What a great nursery Fennies Epsom is. Such loving and supportive members of staff that always went above and beyond to ensure the children are happy and safe.
Both my children will miss Fennies a lot and we are sad our journey here has come to an end.

My little one started in January at 8 months. The team were amazing with his settling in. They were so reassuring to both me and my son throughout the tough first few weeks. He absolutely loves it now and it's so lovely to see how social he is with the team. He eats like a king and from the photos,
he is always doing something different. I am so happy with Fennies Epsom and how welcome we have been made to feel.

Our daughter has been at Fennies in Epsom since she was 7 months old and it's honestly been such a positive experience. We have watched our daughter go from strength to strength and really thrive under their care. The staff are incredibly engaged and you get detailed feedback at the end of each day.
Our daughter has formed very close relationships with her key workers and many of the other staff and it's a delight to see how comfortable she is in their presence.

My son has attended Fennies in Epsom for two and a half years and has been in all 3 rooms. During this time, I have been very impressed with all of the areas of care and the general management and environment of the nursery. Staff seem very happy, competent and caring, and management are very approachable.
The level of learning and care, in general, is excellent and they have nearly gone above and beyond regarding the approach to covid 19. Cannot recommend highly enough and we will miss Fennies when he starts school.

My little one started in the baby class when she was 18months old, it was hard during Covid not being able to settle her in the new environment but after a week she was so excited to go to nursery, she has since moved to the next class up in January and settled so quickly, the teachers are lovely and
she talks about them constantly. Even asking if she is going to nursery over the weekend. She has learnt and grown so much over the last few months.

I have mixed views on Fennies as in some ways they are great and in other ways, there are things that could be improved. I think that the girls could take more care of the clothes that we send our son in. A lot of outfits have been ruined by paint and colour pens and we have requested for him to wear
a cover over his clothes when he paints. I have also pointed out that I don't think water play is appropriate during winter but my complaint was dismissed as water play is a part of their curriculum. I don't see how it can be. I agree water play is great during the summer months but not during the winter months. I also don't agree that there are days where the kids are only served vegetarian food. Kids need their meat and fish! I also don't like that the kids are taught French and Spanish especially to the children who are bilingual as this will just confuse them further and I speak of personal experience as I grew up in a home with three different languages.

I was so anxious to send my daughter to nursery in October after previously being looked after by family. However, I was immediately reassured by staff and management that despite the tears she would be just fine. They were very understanding and supportive and it was much appreciated. Very quickly
I was at complete ease and I could tell that my daughter was so happy. She had built some beautiful and heart-warming relationships with her teachers and friends and that made me extremely happy. I would 100% recommend this nursery.

We have been absolutely delighted with the level of care our boys receive at Fennies Epsom. The staff are so kind, professional, caring and competent and we have seen our children thrive, develop and come on leaps and bounds. They always run in full of excitement and then at hometime they're full of

The team at Fennies Epsom are absolutely amazing. We've had our little boy go through Fennies Epsom before starting school and now our little girl is there. They have always gone above and beyond to care for our children, listening to what we need and helping our children develop. They have great facilities,
toys, activities and a lovely garden area. Management are very responsive, supportive and have been flexible when we've needed extra dates. Both our children always come home having had fun and I know that they are cared for at Fennies Epsom. Couldn't recommend them more.

My niece loves going to nursery, sometimes I think she would rather be at nursery then with me. I love when my sister sends me photos of her day and every time I see her, she amazes me with her development. She can now recognise and start to spell out her name which is amazing. My son loves to go to Fennies Epsom. I think Fennies Epsom is one of the best nurseries in Epsom. The staff are great, caring and cheerful. Nutrition is excellent. My son developed so much at Fennies Epsom within six months of being there. I would always recommend Fennies Epsom.

Fennies family welcomed us warmly, after having had unfortunate experiences with local childcare that was supposed to be of a really high standard. On the first instance, we appreciated the facilities (airy spaces, big windows, easy garden access), but also the educational approach and the aesthetics
(minimum use of plastic, natural materials, experiential learning, etc). The manager is making sure all the governmental health and safety standards are regularly reviewed and rightly put in place. This was highly appreciated during the early opening after the Covid-19 lockdown, when we felt our child was in the safest place to return to childcare. All teachers gave their best and have been always prompt to support us in any way they could, being close to our child. And for the food, there are no words on the variety and the quality the school's chef-inspired, with a multinational twist, always following high standards for children's standards. Very professional and helpful nursery staff. Helped me so much during the coronvirus crisis by offering support for my child and peace of mind knowing he was looked after professionally. I found the app used by the nursery a great insight into my childs learning and progress, something I did not encounter

Very friendly staff, clean nursery and very well resourced, Staff are very helpful, and have helped my son to settle in although he had a bumpy start due to my son's health issues. They explore activities in which children show interest, while also opening their horizons to new and interesting activities.

Our 2 and a half-year-old attends Fennies.
The teachers are very enthusiastic and caring and it seems that everyone has a lot of fun in the nursery.
The garden is great and the indoors area is large with plenty of activities to engage the kids.
Selection of food offered is very varied and good for
encouraging picky eaters.

Staff really caring, communication excellent.
My child seems really happy which is a huge comfort when you have to leave your child for the day.
Staff are always very enthusiastic and have been understanding given my child's medical and on occasion behavioural issues.

My daughter attended Fennies, Epsom since she was 1 year old and this September she went to school. I have to say the experience we had throughout our time at Fennies was amazing and she has transitioned so well which I put this down to her experience at Fennies. She was so school ready, and this was
from all of the work her key person had invested in her. She knew her phonics, numbers up to 30, she could write her name and could interact with pupils and teachers in a way that has made her very socially confident. The nursery management team create a family friendly environment and I could not recommend this enough.
