thank you!

My two children both currently attend Cliffe House Day Nursery Featherbank & Out of School Club, aged one and three years old. The nursery has such lovely staff who cannot do enough for the children in their care. You are always greeted with lots of smiles, positivity and the level of feedback given at the end of the day by the key workers is fantastic. They offer a wide range of different activities for the children to get involved in each day and often have a theme for the week or celebration of current events, such as Halloween and Christmas. Both of my children settled quickly at the nursery and both enjoy attending, this is a huge compliment to all the staff at Cliffe House Day Nursery Featherbank & Out of School Club. I would not hesitate in recommending this nursery.

My little boy loves going to nursery every single day. His teachers provide a variety of activities and the nursery has a nice playground and outside area in which he loves to run and play every time they go out. His development during the last year has been phenomenal and I doubt he could have learned so many things had he stayed at home. I am looking forward to the next couple of years to come and to watch how my little one will further develop at this fantastic nursery.
