My daughter has been attending this nursery since Sept 2015 and loves it. She goes three days a week and couldn't be happier. Her speech is amazing for her age and learns new things everyday. Always lots of different activities for her to do and she loves to play out in the garden as much as possible.
Excellent facilities inside and out. Friendly staff who have really got to know and bonded with my daughter. I look forward to picking her up and hearing all about what she has been up to each day. Healthy meals and snacks are really good too.

We have been really happy with the care our daughter has received at Happy Days Nursery - Exeter. The team are really welcoming and know our daughter really well, I'm always impressed they remember the smallest detail and the names of all her teddies! Our daughter has eczema and allergies which are
really well managed by her key worker and the wider team. I know she is well looked after and doing fun and new activities on her days there. I would highly recommend it to parents looking at their childcare options.

As a family we are huge advocates of Happy Days in Exeter. The setting, staff and ethos offers the perfect environment for our son to thrive. He loves going and we feel happy leaving him, knowing he will be safe, cared for and nurtured. We love the activities he takes part in and the relationships he
has made. We would have no hesitation in recommending Happy Days in Exeter.

Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 2025

My name is Keira, and I have over 15 years of childcare experience. I began my childcare career volunteering at a nursery and immediately fell in love with the job. Eager to learn everything I could, I then began my own learning journey whilst working in nurseries, carrying out my level 2, 3 and 4 NVQ qualifications across 5 different nurseries in Exeter of various different sizes and set ups.


I joined Happy Days Exeter in 2022 in a varied role as the nursery administrator, supervisor, health and safety officer and SENCO. I loved working for Happy Days in such a varied role, taking on lots of different responsibilities and new challenges, which naturally led me into undertaking my level 5 in operations management with the company and excitingly taking on the role of manager, which is my favourite role I have had so far! I am passionate about supporting and empowering our families, children and staff team. It is so rewarding and inspiring to watch our children grow and learn, and to be a part of nurturing their learning journey.
