Family-focused Shining Stars Pre-School in Peterborough gives children the chance to develop in an inclusive, safe and high-quality environment using active learning.

Promoting a family ethos, the pre-school's highly experienced and professional staff work closely with the children and their families to meet individual needs. Autonomous learning through play to grow independently is encouraged.

While the children continuously grow and learn in the pre-school's dynamic indoor and outdoor areas, parents are given daily feedback and termly consultations to ensure their children make the best progress they possibly can.

In the purpose-built bungalow with excellent links to the local community, children and their families have access to a sensory room, regular workshops and stay and play sessions. All children benefit from a home visiting programme.

The dedicated team is experienced in both speech and language development and children with special educational needs and has the ability to ensure all children are given the best opportunity to grow.

We had our first child in this nursery. After he finished nursery, we moved to another area and had a second child.
We didn’t care how far the nursery was from our house, we preferred to bring our second child here as well!
We love the nursery, the environment and staff, the staff are always waiting
for kids with a smile. We always love to return here, as we always feel welcome. Shame we don’t have any more children, as both children, enjoyed their time in this nursery.
The biggest thank you to all of them!

When you enter the nursery the atmosphere is so warm and calm.
The manager and team are very helpful.
What I like most is their compassion and smiles.
My husband and I are very grateful to the care they showed my little girl.

Shining Stars is a beautiful pre-school for kids, the staff are wonderful with the kids. Since my son started the pre-school I can see a lot of improvement in his activities, his relationships with other kids, playing and going on trips together. The staff are caring and relate to parents quickly of
any kind of emergency. As a parent anytime I visit the school the children are always looking happy and playful.
