My daughter has been at the nursery since she was a baby and she leaves for school in September. She has loved every minute at the nursery and it's been amazing to see her develop. The staff have been brilliant throughout and have been flexible due to our work shifts. I would highly recommend this nursery to new parents in the future.

My son joined the nursery in December 2021 and he is in the baby room. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful when dealing with our son and any queries we have. The facilities are also excellent and my son has developed massively since attending the nursery. I would recommend this nursery going forward!

Very friendly and approachable staff, helped my 2 boys settle in brilliantly. Helped support me through potty training and giving up dummies. Excellent communication and always keep me updated on what my boys have done and eaten etc. Always phone me straight away if there is a problem and keep me updated on the situation. Have helped encourage my eldest with his eating and socialising amazingly.

All staff have been fantastic. Initially, I had worries and concerns leaving my 5-month-old baby, but all staff in the baby room have been great. Supportive, caring and taking time to reassure me whilst being honest with his food/sleep throughout the day.

My experience at Kids Planet Tong has been amazing. From my daughter's first day they made sure she was happy but also supported me too when I worried about her. I have always had a 'good morning' and a smiley face greeting me and this morning I was even given a coffee takeout for my journey to work. Thank you all so much, I would always recommend this nursery.

The girls at the nursery are fantastic. They are very professional and loving towards my children. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since starting. They treat all the kids like family. My daughter has a dairy allergy and they are amazing with the variety of food. I highly recommend this nursery for all the love and care they give our children.

Definitely recommend you and this nursery will be my first option for the next child.

After what has been a very scary year as a new mum, the staff at Kinder Haven have been great at putting my anxious mind at ease. My son is thriving at nursery and the staff go above and beyond to ensure his needs are met. They provide me with many daily updates, have built such loving and strong bonds with my son and I can relax knowing that he is having fun-filled days in such a caring, engaging environment.

A fantastic nursery that meets the needs of our child perfectly. Our little girl is happy and excited to go to nursery and I am given regular updates on her activities and progress. My child's key worker is approachable and friendly and always has time to talk to us before and after nursery which puts us at ease.

This nursery is everything we hoped it would be when our little boy first started attending the angels room over a year ago at the age of 9 months (pre-lockdown). I would never think that a breast-fed, contact napping baby would settle at nursery so well. We were naturally worried, but the managers and practitioners at angels were so supportive and professional, the settlement went smoothly and so did every nap transition, teething, developmental leap, etc. Since then he has flourished there. He now goes to nursery 5 days a week and enjoys it a lot. The manager and the staff are amazing, they really know every child and genuinely care about their well-being and development. The managers know every parent, day-to-day communication is great, we receive regular updates and photos via an app. I can't recommend this nursery enough.

This nursery has been looking after my children for six years and I have never been disappointed with the care and support the staff give. Throughout this period I’ve seen staffing changes but the high standards they have remain consistent. When I’ve needed to request anything or discuss anything I’ve always been given the time. The management team are approachable, accommodating and helpful. I have always been confident leaving my children in their care and each child love their experience they have being there. My child who is currently at the nursery can’t wait for his next visit, each time he leaves. The staff keep him entertained, engaged in activities and he continuously is learning with them. I couldn’t recommend Kinder Haven Ltd @ Westgate Hill enough they are brilliant!

My son has recently started cherubs and I must say I’m very impressed with Kinder Haven - the rooms are clean, bright and inviting to children and the staff are excellent. Particularly one member of staff who has been brilliant at helping my son settle in. The induction was also very smooth and the nursery manager is very warm and personable. Overall a fantastic daycare so far! Would definitely recommend.

My daughter has been attending kinder haven since she was 8 months old she’s now 3 and she has learned so much since starting! Staff are so helpful with milestones and helping children achieve them! The staff are lovely to talk to and have a great bond with my daughter. They provide good healthy meals every day all day and help encourage to eat all meals. They provide daily exercise indoor and out! Easy to contact and they provide an app on your phone where the nursery updates you on meals each day including what your child has eaten and how much! They also provide photos of your child for you to view and are always asking questions on how to help your child learn and develop every day! Honestly, an amazing nursery. Would definitely recommend to anyone and have no bad words to say about the nursery or staff. My daughter comes home every day with a big smile and is excited to return every day.
