Little Pioneers Nursery & Pre-School, Finchfield

My child has been at this nursery since 11 months of age. Every member of staff I have encountered has been knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The staff take your child's interests and needs into account to help them develop and thrive. You are kept informed about your child's development and any issues. The staff go above and beyond. I'm really happy with my chosen nursery.

Wonderful environment full of amazing staff, kept very well informed of child's activities and achievements and the app used is great. My child settled in so quickly and has a lovely routine there, still as good as when I sent my eldest eight years ago! Highly recommend.

The staff at this nursery really left a great impression from the start. I was very nervous about leaving my son there but their patience and their settling-in process really made it go smoothly and give both me and my 2-year-old what we needed. My son happily talks about what he gets up to at nursery and the fun he has outside, as well as enjoys the adventurous menu of meals and snacks provided. My son is happy to be at nursery because of the dedication and friendliness of the staff in the Butterfly room, as well as all staff. Walking around the nursery, everyone is very friendly, there is a very good atmosphere and the learning experiences are well thought out but still allow freedom in the children's choices. The contact is brilliant, using an app that keeps you at the centre and provides targets and tips on how to facilitate these targets. Finally, the health and safety at this nursery are the best I found and was why I felt so settled leaving my son there, they have covered all areas.

I think all staff work so well with my son in Pre-school 1, they are all very hard working and dedicated to all the work they put in. They are an absolute credit to the nursery. I am so proud to see my son be super excited to be part of nursery. Thank you.

The Co-op Childcare is the best nursery and the best decision I could have made for my child. The cleanliness, the attention to detail towards all the children and the skills my child has come away with are absolutely fantastic. Amazing.

My child is in Caterpillar 2 and she has settled in so well, I have seen a positive change in her. She does a full day and she is taken good care of. I love seeing the updates, gives me peace of mind. Staff are very caring and informative. I really appreciate their hard work.

Our daughter has been at Co-op Childcare Finchfield since January 2022 (she started soon after her 1st birthday). The family atmosphere and attentive nature of the staff drew us to the nursery and we felt that this was the perfect environment for us. All of the staff that have had a hand in looking after our daughter are genuinely caring and invested in her development. Our daughter loves attending nursery; we have seen her grow in confidence in a number of areas and this is directly attributable to the wonderful staff who are providing a stimulating, playful and nurturing environment. We are given a weekly update about what the children have been doing and a monthly report specifically related to our daughter and her development. There is a mix of play both inside and outside. Thank you to the wonderful team at Co-op Finchfield who have continued to provide care and kindness through varying challenges such as extreme heat and childhood illnesses. This a brilliant nursery.

My daughter has recently started attending Co-op Childcare Finchfield. We have had a lovely welcome, staff have given all relevant information on induction and are always happy to discuss any questions and concerns we, as parents, may have had. The staff in her room are lovely and we can see our daughter has settled in well, she's happy and very content. I love the regular updates we get on the app, helps give us reassurance. Verbal feedback given at the end of the day is also good. In terms of learning, already we can see a difference in her communication which is coming on great. There's a variety of resources we have seen in the rooms and outdoors which is lovely to see.

Day in and day out, very great communication about my child. My child is a fussy eater but the key worker always tries to make my child try new things like I want. Co-op Childcare is really welcoming and friendly, always very helpful.

Practitioners are always friendly and helpful. They keep me up to date of my child through the app which is really helpful. Excellent nursery! They provide feedback on how my child is progressing and set targets for where my child should be.

My child settled into butterflies extremely well. She has improved her communication skills so well and only has lovely things to say about her key workers.

My son has really settled into Little Pioneers. He is very happy here. He has formed a special bond with all the staff and has made some lovely friends. He seems to enjoy all the fun activities they do each day. The variety of food is excellent. The staff are all very caring and extremely friendly.

The standard of the food is excellent with a good variety provided, all cooked on site.

Very pleased with how well cared for my child is. He loves coming to nursery and is learning so many things. It's lovely to see he's learning is tailored around his interests. My child has great relationships with all staff.

I am extremely happy with this facility my daughter loved coming her for five days a week. It's nice to not worry about her when I have to be at work all week. She is learning so many new things all the time, which is lovely to see. My son also attended here and we had the same experience.

My daughter loves attending preschool at Co-op Childcare Finchfield. The teachers and staff are amazing. She always has a great time and has learnt so much.
