The Orange Tree Day Nursery @ Stoke

The Orange Tree is the perfect environment for a child to develop and blossom. My daughter has attended for around 3 years and the staff are like family to her, I genuinely feel they care about every child and make sure they know all about them. The setting is perfect, inside is amazing, well organised for the age groups they cater for. The outside has several excellent different areas for the children to play in and learn.

My son absolutely loves coming to nursery. The staff are all brilliant and always welcome you with a smile. The put both my son and myself at ease knowing that he's going to have a great day. They do lots of fun activities and go outside as much as possible. My son's speech and learning has come on leaps and bounds whilst attending nursery.

We visited a few nurseries but when we came to look around The Orange Tree, all our wishes were met instantly.

Our son has been attending the nursery since March 2019 and we really would recommend it to everyone.

Our little boy’s confidence and development is phenomenal and we are forever grateful from the continued support of the staff. The current ladies in the baby room have been supportive and approachable since day one. They don’t just care about the children, they care for the parents too. Everyday Tuesday when we go in they always ask how our weekend has been or how my day at work had been - this is lovely to hear. There is also an amazing manager, she is approachable, you get a quick response to any emails and she welcomes you with a smile each day.

On the whole, this is a fantastic nursery and I’m so glad it’s the choice we made for our son. We love seeing updates of our son via EYLOG and this is completed regularly by staff. We would highly recommend.

I feel very comfortable leaving my daughter within their capable hands, assured that she is well looked after within their care.

We are really pleased with how my son is developing at the nursery and how happy he is while he is there! The staff are always pleasant and always have the room set out nice with a great mixture of toys for the children.

The children are always happy and encouraged to engage in various activities to promote their development.

We send our elder daughter to this nursery and could not have been more happy with her care! Our younger daughter started a few months ago when she was 9 months, she was given extra help while settling in as she was a bit nervous and upset at first. Staff could not have been more helpful over the last few months, keeping us updated on her progress, building a strong bond with her. She loves going and we love that she’s gaining her independence away from us. Having now had two children attend this nursery, I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Thank you so much to all the staff at The Orange Tree for helping our children to develop and grow in confidence, through your love and compassion. Perfect Nursery!

The staff are amazing and it's really lovely when staff from different rooms say hello to my little girl. It's nice to know the staff know more than just the children in their rooms. I couldn't ask for a better nursey or group of ladies to look after my little girl!

I'm very happy with this nursery, my child loves attending and loves the staff she settled in well and the staff communicate well with me about what my child has done during the day.

The outdoor facilities are fab and my little girl loves being outside so this is her favourite.

We have selected this nursery as it seemed clean and organised. Lots of toys/ activities available and the staff are great with the children. Overall very good nursery, clean and friendly staff. Good lunches but dinners could be improved!

Lovely staff, lovely nursery building and the food available and activities are great. They only fall down on charging over Christmas when they aren't open anyway and not informing parents of current illnesses in the children's class.

Brilliant nursery with plenty of outside space for children to play and learn. Excellent facilities for both young and older children. Always accommodating and willing to help. Excellent communication between staff and parents and excellent interaction between staff and children.

My child joined the Nursery when she was seven months old. She did not enjoy being with strange people or in big groups. I was very reluctant and anxious about living her with other people. The staff at the Nursery were very helpful and supportive, offered me advice and encouragement. Now my child is very happy at the Nursery. Every day she learns new things. The staff is fantastic and friendly. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. My child is very well looked after, and I am happy and feel safe and confident to leave her at the Nursery. Staff communicates excellently with me.

Since moving to The Orange Tree Day Nursery, our little boy has absolutely flourished. He settled in really quickly, after struggling at a previous nursery. The staff are friendly, professional and always willing to answer any queries we have as parents. I can't recommend The Orange Tree highly enough!

Excellent nursery. Since my son has been going to the Orange Tree Nursery, he has come a long way with his speech, feeding himself and sharing. When he first started, he took a couple of days to settle in but the nursery staff were very friendly and supportive. The nursery staff are very good with feedback of daily activities and behaviour. Overall I would say this nursery is very good and I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

As a parent, it is so comforting to know my daughter is being looked after so well, and that is all down to the nursery and staff. I would, and have recommended this nursery to my "mum friends" and any more children I have, there will be no doubt where I want them to go when I have to go back to work.

The nursery is outstanding and the activities they do on a daily basis is brilliant. There is everything from French lessons to talking about different topics to learning their phonics in the preschool room ready for school. They are very supportive and listen to your needs. The security for the nursery is excellent which makes me feel very reassured. My daughter has been going since she was 12 weeks old. She just loves going and I can't fault it at all what's so ever.
