Excellent standards of transparency, tracking progress and daily updates. Planning of weekly tasks is well communicated and our child, so far, comes back positively engaged and happy every day. The classroom environment is open and clean.

The next few months will be my child's last at the nursery, after starting back in 2017 at the tender age of 9-months. Overall, I have been extremely happy with the care provided to her. She has progressed significantly socially, emotionally and intellectually, and has thoroughly enjoyed her time at the nursery! Not one single day since she started, have I had to leave her there crying because she doesn’t want me to leave or doesn’t want to stay there, and not once has she said that she doesn’t want to attend. I would like to thank all her key workers from the baby room, pre-toddlers, toddlers and pre-school.

My son has been in the baby room right up to preschool now and the care and support showed by everyone at Shooting Stars Wolverhampton is next to none. Covid-19 struck all families hard and I was full of anxiety at how my son would settle back into the nursery after being off for so many months, but the staff there made the transition back into nursery so seamless for him. All necessary safety measures are in full effect and I feel confident my son is learning in a safe clean environment. The management is so friendly and approachable at all times, hats off to a fantastic team. Thank you for making my son's early years education journey so fabulous, I can't wait for my daughter to begin her journey there next year!

My daughter has been attending Shooting Stars nurseries in Wolverhampton for the past 4-years and has just left to start school this month. She has had an amazing experience and has been taken great care of by a very loving, caring group of ladies whom I can not thank enough for helping to mould her into the fun-loving, confident child she has become. Thank you.

Both my boys have attended the nursery starting from the baby room. We are currently in toddlers, we only have had 1 or 2 days but found the staff are excellent and accommodating to your child’s needs. I’ll be sad when we leave in a few years. The new Electronic log is great and emails, I love it, I wish they did it at schools. You always get great info about what the children have been doing. Nothing is too much trouble, they are very organised and professional. Both children have enjoyed it which makes it easier when I’m at work. I’ve already recommended them to my sister and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

My daughter has been at the nursery for nearly two years and I can not think of anywhere better for her. She really enjoys going to Shooting Stars and the key workers are so good with her. She went through a period where she was crying when we used to drop her off. Her new key worker worked so well with my daughter to make sure she was happy and comfortable again. I would 100% recommend Shooting Stars.

When I returned to work after maternity leave, I was devastated to be leaving my little boy, however, the staff at Shooting Stars were absolutely amazing and so supportive. My little boy has learnt so much, has so much confidence and has a smile on his face every day when I pick him up! I wouldn’t trust any other nursery with my son, but I know when I drop him off here he is going to have a brilliant day, and I love looking at the observations logged by the nursery staff, which tell me what he has been up to each day. The nursery is clean and tidy, and he is fed a healthy balanced meal every day. I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough!

The staff are extremely helpful, professional and friendly.

Our daughter enjoys her time at the nursery and this is down to the lovely staff in the baby room.

We appreciate the staff taking the time to get to know our daughter's likes and dislikes when she first started in October this meant her settling in was a smooth process.

Well done.

I am very pleased with the care given at Shooting Stars Nurseries. My baby is 10 months old and has settled very quickly in the baby room. The staff is caring and very hard-working. My baby enjoys the food given and seems to be eating everything given. I visited many nurseries in Wolverhampton and this one definitely stands out!

Outstanding nursery. The staff are by far the most welcoming and lovely of every nursery I viewed! And I viewed a lot!!
They go that extra mile to keep you informed of all the developments of your child and are completely honest about things! If your child is a bit unsettled they will explain this as opposed to other nursery’s which tell you everything is perfect all the time which we know isn’t true!

They deserve recognition for there hard work x

Fantastic Nursery! My daughter settled in almost straight away due to the level of care and support provided. Each member of staff goes above and beyond for the children and this includes when feeding back to parents. At the end of a long day, they still show such enthusiasm and energy when feeding back.

The staff here are second to none! They are just as enthusiastic about my child's development and achievements as my partner and I are and work closely with us to ensure that my child is comfortable, happy and enjoys her time at nursery. They fully immerse themselves into doing the very best for each individual child and it's clear to see that the children in their care adore those who care for them and that the feeling is very much mutual. The Nursery provides a variety of well-balanced meals which means my daughter always has the chance to try something new. Overall I cannot fault the amazing staff.
