I could not be happier about the Nursery, all staff are lovely, caring and I know my daughter is in great hands. The food they provide is very good and healthy. Thank you so much for all your hard work.

Our daughter has come on leaps and bounds since starting at Happy Days. Her confidence has grown so much, and she is so happy at nursery. The daily updates from the staff are fantastic, and I really enjoy seeing what she has been up to in the day via the app. The staff are so attentive to every child's needs, and it's very clear that the children are at the centre of everything there. The managers are very lovely, and nothing is too much hassle for them; they're always very helpful and are able to answer any queries I have. I would recommend Happy Days Bradley Stoke to everyone.

My little girl has been at Happy Days for almost two years now, and the nursery is fantastic. The activities that she takes part in are so well thought through and are tailored so well to her interests. The staff are so lovely and really care for the children. We couldn't have picked a better nursery for our little one.

I can tell that all the staff here are compassionate about their job! It’s amazing to see what they get up to during their days now with the parent app.

Me and my partner absolutely love Happy Days and our little boy loves it there also. He goes in smiling and comes home happy and that's all we can ask for. Thanks so much for such great care for our little man, we appreciate it so much.

Great nursery, lovely, kind and caring staff. They have helped my son develop so much after the past few months he’s attended. He loves going to nursery and they are great with him. He has food allergies and the staff take great care in catering for him. They have excellent safety measures in place when family members have to collect your child, my parents even commented on it being the best nursery they’ve collected their grandchildren from. I can’t recommend them enough!

The staff are very caring, humble, and polite, and my son has really improved in every aspect since he joined Happy Days Nursery and Preschool - Bradley Stoke. My son now knows how to ask for whatever he wants.

I would like to thank all the staff for the last two years, you have all been amazing, looking after my daughter every Monday and Friday. Every day when she has finished, she is so happy and full of energy. She has not once ever been scared or upset about going to school (didn't even say goodbye to me sometimes as she ran in). My daughter only has one month left there before moving on to primary school, and my daughter and myself will be sad to have to move on. My only slight issue is with some parents in a rush to drop their kids off; they could be driving slower; this is not Happy Days' fault at all, but driving style of a few parents. I can't recommend Happy Days enough.

Our son showed he had special educational needs and we've gained a lot of support from the staff, they support him with flash cards, books and items to help him with his attention in a sensory room. I have recommended Happy Days Nursery to a friend who had been struggling to find a nursery who would support her son with special needs, like mine.

When we were searching for nurseries when my son was about 5 months old. At the time, he would cry if a stranger even looked at him. But when we took him to Happy Days to tour around, he actually smiled. And that's when we knew that we had to pick Happy Days. Before he started nursery, he still wasn't a fan of strangers. But on starting his very first settling-in session, my son was happily being held by one of the staff which is a huge compliment in itself. The staff have clearly gotten to know him very well, and I can see they are not only patient but compassionate to the children. Yes, the fees are pricey, but it is completely worth it for us as I feel safe and secure sending him there each day. I am confident that his needs are being taken care of and he feels happy there.

My daughter started in the explorer's room she was very nervous as she didn’t have any idea what to expect without me being with her but she’s grown in confidence and her speech, thank you to the amazing help of staff, the reassurance you actually receive from the team is amazing and certainly put the parents mind at rest.

We went to four different nurseries when trying to select the right one for our son. Something about Happy Days just put them a step in front, the staff were so considerate to all our concerns and flexible to limited viewing times, what we felt made them stand out at that time was the openness to us visiting which allowed us to see the nursery as a live environment. You could see the passion the staff have and how kids were playing and interacting. Our son loves his time at nursery albeit struggles during the morning handover often getting upset, but the staff are so considerate that they would let us know once he calmed down so we weren't concerned all day. Collections are always fantastic and it's reassuring (as I don't often pick my son up) that the staff have asked me to wait at reception whilst they get one of the carers in our sons room to come and verify my identity. The handover from staff explaining what our son has been up to all day when he slept and what was eaten is fantastic.

Being a first-time mom, I was absolutely terrified of my son starting nursery as I didn't know what to expect and I was worried. My son's key worker reassured me that he'd be fine and he'd be well looked after. It's been about 4 months now and I could not have picked a better nursery for my son. I've seen so much development and improvement and he absolutely loves going to Happy Days Nursery & Preschool - Bradley Stoke. Everyone is so nice and understanding. Such a great nursery!

I highly recommend Happy Days Nursery & Preschool - Bradley Stoke to any family looking for childcare in the area. The management and staff have been fantastic from the moment I stepped in with my application form after my previous provider let me down. I have been so impressed by every aspect of the setting. My daughter has settled in so nicely and her confidence has grown, she now claps and smiles when we arrive at the nursery and she is so happy to see her room staff which makes me feel so at ease each day. Another area of the setting that has impressed me is the level of communication, especially the speediness in responding to queries. I cannot find fault with the setting and so pleased we chose it for my daughter.

My son attended Happy Days Bradley Nursery, and I must say, the staff here ARE very experienced and understand the child's needs and act accordingly. The senior staff here do guide us, parents, at times. I am impressed by the way they give attention to every child and address their likes and dislikes. My son enjoys going to Happy Days. Sending him to Happy Days is the best decision we have taken for him.
