I absolutely can’t recommend this nursery enough, the manager and her staff are amazing and genuinely love and care for our little girl. She has flourished in their care and can’t wait to go to nursery on a morning to see her friends. The connection between us and staff is so much more than just staff
at nursery. Any issues and the manager is straight on it, even when you turn up on the wrong day like I did once, oops baby brain! They have also handled Covid-19 exceptionally in these trying times. Thank you to all the staff.

My little boy started at the end of February 2021 just before his third birthday. He has never been in any child care setting before as he has always been looked after by family members. Its taking him some time getting used to leaving us but the staff have and are doing everything possible to settle
him. He tells me how they cuddle him when he asks where we are, I know he is in a safe, welcoming environment. They have fun activities planned and are very engaging, I am glad I chose this nursery for my son.

Brilliant care for my son. He has come on leaps and bounds since attending Westgate Hill. The staff are fantastic and caring. My son feels safe and has become a lot more confident since starting. Thank you, team!

My first child has now left and moved to school and my second started back in June.
My views are still the same and I can not recommend this nursery enough, my daughter started to attend in the middle of the covid 19 pandemic and her experience of starting is different to my son's, however, it has
still been of the highest standard and a positive experience. Due to restrictions I have not been able to go into the building for any drop-off or picks up but my daughter has coped amazingly, she’s not been upset and has settled in fabulously with great support from all the staff. Over the past 5 years, I have recommended this nursery to so many people and they have all sent their children as well.
If you choose this nursery you will not be disappointed.

I can’t sing the praises high enough for this nursery! The staff are professional and caring and provide a high standard of care for my son. They are accommodating and genuinely happy to help. My son thoroughly enjoys his time at nursery and has flourished in this environment of care and learning.

We have used Kinder Haven Ltd @ Westgate Hill for the last 7 years for both our children. I can not recommend the nursery enough.
Staff are incredibly professional and dedicated at all times. During our time at nursery, we have never had a complaint. Both children have been well cared for, secure
and nurtured. It has definitely given them a great start in life and prepared them for school.
Staff expect good behaviour from children and standards are high. I have absolute confidence in the staff to care for my children. The meals are good and the staff fully committed, flexible, approachable. My children have been very happy at this nursery and as my youngest prepares to leave for school in the next month we will miss them all. Thank you for everything Kinder Haven.

This place is absolutely fabulous and the staff are exceptional. They not only doing their best to care for your little one and help their development, but they also add that extra special something by paying attention to changes in circumstances (e.g moving house, removing dummy, potty training) to
support both you and your child.
The facilities are brilliant, every time I visit it is spotless and well kept. Plus, the attention to detail in each of the rooms (e.g wall displays/activity stations) is outstanding and really demonstrates the passion and thought put into engaging with the children.
I can not fault them and thank everyone for making us feel confident that our little one is not only well cared for in our absence, but also encouraged to develop in a way bespoke to them.

I would highly recommend Kinder Haven, Westgate Hill. When we started at this nursery, it was in addition to another nursery, as my little girl's original nursery was not be able to fit her in for anymore days. Quickly it became apparent how much happier and how much she was thriving at Westgate Hill.
We quickly took her out of the first nursery and enrolled her in 4 days a week at Westgate Hill. Since then our daughter has continued to excel for her age. I’m constantly impressed with the variety of activities and the encouraged participation of all the children. She comes home singing, counting, pointing and communicating with me (she’s 18-months-old).
The staff also go above and beyond. Even staff in other age groups, greet my daughter and say goodbye if we pass them. The nursery manager keeps up to date with how all the children are doing and developing, she will often stop me when I see her to talk about the milestones my daughter is aiming for/reaching.
Highly recommend.

The nursery has 4 rooms, each well equipped with fun, interactive toys for the children as appropriate for their age, as well as an outdoor area where children from all the rooms tend to spend periods of play each day, sometimes several times a day. The children are encouraged to explore and interact
with their peers and there is plenty of singing, dancing and creative activities. The children are constantly learning and developing. Staff are friendly, welcoming, encouraging, helpful and approachable and very quickly pick up on children's personalities and preferences in order to meet their needs and help give detailed and personal feedback on how their day has gone and developmental progress. I really get the feeling staff adapt to the child rather than trying to regiment children into ways of learning or habits that would not work for them. They have created a great atmosphere and environment and I feel they really know my child well.

Since my little boy started nursery at Kinder Haven, he has come on in leaps and bounds.
His speech is fabulous and his development is excellent, due to the caring and patient staff here.
The staff and manageress are absolutely lovely, patient caring and understanding, with a good knowledge of the
children’s development.
Highly recommend nursery
Couldn’t ask for anything better.

The team that have been responsible for my son's care and nurturing have been exceptional. They always keep me in touch with what's going on, how he is improving and where extra support is needed. I have used Kinder Haven @ Westgate Hill for both my children and don't think I would have trusted anyone else. The staff truly care bout their job and about taking care of your child. Communication is excellent. The way staff go out of their way to provide interesting and educational activities and
track this information is really good. I will almost be sad when my child starts school in September and no longer attends the nursery!
