The setting has been excellent for my child she settled in with time but I had amazing support from all the staff. The staff have overall been very welcoming and supportive because my child was very upset in the beginning when she started. I am overall very pleased with the setting itself.

I really like this nursery, and so does my little one. It is a small nursery with a close-knit team, which I really appreciate there aren't hundreds of children running around. The staff are very communicative, friendly, and always helpful. My son loves going there, which says everything. We
attended another nursery before, but this one is truly excellent. I would happily recommend it to everyone. 5 stars, if I could give more, I would!

Its a lovely nursery very friendly with my child and me as well my child already started to learn a lot they encourage her in all ways and also they cuddle her when shes feeling very low they have all kinds of activities that improves her confidence

My child loves coming to nursery every single day. Management is amazing, helpful make me feel valued. Staff is amazing and welcoming which helps my child with settling in quickly. Nursery keeps me updated and supportive me where I need support. Facilities and activities are amazing . My child make

My son has started at shining star this year he was not ready to start the nursery but his teachers are wonderful, providing us with constant feedback and making him feel secure and confident and he's very happy to go by himself now.Thank you soo much for all the help and support.

My child is happy and likes coming to nursery. I am happy that my child feels safe and happy and always talk to us that what I did in nursery what was the best part they enjoyed.

It's all good I am very happy to send my child to this nursery all staff are good and behave happy like family my daughter is very happy to go school and come back in very happy mood she try to learn English I hope she speak in English very soon

Staff always care about child safety and wellbeing. Always friendly and helpfull, never had any issues with Shining Star staff. My first daughter been atending the same nursery as the second daughter. Both happy to go every day.

We have been so impressed with the team and learning environment at Shining Stars. Our son has learnt so much in terms of his vocabulary, counting, and independence. The facilities are clean and engaging, and they spend a great amount of time outdoors, which my son loves. I also appreciate the
transparent communication via the app/email. The staff are always available to chat about his progress. We feel completely confident that he is being well prepared for big school later this year. Thank you to the whole team!

I like how the pre-school feels so much like a welcoming home. All different ages get to play and learn from each other. The staff are always lovely and attentive. It's also perfect temperature in the play room which is great.
