My daughter has been coming to this nursery since she was 9-months-old. However, this review is based on the last few weeks since Covid-19. My daughter came back to the nursery at the beginning of June 2020 and my reason for sending her back, is due to how the set up was explained to me, and once I
had been updated with a telephone call and emails explaining everything, I had no worries that I wasn't doing the right thing for my daughters well being.
There were no tears (on her part) on her first day back, and it was like she was never away. She dealt with the changes, knew the reasons why the changes were made, and she is so happy to be back with some of her friends.
I had viewed other nurseries when looking originally and none compared to Happy Days. The staff genuinely care about the children, and the kids always seem to be happy, playful and very friendly.
I would happily recommend this nursery.

My grandson has just started this nursery as he’d outgrown his previous nursery. Since starting he has come home exhausted, sharing lots of stories about his time at nursery, the friends he plays with and how funny and lovely the staff ‘the grown-ups’ are.
This could have been a tricky time for him
to start a new nursery (with lockdown and being around his mum and dad for months), but the staff have made sure he doesn’t have to worry and can’t wait to get his shoes on in the morning to go to nursery, this could be at 6 am!

Fantastic nursery which has impacted since 1st visit as my first choice and my son settled well. The staff are brilliant and always so good, caring and nurturing with an encouraging way. Their days are filled with fun activities and encouragement to achieve. Clear pathways for learning despite not having
a nursery manager for many months you would never have known and all stepped up and service levels didn't drop. Thank you all.

My son has been attending Happy Days Nursery since he was 11-months-old. I can truly say it is the most brilliant nursery within the area. The staff are so caring and offer such good feedback, especially as both myself and my boyfriend work full time. I often don't feel like I miss out on anything as
the staff will always keep me well informed. My son comes home regularly to talk to me about the staff, which I believe shows you how genuine they are. The rooms are always so clean and tidy. The food, it's better than I eat. Overall I can't recommend this nursery enough.

Happy Days Nursery is a wonderful haven of nurturing and caring for children. When looking for a nursery, I visited Happy Days first and I was encouraged by staff to also look at other nurseries. I'm so glad I did - all the others were miles behind Happy Days, giving me an immediate conviction that
this was the right environment for my child. The nursery is a "neutral" environment, without lots of noisy toys or thousands of distractions. Instead carefully considered toys and tools actually enhance learning, rather than overstimulating and frazzling your child. This creates a much calmer, kinder and more welcoming environment for all the children. I have been given great dedicated support for settling my 7-month-old into nursery life so that he is happy and that I am happy leaving him. They have worked their magic on nap times, handovers, feeding and my nerves! It's evident when picking up my baby after work who is happy and content. Wonderful staff working incredibly hard to support working parents.

My son settled in very well even though he found it hard to adapt to new environments. His learning developed and his confidence grew. He has had a head start ready for school thanks to the staff at Happy Days Nursery - Bradley Stoke. I felt confident in the staff, they were always friendly and understanding.
I was able to drop my son off knowing he was receiving amazing care that met all his needs. Thank you to all staff at Happy Days.

I'm so glad we chose Happy Days for our son. Our son always looks forward to coming to nursery. The staff are very friendly and approachable. I always felt comfortable leaving my son the whole day. I could not be happier with Happy Days. The staff and the facilities are fantastic. My daughter (17 months) gets so excited when we walk in. It is such a nice feeling being able to focus at work knowing that she is happy and receiving such great care. Her food allergies have been catered for and she

I highly recommend Happy Days, I have only high praise for this Nursery. The staff are amazing and are extremely attentive to the children. The rooms are always clean, food is fresh and security are all to a high standard. My son loves attending and I know he'll always be well looked after and have
fun. He's come on leaps since he first started and I can see a real difference in his independence ready for starting school this September. This is all thanks to the staff getting him school ready. All the activities are both fun and educational and I really enjoy picking him up and hearing everything he's done that day.

Happy days is a wonderful nursery! I have 2 children that go here and they absolutely love it! They always have a wide range of activities out and are always very welcoming to me and my children. On pick up the staff fill me with information on what my children have been doing that day and what they’ve
eaten. All the staff are friendly and are always smiling. My children have learned so much since they have started here and are very proud of all the art and crafts they bring home for me.

