I have used Kinder Haven @ Westgate Hill for both my children and don't think I would have trusted anyone else. The staff truly care bout their job and about taking care of your child. Communication is excellent. The way staff go out of their way to provide interesting and educational activities and track this information is really good. I will almost be sad when my child starts school in September and no longer attends the nursery!

My daughter attends the angels group and loves it. Everyone is super friendly, they report on what she’s been doing all day and I know that she’s in good hands.

Staff are always approachable, kind, respectful and above all very competent.

He is always happy and full of smiles when I pick him up from nursery. I love watching him interact with the staff and other children. I feel that attending nursery has really supported his development as he is achieving all of his milestones and is coming on in leaps and bounds. I feel he is cared for and challenged at nursery and we are really happy with everything that Kinder Haven is providing.

The staff are amazing and also manage me well as a mummy who likes to know what's going on every day. Thank you Kinder Haven.

All nursery staff are amazing, in particular, on this occasion, the nursery manager has helped me on a matter with my child that doesn't even attend the nursery. It meant the world to me having the support and a shoulder to lean on. The manager didn't have to help me or listen to me but she did and I cannot thank her enough. As for the nursery and the fabulous staff there I feel at complete ease knowing my 2-year-old little girl is safe and loved at the nursery. Everyone is so caring and has time to explain how my little girl has gotten on at nursery. There are no words on how happy I am with this nursery.

My daughter has only been at Kinder Haven for a couple of months now, having started before Christmas but she loves going and spending time with the other children and staff. Since going, she has made amazing connections and always arrives and leaves excited. The staff understand who she is and her likes and interests and go out of their way to encourage her and develop them further. My husband and I feel so at ease leaving her here and have done since the moment we went to view the nursery. Every member of staff shows a love and passion for what they do and who they are working with and I have never not seen them without a smile on their face, excited to tell you about your child’s day.

My little boy started the nursery at just nine months old and the staff within nursery have helped us feel comfortable at leaving him and have formed amazing bonds with him and now he waves me off out the door. He is so excited when we arrive at nursery, I can’t fault them in any way. All my concerns have been dealt with straight away and I always leave feels reassured that he is cared for to my standards.

I have been using Kinder Haven now for the best part of two years. They are brilliant with my daughter and she really enjoys going. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since starting at the nursery. All staff are lovely, brilliant and well mannered. Nothing is ever two much for the girls. My daughter will miss each and Every One of the girls when she has to move on to primary school in September.

My daughter joined Kinder Haven, Westgate Hill in November 2019. As my maternity leave ended it was time to return back to work and my anxiety was through the roof. However, after her first day, my mind was at complete ease. She loves going and gets very excited as soon as we walk through the door. The nursery do a lot to support parent involvement, through their parental app and also stay and play days. I genuinely could not ask for a better team and environment to care for my little one whilst I work.

The staff literally could not do any more than they did and we are very grateful and we cannot recommend the nursery enough!

Kinderhaven is a fabulous nursery - my little boy loves his days there. The staff are kind, friendly, really know the children as individuals, and nothing is too much trouble. There is always a great range of activities on offer including outdoor play whatever the weather and the food is home cooked and healthy. Keep doing what you're doing :0)

We have always found the staff to be very helpful, polite and professional. Our daughter loves going to nursery. We would highly recommend this nursery.

Our youngest son has attended the nursery for about 9 months now, and our experience has been very positive indeed. He loves spending time at nursery, is very well looked after and his development progress has been very good indeed. Staff are all friendly and supportive, and we are always kept up to date with the app and emails. In addition, when our son had a health scare recently the staff responded fantastically and dealt with it in the best possible way. I would have no hesitation recommending Kinder Haven to other parents.

Nothing is too much for the staff, they work with parents to ensure children have the best time.

Excellent staff, always smiling, helpful and courteous. My child absolutely loves coming to nursery. We enjoy having pictures from nursery and the online portal is great for keeping up to date with his progress.

We cannot thank the staff enough. Our little boy struggled with drop-offs and they arranged rotas around his needs. He now smiles and waves at us. The daily pictures and comments have reassured us greatly. Our son has formed amazing bonds with the staff but we also feel like we have developed fantastic relationships with them too. We use Kinder Haven 3 days/week. My son's learning has come on so much, he enjoys going. The food menu is fantastic and really healthy. Management are on the ball. Most of the staff are excellent, a few of the younger girls are not as thorough with feedback. Outdoor activities could be better. Overall I am extremely happy with the nursery, my son's been going since he was age 1, he's now going on 4.
