Shooting Stars Nursery and its staff are amazing in every way. The nursery is warm, welcoming, and always full of the sound of children having the best time. The staff are like family, they always go above and beyond and know the children so well, they reassure and comfort parents whenever required. The cameras to look in are so reassuring and you regularly get updates and pictures of your child having fun. I could not recommend them enough.

My little boy started in the baby room at ten months old doing three days per week. He loves coming to nursery and is ready to play. Now he is in the pre-toddler room and has gained strong bonds with the caring staff in the room. He loves the free-flow door leading out in the garden and spends most his time playing outdoors.

The premises are clean, staff are very welcoming. My child thoroughly enjoys coming to nursery and enjoys the various activities throughout the day and regularly passes positive comments on the meals. I receive regular updates of observations of my child, including pictures and recently also small video clips.

At one point due to low staff, I did feel that there was a lack of efficiency. However, if I compare last year to now, I would only say that this has majorly improved and my child is very happy here.

We have been very happy with our child's first few weeks at Shooting Stars. The staff have gone above and beyond to ensure that my child is settled and that we, as parents, are fully reassured before I return to work after maternity leave. My child is nurtured and supported according to his daily needs. The staff are welcoming and supportive, and the whole atmosphere is friendly and inclusive.

I cannot express the professionalism, care, and relief that this nursery provides my son, myself and my husband. The staff are incredibly attentive to all children and their needs; the daily logs are packed full of detail about their activities and development. We cannot be happier with the service my son receives as well as the excitement on my son's face when on the way to nursery. Would recommend them to anyone.

My daughter is very happy at Shooting Stars, and that is because of the brilliant staff who work there. Staff are always kind and friendly and have created lovely bonds with my child, which has made her feel more confident and secure about going to nursery. I know my daughter is well looked after and safe; communication from her key worker is fantastic - I'm updated with photos, information and progress/next steps via the app as well as always having an informal chat when I collect. Staff work hard to provide a wide range of developmental activities for all children - including lots of outdoor and child-led play.

I would recommend Shooting Stars to anyone!

I'm really happy with this nursery because my baby enjoyed time with them. He wakes up and asks to go to the nursery. The staff are very friendly with him. Turning back home, he always explains to me what he did, and he is happy.

My daughter has been at Shooting Stars for almost twelve months, starting in the Baby Room before moving up to Pre Toddlers. The whole team have been excellent in terms of her day-to-day care and she is always excited to attend. She has a great bond with her key workers especially, which is lovely to see. The nursery provides a wide variety of developmental activities and shares regular pictures and daily updates with me via their app. It also has the best outdoor space of any of the nurseries we viewed, with two good sizes of garden areas for play.

My son started Shootings Stars in September 2022 at 10 months old. He settled lovely into the baby room and quickly adapted to nursery life thanks to two staff members. He soon became very active and had a smooth transition into the Pre Toddler room. Once again gained strong bonds with his key worker and the girls in the room. He loves coming to nursery and it’s amazing how much he has developed since starting with shooting stars. When collecting my son from nursery I am always very welcomed and receive good communication about my son's day.

My little boy has been at this nursery for just over two years, and I am so grateful to the staff for the care and attention given to him. He has developed into a wonderful toddler, which is in no small part down to the quality of care from the staff at Shooting Stars Wolverhampton. I have nothing but positive words to say, as do many of the other parents whose children attend. The role of caring for children is beyond challenging, but every single member of staff here that I have encountered makes it seem a breeze! Excellent communication on how my boy spends his days, and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you to all of you who take such good care of the most precious person in my life.

Fantastic team at Shooting Stars. Our boy started at 12-months-old in the baby room, which he absolutely loved. He moved on to pre-toddlers and has grown in so much confidence and seems to be developing every day. The staff are so welcoming and caring, couldn’t have wished for more.

Our son started nursery when he was 11-months old in the baby room and has flourished. He is currently in pre-toddler as he is now 18-months. We have loved watching our little one grow into an energetic and confident little boy. He runs into the nursery and is always so happy there. The staff do an amazing job with all of the children. We looked at a few nurseries before seeing Shooting Stars Wolverhampton and immediately wanted him to go here. Quality speaks for itself.

My daughter has been going to Shooting Stars for 12-months now and absolutely loves it. She was previously at another nursery pre-Covid, and when she returned, she was very unsure and nervous. We started her here after moving, and she has grown in confidence so much. I can't thank the staff for their care for my daughter. She enjoys every day she is there and always comes home excited to tell me about her day.

I think every staff member deserves recognition. My son's start to nursery has been challenging as he hadn't settled easily, but every time I called to check, he was ok, (which was a lot), the staff are always understanding and reassuring. Whenever I come to pick him up, I love hearing about how well he has done, and I especially appreciate all the advice I get from you all, including on potty training! I am so happy I chose Shooting Stars for my little one, and it’s the staff that make it feel like such a great place for children (and stressed parents like me). His key worker goes above and beyond to make a big deal of his achievements, and he talks about her all the time.

This nursery is a wonderful place for our 21-month-old twin boys to develop. They spend time delivering new experiences, which we wouldn’t maybe be able to as full-time working parents. The boys are happily dropped off at the nursery, which is helped by how friendly, engaging and interactive the staff are. The twins return home full of life, and my partner and I are very pleased with their development.

We loved the nursery and waited a few months until she could join as there was a waiting list, but it was so worth the wait. I knew it was perfect on our tour as it is a new purpose-built nursery with lovely, clean facilities. My daughter settled in very quickly as the staff were all so welcoming and friendly.

I recommend the nursery to all my family and friends with babies.
