The Lutterworth team are very proactive. I certainly don't feel like a number but am treated individually. The team have worked with me on any issues that have arisen both with timings and behaviour issues. I find them approachable and personable. One carer, in particular, installed a pom pom system for my son and even gave him small rewards and treats to take home if he had a good week. Makes my son feel good and strive harder. Thank you for caring.

Busy Bees have been absolutely incredible! Our little boy has been very nervous leaving my side (mother) as he’s with me 24/7! So we wanted to make sure we found somewhere that could help him to settle in gently, where we were comfortable with the steps taken at his pace! The ladies here have been perfect and most importantly listened to our needs, followed them through and kept me updated constantly! Having the parent room is great, he knew I was there and he was just upstairs! Nothing was too much trouble even when constantly asking them to go check on him take photos, even got to peak and get the reassurance I needed! They helped by adapting the day to suit and please our son to settle in but importantly to prepare him for the next day. Leaving on a positive is huge they do this and personally! We checked all the nurseries in the area, this was by far the only one that listened and understood! We can’t thank the manager and all the ladies enough! Keep up the good work, you're all doing fab!

I am very grateful of the care and love they give my child, the staff are amazing. I don't live in Leicester so as a dad, I am very fortunate to leave my son in such a great environment and feel so at ease, especially when receiving notes throughout the day of how my son ate and what activities he has been doing. Would definitely recommend this nursery to mums and dads.

We are very pleased with the time our son has spent here. The staff are very receptive to his needs and adapt their care accordingly. My son very much enjoys going to nursery and has made secure attachments with several members of staff. He eats very well, with a fantastic variety of food and undertakes a range of activities. The communication from staff is also very good, especially with regards to when my son is feeling unwell. I would definitely recommend this nursery to any parents looking to provide a safe and secure environment with a range of learning activities to broaden their child's development.

Our daughter has attended from 9 months old and has always enjoyed going - sometimes I can't get her to leave at the end of the day! the team have been continually supportive to us and we are extremely grateful. We feel that our daughter attending the nursery has been a huge benefit to her, both socially and through all the experiences she has gained.

Food menus have gone downhill and upper management are reluctant to accommodate parents' wishes, despite food being the number 1 priority for the child.

Day to day staff in rooms are fantastic. I cannot fault them and the kids do seem to do a lot of activities.

Excellent nursery and wonderful staff. Since my little boy's first taster session, the staff at Busy Bees at Bitteswell, have been fantastic. They make you feel at ease leaving your little one for the first time, and every time, in a professional, clean and friendly environment. All food is excellent and offers a varied menu. Would recommend! 5 Star.

My daughter has attended Busy Bees for 4 months, she is very happy and comfortable in the 2-3 room. We could not ask for more, the staff are extremely kind, conscientious, helpful and take excellent care in the development of every child. All activity is recorded on an online app so I can see what is happening and keep in touch with her key worker. We regularly receive photos and are kept informed of development through updates to the app and parent evening. We are very happy with Busy Bees, every need that is paramount in keeping your child happy and safe is met. Meal times are well planned and impressive with a wide variety of menu options. My daughter talks about nursery every day and is so enthusiastic about the staff and her nursery friends. My daughter has developed very well in all areas since starting and that is due to the wide range of activities on offer and key worker engagement. We are excited to see her pre-school journey progress at Busy Bees.

One improvement would be more communication - we used to have newsletters which seem to have stopped.

Staff interaction is great, as well as family support.

I joined Bitteswell after moving from Derbyshire to the area. My son joined the pre-school room and my daughter started in the before and after school club. My son settled in well and staff really made the effort to get to know him and as an anxious mum whose son had been in the same nursery since five months I was made to feel comfortable and was reassured that they were cared for, by both the staff and the manager. My son only attended the preschool room for a short while before starting school and I feel this really helped build his confidence, make more friends and become more independent thanks to the team and it certainly helped prepare me! My children now both use the breakfast, after school and the holiday club and I am so thankful that they love it! They have good relationships, get help with homework, have a good hot meal, activities that are interesting and are cared for by professional, caring staff.

I feel very reassured.

My daughter has attended this nursery since she was 4 months old (now 7.5 months old). I have a very happy little baby who I'm always told is an extremely sociable, smiley baby. We get photos regularly of the baby's day in nursery & staff are always so friendly. My daughter gives huge smiles to the carers when she arrives in the morning which shows me exactly what she thinks of the place. They've also helped tremendously with weaning. I'm an extremely satisfied parent!
