We couldn’t be happier with our son’s nursery. The staff are so caring and attentive. They get to know each child really well. The environment is also really lovely with lots of outdoor space. They do lots of activities and the food looks very good and varied. Extremely happy with our choice.

My son is about to leave to go to school and we'll both be sad to say goodbye to all his friends and staff. His time at Bright Horizons has been a really happy experience and prepared him for his next step.

The wonderful employees at this nursery have cared for my child since she was one so I can work. From day one, I have been impressed with their creativity and diversity of play and learning experiences that they offer. With large indoor and all-weather outdoor spaces in one area, the children enjoy free flow play as well as structured days that provide security for the children. The site is hidden away through some trees so we listen for birds along the path to and from the car park. Communication from the team is always great so we can consistently approach behavioural and emotional issues. The on-site cook provides balanced, healthy meals and snacks which means I don’t have to worry about our five-a-day when we get home! My daughter skips in every morning and I’m lucky to get a goodbye, always the sign of a place she wants to be as she has so much fun! The nursery offer flexible sessions for all, including using your government allocation of free hours and childcare scheme payments too.

My daughter has been attending Bright Horizons Englefield Green Nursery and Preschool since she was just over one and we couldn't be happier with her care. I was impressed from my first encounter with the nursery, they were efficient, yet warm and child centred. The extended settling in period was a great experience, meaning my child settled in gently and without problem. My daughter is always happy to go to nursery and comes out smiling at the end of the day, strongly indicating to me that she is happy and secure in their care. The staff are fantastic, encouraging children's development from a warm and nurturing position. They also provide an array of activities to support learning. Would highly recommend.

Our baby boy has been in Bright Horizons Englefield Green Nursery and Preschool for nine months and we are absolutely happy with the nursery so far. We could see a visible difference between this Bright Horizons Englefield Green Nursery and Preschool and a different nursery that we used for our first child. The staff are prompt and they provide you with a very good update about the events of the child's day. They are prompt in reporting any accidents such as when the children bumps into something. The facilities look clean but could not get a chance to go into because of the current climate. They were prompt in providing the updates during the current climate with regard to any suspected infections. The hours are longer and convenient as well. Above all, the child seems to be happy overall, so I am very happy to recommend it to anyone nearby.

The team at Bright Horizons Englefield Green are amazing. They've adapted to the COVID-19 rules and made the nursery feel very safe and inviting. They have been keeping us up to date with everything we need to know. They are very reassuring and make us feel comfortable leaving our daughter with them.

My daughter has attended Bright Horizons, Englefield Green since she was a year old (she is now 4) and my son has recently started there too. The staff are extremely welcoming and caring and both my children love going to nursery - my son frequently runs in without a backwards glance. I love the fact that it isn't a big nursery so the children get a lot of attention from the staff. Once the nursery reopened after the first lockdown the staff were excellent, helping to reintegrate the children into nursery and putting parents' minds at rest, being both safe and pragmatic. Both the Manager and Deputy Manager are very approachable and hands-on and all the staff seem to enjoy working there. I was extremely impressed that both my daughter and son had long settling in periods which really helped them get used to the staff and the nursery environment.

The staff are great and keep me up to date with her day to day activities as well as her learning development.

I am delighted that we found Bright Horizons Englefield Green Nursery and Preschool. Our son loves going every day! We are very happy with the level of care he receives and the various activities that support his development. Our son also loves the great food the nursery provides.

My daughter has attended this nursery since October 2019 and is very happy here. The staff in the toddler room are warm and caring. It's been lovely to see my daughter bond with staff and other children.

Facilities are good and management and staff are excellent. My daughter loves going here and she has made lots of friends.

They have been excellent in the transition of rooms and our child loves going to nursery.

She has developed really well since starting. My only area for improvement would be to improve the outdoor space as it can get quite waterlogged.

I am very happy with the level of care and attention both my children receive at Englefield Green Nursery and Preschool. I have been especially impressed with preschool for my son and how he has progressed so much lately in counting, letter recognition and colouring within the lines. They also put on a very impressive graduation ceremony and after party within our local university grounds. Likewise in the 2-3's room, my daughter seems very happy and thoroughly stimulated in terms of the activities they set for the children.

Our daughter has been attending this nursery for almost two years now and, overall, it has been a great experience. The staff are very friendly and caring and we are reassured that our daughter is in good hands. Also, the staff have been very supportive during the transition to the other age group At the nursery they do many different activities, from yoga to painting, dancing, singing and exploring around. Our daughter is very happy every morning because she knows she will have great fun. We definitely recommend this nursery.

I am very happy with the care that is provided to my son. When he first started he struggled with the adjustment and now he really enjoys nursery and goes willingly to the key workers. We have seen him grow and develop and we believe his interaction at nursery has contributed to that. His keyworker and the staff are brilliant, very attentive and caring. They reacted brilliantly when he had an allergic reaction and have since put thorough measures in place to prevent this happening again. I have nothing negative to say and would like to thank them for making me and my husband feel so reassured when he is in their care.

The key person system is also a great support, both for the children and the parents, providing advice and confidence. All the staff in the nursery and mainly the ones that work in our daughter's group have been extremely supportive with helping her to achieve new developmental milestones. She always smiles when we drop her off but more importantly, she is always smiling when we pick her up.

Everyone is very nice and professional in this nursery. My daughter loves learning and playing with all the activities she's involved in. She loves the food as well!
