Our two year old has really loved joining Happy Days. Since her first visit, she has always come home so happy and excited to go back which has made our whole experience great. We were really impressed with the ways the rooms are set up.

I only have positive things to say about this nursery. Like most mothers returning to work after maternity leave, I felt mixed emotions about leaving my baby.
Choosing the right nursery was an important decision. I looked at lots of places and although not the cheapest, I knew immediately Happy Days
was the one for us as the staff were so lovely and the place had a happy, positive vibe.
My little boy is now nearly 4 and I haven’t regretted my decision over the years. The staff are amazing; I can see they invest in his development, share feedback and ideas to work together to help him learn. I know he has a trusting relationship with his key workers and always talks fondly about his days at nursery.
Communication is excellent and has surpassed my expectations in recent months during the pandemic. I feel they have done an exceptional job in really difficult circumstances and am grateful for all their efforts. I will be very sad when it’s time for us to leave.

My daughter has attended the Happy Days - Bradley Stoke setting for 3 years. Happy Days is excellent and the staff are absolutely brilliant. My daughter has so much fun and talks about her key worker and the others within her class with real fondness and enthusiasm.
The staff put so much thought into
the day to day activities and learning it really does enable children to thrive and my daughter happily talks about her days at nursery and what they did.
During the Covid pandemic, I have been thoroughly impressed with how the nursery team have responded, the protocols are followed and do not seem daunting to young children.
I have not had any concerns about the safety during these challenging times.
Communication across the board is very good in terms of updates on my daughter’s day to day activities, learning and key skills performance and also general updates and Covid related information as things have developed.
A great nursery and wonderful team.

Since my daughter started nursery 4 months ago I have nothing but positive things to say about Happy Days Bradley Stoke. From the moment I looked around the nursery I felt it was very professional compared to others I had viewed.
I feel the staff really care about the children they look after here.
All staff here are very approachable and supportive and are always happy to speak over the phone or email if needed with prompt replies. Daily updates are given via a communication book which is always nice to read about what they have been up to and any new things that have happened. Keep up the good work and thank you!

My son absolutely loves spending time at this nursery with his friends and the nursery staff, as did his older brother before him. Every day he is attentively cared for and he does something fun. I highly recommend this nursery.

Our son started nursery a few months ago and has settled in so well thanks to the staff at Happy Days - Bradley Stoke he loves going there. Despite the challenges faced during the pandemic, we get daily updates on his daily activities from his key worker which makes us feel so reassured that he is cared
for throughout the day. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are excellent and the food the children eat is also very good and nutritious. We are so grateful we found a place we feel happy to leave our son. Thank you to everyone at Happy Days Nursery - Bradley Stoke!

Happy Days Nursery & Preschool - Bradley Stoke have been an amazing environment for my twins to learn, play and develop. I have noticed a positive change in my children, who are very young, but they are learning more and more with each week in the nursery. A special thanks to two staff who my children
are learning a lot from in their early years of life. Also, the admin around the nursery is handled very well by the office team (it certainly helps a busy parent not to have to worry about these things)!

Having had to find a nursery in lockdown we were very concerned about finding the right place. Happy Days Nursery & Preschool - Bradley Stoke made us feel so comfortable particularly in these difficult times. I sent lots of emails asking questions and they were always answered so well and in a reassuring
nature.
Although we weren’t able to have the induction that would usually happen I’m still confident that my child was welcomed and settled in well to nursery. With various changes in lockdown measures we had to increase our nursery hours and the nursery did everything they could to accommodate this which we were very grateful for.
Our little girl loves going to Happy Days and she quickly changed from being crying and clingy at drop off to going in happily with the different staff in her room.
I can tell she’s kept busy and stimulated each day as she’s shattered at bedtime. Really happy with her nursery experience. Thank you to all the staff, especially in these difficult times!

I would highly recommend Happy Days Bradley Stoke. My son joined when he was 12 months at the end of my maternity leave, and he's now been there for 3 months.
Happy Days isn't the cheapest nursery around but you certainly get what you pay for, I visited several nurseries before we joined and I knew
when I walked in it was the one... they say choosing a nursery is like buying a house, you know when you know! I was lucky enough to be shown around (Days before covid!) and was impressed with the friendly staff, cleanliness, activities and the rooms.
It's wonderful to see the connection he's made with the nursery nurses, to see his face light up when they see him in the morning is great. Leaving your little one in the hands of others is daunting, but everyone is lovely and you can be assured they are in the best hands!

We have had a wonderful experience with Happy Days Nursery Bradley Stoke. The staff are so welcoming and are such an asset to the nursery in my opinion. Both our children who attended nursery felt comfortable and happy walking in seeing the staff and their friends. The setting is large and clean with
great outside space as well as varied, healthy meal choices. Overall I can't recommend this nursery enough to other parents.