My first child has attended Happy Days one day a week and absolutely loves it! The staff from the receptionist, through to the ladies in her room to the manager have all been very welcoming and helpful. My daughter always comes home well fed and tired from a day of playing and fun!

I would highly recommend this nursery! The staff are always friendly and happy. My son always comes home telling me about the new and exciting activities he's done that day. The staff at happy days have really helped my son with his speech and taught him how to share, how to eat using the appropriate
utensils and above all they have made him feel very welcomed! He's always very excited to go to nursery and sometimes even cries when I pick him up because he "don't want to goooo". This nursery really does teach children to the highest standards and treats every child with care and support! I can't wait for his little brother to start, I know he will feel exactly the same as his brother because its such a calm and friendly atmosphere from the moment you walk through the door.

I really can't recommend Happy Days enough. My eldest son attended for two years before leaving for school and my youngest started in January. Both settled in quickly and absolutely love it. The staff are incredible and go over and above to ensure the children feel valued and that they make great progress.
It's amazing how much my 2-year-old has learnt in just a few weeks, he's become much more independent and his speech has developed lots! As a parent, I am always greeted with a warm welcome and fully informed about my child's day. I feel their partnership with parents is excellent, which really helps with continuity between home and the setting. The Nursery itself has great facilities and is bright and clean. There is always a good range of high-quality activities for the children to choose from, which my children are excited to tell me about when I collect them. I highly recommend this nursery!

My son started at happy days in January. We are more than impressed. From the warm and friendly welcome at reception to the staff directly looking after my son. Everyone genuinely seems to care.
My son really enjoys himself and is Happy to be going to ‘Happy days’. The staff have done a fab job at
welcoming and settling him in.
The room and nursery itself are always clean and tidy, with lots of toys and a great outdoor space for the children to explore. My son particularly loves the outdoor area.
I feel it’s been the best decision placing my son here and always look forward to hearing about all the fun he has had.

My daughter started with Happy Days Bradley Stoke as she turned one. I continue to be incredibly impressed with the standard of care and attention she receives, a huge relief when you're returning to work and need to focus without worrying. My daughter is incredibly lucky not only to have a fantastic
key worker, but also that everyone working there knows her name (and the name of my eldest who is with me when we collect her!). Any changes to her routine (naps/food), likes and dislikes are noted and actioned as if I were there, in effect she has a mum/many mums away from me, I couldn't ask for a better place for her to be.


We are very fortunate to have Happy Days on our doorstep and I know it'll be a sad day when my daughter comes to leave for infant school! I know what she has done, what she has eaten, how many nappies she's been through and what time, and all naps in a daily report given to me when I pick her up. Wonderful place, wonderful people - thank you!

What a fantastic nursery and an exceptional team of people. Our daughter has been attending the nursery for the last 18 months and during this time we could not be happier with the care that has been provided for our little girl. She really is thriving. The staff all seem to genuinely care about her,
which is a great comfort when you have to rely on other people to look after your child at times. We have never had any concerns about leaving her there and she is always happy when we pick her up. She is particularly chatty and has lots to say about the brilliant activities that she has done that day. Our son will also be attending the nursery in the near future when I return to work. My husband and I would recommend this nursery to anyone without hesitation.

Job Title: Nursery Manager

Hi! I’m Ellie, one of the Nursery Managers here at Bradley Stoke. I began my childcare career at Happy Days in 2016 as a Nursery Nurse and progressed through job roles over my time here. I have been Deputy Manager whilst Stacey has been on maternity leave, and have now taken on a new and exciting role as Nursery Manager. I have two you boys who I enjoy spending time with and on the weekends you’ll find me pitch side, watching my eldest play football.


I am really looking forward to managing Bradley Stoke and providing consistency for the team and families. I am passionate about providing a warm and safe environment and love watching children develop throughout their nursery years.

Job Title: Nursery Manager

Hello, I’m Stacey, one of the Nursery Managers at Bradley Stoke! I have worked in childcare for around 12 years now, and I have worked at Happy Days since 2015. I began my career with Happy Days as a Room Supervisor, and have been Deputy Manager for the past 5 years. I hold a level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education, and I have a level 2 qualification in Makaton.


Outside of work, I enjoy spending all my time with my son George and going out on day trips with him. I am really looking forward to progressing the nursery forward with Ellie, pushing our team to reach their full potential, and striving to be the best that we can be.
