Stars Pre-School Welland

Both my grandchildren have been or still going to this nursery. I can say nothing but good for them. They are amazing with the children, and they have also been there for my daughter and helped and advised her. I would recommend them over and over again. The staff are always happy and smiling. The kids always come out happy and tell me what they have done. The staff go above and beyond; I can't praise them enough. My grandson, who used to cry when he left, doesn't now, and his speech and learning have come on leaps and bounds. Thank you so much to all the staff.

I highly recommend sending your children here if you are able to, as, in my honest opinion, you won't find a more perfect fit or better carers for your child(ren) regardless of their needs.

I moved my daughter to this nursery after a bad experience with her previous one. They have helped build her confidence and trust back up, so now she is able to go to nursery and enjoy her time there and come home with a big smile on her face.

I am so overwhelmed with the setting. They have, in a short time, already helped me and started to support my son and me on our journey. I look forward to watching my son progress and being helped in the best possible manner.

I sent my daughter to this nursery after a very hard time in my life. They not only helped the transition to them for my daughter but also for myself helped me out with problems, and were very respectful and considerate. I would recommend this team to any family or friends, and if I am ever to have another would happily place my child in their care. Absolutely amazing people and caring - there isn't a rating high enough for them.

Im very happy I picked this nursery for my son. He really has come a long way since he started here. He loves going to the nursery and doing different things daily. The staff are brilliant and very good at their jobs.

My son started here in September 2022. He took a while to settle, or shall I say a week, but the staff was absolutely amazing, and now he goes without bother. He actually wants to go, and as a parent, this is important to know your kids are being well cared for every day. His practitioner will come out and tell me all about his day and what he has been doing. They are amazing. My son also learnt how to chop up veg in a short time and sit on a mat and sing the ABC. I'm so glad I chose such an accommodating nursery for my baby.

The nursery is absolutely brilliant. My son always goes in with a smile on his face, which makes me feel at ease. There are never any problems and always give you feedback at the end of the session, which is brilliant.

The nursery has gone above and beyond expectations. My son has an amazing bond with his key worker and really enjoys attending. Also, love the app and getting updated with sweet pictures of your little ones throughout the day. My child’s been attending for over 6-months, and I wouldn’t want him anywhere else.

Our son has attended Stars Welland since October 2021. We were nervous for him starting as he is set in his ways. However, from day one, the staff have been super friendly, accommodating and understanding. We are so proud of how far our son has progressed thanks to the staff of the nursery. Every day he is excited to go and learn more and more and interact with other children and key workers. Our second son will be starting later in the year. Highly recommended. My son started in January. I had a few concerns about his eating etc, and his key worker has gone above and beyond to help with this situation. The staff are all lovely, well-presented professionals who take the utmost care of your children!

Very happy with the setting as my little one was always looked after, and I knew about everything that he was doing within the nursery. He has progressed alot. Child always comes out clean, so that says alot about practitioners that they are looking after the little ones making sure they are with dry clothes.

Great care to the children. The staff are excellent, very attentive and always looking for a way to bring the best out of a child and help them grow and develop. Special shout out to two members of staff for always providing the best care to my son.

Fantastic experience with this playschool. The staff are kind and very friendly. I have had all four of my children go to this playschool and would recommend to anyone to send them there. Communication between the staff and parents is excellent. My children loved/love this setting. The staff are amazing!

One of the best decisions I've ever made is choosing Starts Pre-School Welland for both my children. My little girl is attending pre-school currently. She has a great time there, and she is always extremely happy being there. All workers are friendly, helpful and very professional. I am very happy that my both kids had a great journey there, and I do really believe they will always remember this amazing place deeply and gratefully in their hearts.

I have two daughters three and four. My eldest used to attend the school, and she loved it. They supported me through her different learning ways and understanding how to help her improve. Thanks to her key worker and her one to one with my eldest, she is defiantly excelling in primary school. My second child is doing amazing. The way they help children learn is amazing. I couldn’t ask for a better place for my children to go. The staff and the managers are amazing; they supported me and my girls through a lot. Thank you.