We are very happy that we chose this nursery for our son from the age of 9 months. We decided on Happy Days after looking around and being impressed with the setting which was clean with wooden toys and direct access to a lovely outdoor area. Now aged 2, he has developed brilliantly during his time
there and just as importantly, he loves every day that he spends there. He has a great relationship with the staff in his room who are all lovely and professional, as are the management, even during such a difficult time in 2020.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Happy Days in Bradley Stoke. My son was reluctant to attend daycare until we moved him here. He loves it there and talks to us about his experiences at him. He really missed his time there during the lockdown and he’s quite glad to be back. I was very worried about
sending him back, but the rules implemented by Happy Days gave me confidence. I really admire their courage and resilience in the last few months!

Our daughter has been at Happy Days since she was 11-months-old. We picked Happy Days because of the staff and the thought that had gone into the children's environment. We have always felt that our daughter is well looked after at Happy Days. She settled in well, and the staff were obviously fond of
her and all the Children. Our daughter seems to love being at Happy Days and is getting on well. Our daughter's key person is amazing and makes us feel like our daughter is the only child at nursery, which she clearly isn't! I imagine this is the same for all parents! We have had advice on developing our daughter's speech, which was very welcome, and our daughter is clearly very happy to see her keyworker every morning and excited to go and play with her friends. Our daughter had trouble sleeping during the lockdown, but now that she is back at Happy Days, she sleeps right through most nights which shows that the children are kept busy and stimulated. Childcare itself is nothing to fault but the management and administration work is appalling and completely put me off. Because if you can't master basic communication how can you adequately care for a child? Unfortunately, we're in the middle of a pandemic so I had little choice between them or losing
my job. Slow (if ever responded) to respond to emails, team clearly don't communicate clearly with each other and a proper dinner has not been provided for my son after I was told I could not provide him one for them to give due to Covid.

Happy Days has amazing with our foster child. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate him, and make sure all his needs are met. The staff (all staff) that I have had to contact or who has cared for our child, have all been so professional and also so empathetic. I would 100% recommend Happy Days.

Everyone at the nursery is so happy and welcoming. The level of care and support shown to my 10-month-old daughter has really helped with my transition back to work. I am pleased and my mind is rested knowing that she is well looked after and enjoying exploring each day - in her own way and at her own
pace. My daughter is always excited to arrive and never takes long to start playing and spending time with her keyworker and interacting with her peers, which is lovely to watch. I enjoy reading her 'Today at Nursery' sheet and look forward to finding out what she has been up to. I cannot thank you all enough!

We first started at Happy Days in 2014 and we have now come to the end of our journey in 2020 as my youngest has just finished. Having had my 3 children attend over so many years I cannot fault them or praise them enough. We have had numerous key workers and every single person there is so caring and
kind towards the children. All 3 of mine have loved their time at Happy Days and it has really helped them to develop and each time they were confident and ready to move on. Thank you so much for all of your help!

Happy Days have been fantastic since the day my son started in January 2017. His learning and development have been great, and he has loved going. Sad for him to be leaving for school but the nursery has given him the perfect stepping stone for starting school. Thank you.

Since the first time we viewed the nursery, we knew it was the right place for our son.
The building is modern and clean, and the free-flow policy is great for our son who loves being outside. The food is nutritional, good quality and variety.
But the thing that makes the nursery is the staff. They
are brilliant, so knowledgeable and professional but also really approachable and friendly. Our son loves going (even on the days he kicks up a fuss, we call 10-minutes later and he's enjoying playing or having cuddles) and the nursery's response to Covid has been incredible from the beginning and throughout.

My eldest daughter joined this nursery at just 4.5 months old, and it was going to take a pretty special nursery to make me feel at ease with that. The nursery has been absolutely outstanding, and I cannot thank them enough for their dedication to my child and all other children who attend. My daughter
is now 4-years-old heading to school this year, I know she will miss the whole team a lot! Happy Days have helped shaped her into a confident, bright and well mannered little girl that she is.
My youngest has now joined the nursery, and I look forward to seeing how she develops with their care. I know I have absolutely nothing to worry about as she is in fantastic hands.
I would (and do) recommend this nursery to all friends and colleagues.

Job Title: Nursery Manager

Hi! I’m Ellie, one of the Nursery Managers here at Bradley Stoke. I began my childcare career at Happy Days in 2016 as a Nursery Nurse and progressed through job roles over my time here. I have been Deputy Manager whilst Stacey has been on maternity leave, and have now taken on a new and exciting role as Nursery Manager. I have two you boys who I enjoy spending time with and on the weekends you’ll find me pitch side, watching my eldest play football.


I am really looking forward to managing Bradley Stoke and providing consistency for the team and families. I am passionate about providing a warm and safe environment and love watching children develop throughout their nursery years.

Job Title: Nursery Manager

Hello, I’m Stacey, one of the Nursery Managers at Bradley Stoke! I have worked in childcare for around 12 years now, and I have worked at Happy Days since 2015. I began my career with Happy Days as a Room Supervisor, and have been Deputy Manager for the past 5 years. I hold a level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education, and I have a level 2 qualification in Makaton.


Outside of work, I enjoy spending all my time with my son George and going out on day trips with him. I am really looking forward to progressing the nursery forward with Ellie, pushing our team to reach their full potential, and striving to be the best that we can be.
