An excellent nursery with brilliant friendly staff. Fantastic activities and a great food menu.
The nursery staff at Kinder Haven are always friendly and welcoming. They take the time to discuss areas of developing etc with your child. My little boy loves his nursery day and this is down to the staff making this time fun as well as giving him great new skills.
Very friendly workers, great with the kids and for mum's, really good nursery.
Very good caring staff, my daughter is really enjoying her time and learning to play with others. Lovely staff, warm and welcoming.
Security is very good, they have fobs and cameras in place and locks on their gates. Staff members are very very good and very welcoming and always interact with the children.
Great nursery. Staff are brilliant at what they do. They have bonded with my son and he loves them. My son has come along great since he has been at Kinder Haven. Great variety of food and plenty of playful things around. Also very good when poorly, great at communication with me about my sons day with foods, playing, sleeping. Overall Kinder Haven is really good. Would definitely recommend.
Since my child has started kinder haven at Westgate Hill she has come on loads. She is a lot more outgoing and has learned so much. I'm really pleased with how she is progressing there. I would definitely recommend this nursery to any of my family or friends.
The girls work so hard, and do a wonderful job of looking after all the children. I can see how much they care for each child and they always have a smile on their face, they even take the time to ask me how my day has been. I couldn't praise them highly enough
The Nursery is always clean, tidy and welcoming. I am more than happy with the nursery and I highly recommend it to others.
The induction process was considered and thorough. The staff are attentive and professional but also very caring towards my daughter. She has attended the nursery since July 2015 and has enjoyed all the activities. She is now 19 months old and knows her keyworkers name. All I have to do is ask if she wants to go to nursery to see her keyworker and she is running to the door. We have specific dietary requirements, which all the staff have been very keen to help implement into their menu and our daughter is thriving in every way. I couldn't recommend this nursery and its staff more.
Our twin boys have been at kinderhaven for about two and a half years. As first time parents we often have questions to ask about the progress our boys are making and for helpful tips and strategies regarding assisting them with their development. We have always found staff and management very approachable and pleased to help.
The nursery is always clean and our boys are always exhausted after attending due to them being so busy. Would recommend to everyone.

Nursery Manager Sarah has been working in the childcare industry for almost 10 years, having started her journey as a nursery chef before undertaking an apprenticeship in childcare. She has a Level 3 qualification as well as a HND in Management.
