Happy Days Nursery & Pre-School - Exeter

I have had a few issues that I am waiting to see if will be resolved. This is my opinion currently but 6 months ago my opinion was slightly higher. It is a shame management is leaving. I do not know where this will leave us. We will see hopefully. The nursery is just struggling currently with all the COVID etc.

We approached Happy Days after emigrating from Australia. I got last minute work and we were struggling to find childcare for my son. The nursery was incredibly prompt and their response to me was helpful with the information they provided. The induction process was incredibly clear and helpful for my son to settle in. What made this even more impressive was that this process was carried out during COVID-19 lockdown. In respect of virus management, their support and the information provided were fantastic. My son really integrated well within the nursery setting and always came home happy. Given we have moved around a lot this was the third nursery he attended in his life and it was the happiest. He was always able to describe what activities he did during the day and actively spoke of friendships he made and carers that he could trust. I would highly recommend the friendly and efficient staff.

Happy Days staff care about the whole family, provide an NHS discount which is fantastic, and treat each child like the unique, special little person that they are!

Our son has been attending for a couple of months now and we have been really delighted with the nursery. The staff are warm and friendly, handovers are efficient and informative, the food clearly enjoyed by our son and the activities varied and interesting. We feel confident that our son is really well cared for when we are at work. We have already highly recommended to friends considering nurseries locally and will continue to do so!

Excellent Nursery! Staff friendly, warm caring and professional. Lovely outside space. Nice, clean and tidy rooms. Lots of different activities throughout the day. Our daughter loves going to nursery. Couldn’t wish for a better nursery for our girl.

I never regretted about our choice, my kids and I loved this nursery very much. Kids never cried or refused to go there and my heart was calm when I was leaving them. Friendly staff and peaceful environment this is how I would describe this nursery.

Our daughter has been attending Happy Days Nursery since she was 8 months old and she is very happy here. The Staff are amazing, so friendly and care for the children very much. They confirm exactly how her day has been and confirm how well she has done with her food, which is helpful for a child who doesn't each much. They also provide great Dairy-free options which I needed for my daughter's intolerance, and they manage this perfectly. We get reports on her progress along with ideas on what can be done at home to help her progress. My Daughter is always so excited to go nursery and is always happy when she comes out. I couldn't recommend the nursery enough, and so happy we chose Happy Days almost three years ago, gives me peace of mind while I'm at work knowing my daughter is happy.

My son has been at this nursery for 2 years and he has absolutely thrived there. Such a brilliant ethos and the team are fantastic! My son loves going to nursery and loves to tell me all about his day when I pick him up. I highly recommend this nursery! Huge thanks to the team for everything they have done for my son so far.

I have 2 kids who attend the nursery and I cannot fault it. I recommend it to all my friends with babies who are looking to send them to nursery! My eldest is due to leave soon to start school and I am genuinely sad that he will no longer be attending!

Our daughter has attended Happy Days Exeter for the last 2 years and will be finishing soon to start Reception. We have been absolutely delighted with every aspect of the nursery. It is warm, friendly, welcoming and professional. The staff are amazing and our daughter has always looked forward to going to every single session. Our daughter has some special needs and the Nursery Manager and team were so helpful and professional with assisting us with paperwork for an EHC plan and structuring a bespoke learning and development plan. I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery - they are brilliant!

We have been very impressed with Happy Days, the staff are so friendly and welcoming and our son is very happy there. It is always clean and has a lovely calm atmosphere. We love the open door policy and the fact that the outside area is always accessible as our son loves to be outdoors.

We love Exeter Happy Days. They aren’t only professional but friendly and extremely thoughtful. They pay attention to details and I’m fully confident my child is in good hands. I also believe they are invested in every single child at the nursery.

Happy days is a wonderful nursery. The staff have always made my two daughters feel very safe and happy and I really couldn’t wish for more care for them. My children always come home having had a fun and engaging day, what more could I ask for.

This nursery is fabulous. It is clean, does not smell of nappies like a lot of nurseries do and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, caring and very well trained. Both my children are extremely happy there and I will not send them anywhere else.

Happy Days have been absolutely amazing with my daughter. She genuinely enjoys going. She has come on leaps and bounds since she's been there. The staff are fabulous, and I couldn't wish for anyone better to look after my daughter whilst I'm at work.
