Little Pioneers Nursery & Pre-School Finchfield

I would highly recommend!

My son has only been with the nursery for a couple months but I have already noticed an improvement in his food eating and social skills.

Very happy with this place. Staff are brilliant. Myself and my partner were worried about whether our son would settle as he is very clingy, but he loves nursery and the staff have helped him develop beyond what we expected. Great job to all the staff.

Outstanding nursery. My little one enjoys going there. Staff are very kind and helpful, update about what my child is doing, what he’s eating, what activities they are doing. I would recommend to every parent. Thank you for great service.

From 2016 this nursery has become part of our family. Amazing staff especially pre-school I couldn't use anywhere else. I like the updates I get through the app which makes pick-up and drop-off fast and efficient. They do go above and beyond to make sure my children are comfortable and happy. The learning starts from the minute the children walk in and I feel this is very beneficial for when children start school as it's already then a learned behaviour.

Our son has been attending for around 6 months and we couldn't be more pleased with how much he has developed in his time at Little Pioneers. The staff are kind, friendly and very helpful, we couldn't be more pleased with the work they are doing.

The nursery keeps parents up to date with anything to do with outbreaks providing updates and specific guidance going that extra mile to support families.

We are so happy we went with our guts and chose to bring him here - 10/10! Everyone, all the staff from room managers to assistants to office based are so lovely and take time to speak to you if you need to. The app is a brilliant tool too and is used very effectively. Makes it easily accessible and quick to communicate in the working day. Always recommend this nursery to all my friends in the area in case they know someone looking!

Very pleased with the nursery in general. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. My child is always happy when I pick her up. The regular updates on the app are very helpful to see and monitor how she is getting on during the day. I always feel comfortable discussing any worries I have and nursery staff are always supportive.

Firstly I would like to thank three members of staff in particular for helping my child settle into nursery, they have made him feel very welcome. Secondly, I would like to thank another two members of staff for settling him into his room and developing wonderful bonds with him. They have helped him develop more and become more confident in himself. My child loves coming to nursery and is always asking for his keyworker. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends as we have always had a lot of positives with my child being in this nursery. All staff are friendly and positive.

The staff at this nursery are excellent, very attentive and take an interest in children's care and development. Our son's key worker also gave thorough, constructive and detailed feedback on our child's day at nursery. Our son has flourished since his time at this nursery and has grown in confidence.

I couldn't recommend this nursery more, my children are happy and safe and enjoy their time here.

My son has been attending the nursery since April 2020. He has gone from the baby room all the way through to preschool. He has come on so much and I really do believe this is due to the dedication of the outstanding staff the nursery has. They go above and beyond always. My son has always enjoyed attending nursery so it will be sad when he moves in September to start reception but we can not thank the staff enough for the hard work and care they put in.

My daughter turned 2 at the beginning of March this year. After a couple of visits, we were more than happy with this being our chosen nursery. We got the classroom of our choice and the days and times we wanted to send our little girl. Today, was the 3rd day of settling her in, the whole process was explained from the off. Everyone really made her feel welcome and I did too. Being a full-time mum, everyone was telling me to be ready for a crying baby when I have to leave, I told them, it will be me crying not my girl and I was right. Today, I was to leave her for an hour, when we got to the classroom, she let me take off her hat and went straight to the room manager and gave a cuddle, let her take her coat off, and off she went to play. Didn't even look back at me. I'm so glad she loves it, and that's because of the team and staff making her welcome. Next week she starts properly and I'm praying for the same enthusiasm from her moving forwards. Thank you again.

My experience with this nursery stems from approx 6 years. My daughter is now 8yrs old and we still attend to collect my nephews that are in pre-school. Over the years the standard of care and evidence of an excellent learning environment has excelled. I continue to recommend this nursery as I feel that the staff thrive on providing experiences that bring out the best in every child. The importance of sharing with parents and jointly supporting the children's learning is deemed essential for their growth and I totally agree with this ethos. Our experience enabled my child's (and now my nephew's) primary learning and development to be fun and the foundations of lifelong learning. Thank you to all key workers past and present.

Our son really enjoys attending nursery and we have noticed a big change in his communication and development. His key worker works well with him 1:1 and really makes an effort to understand him as a person and she always tries to push him out of his comfort zone. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone that wants a welcoming and safe environment for their child.

Very well set up Maths Day workshop. The staff were amazing. Enjoyed spelling time with my little one.

My child is well supported and taken care of. I also had the best advice in relation to my child's speech delay. Am so thankful for all the practitioners.

My son is in the little creators room and myself and the family have noticed how much he has progressed in his new room. He's such a bright and active young boy and the activities and games carried out in the room challenge him to build his confidence, improve his speech and well being with others and participating in group activities. The staff have been so caring and supportive with any specific needs in terms of allergies or medical conditions and it's a huge relief knowing my son is in good hands.

My son has really come along since attending Co-op Childcare Finchfield, I was nervous for my son to start nursery but I had nothing to worry about. He loves it and the ladies in the baby room are great. They were even lovely to me when I got upset at drop-off before I went to work. My son always eats so well at nursery too and I love all of the updates I get on the app.
