All nursery staff are amazing, in particular, on this occasion, the nursery manager has helped me on a matter with my child that doesn't even attend the nursery. It meant the world to me having the support and a shoulder to lean on. The manager didn't have to help me or listen to me but she did and
I cannot thank her enough. As for the nursery and the fabulous staff there I feel at complete ease knowing my 2-year-old little girl is safe and loved at the nursery. Everyone is so caring and has time to explain how my little girl has gotten on at nursery. There are no words on how happy I am with this nursery.

My daughter has only been at Kinder Haven for a couple of months now, having started before Christmas but she loves going and spending time with the other children and staff. Since going, she has made amazing connections and always arrives and leaves excited. The staff understand who she is and her
likes and interests and go out of their way to encourage her and develop them further. My husband and I feel so at ease leaving her here and have done since the moment we went to view the nursery. Every member of staff shows a love and passion for what they do and who they are working with and I have never not seen them without a smile on their face, excited to tell you about your child’s day.

My little boy started the nursery at just nine months old and the staff within nursery have helped us feel comfortable at leaving him and have formed amazing bonds with him and now he waves me off out the door. He is so excited when we arrive at nursery, I can’t fault them in any way. All my concerns
have been dealt with straight away and I always leave feels reassured that he is cared for to my standards.

I have been using Kinder Haven now for the best part of two years. They are brilliant with my daughter and she really enjoys going. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since starting at the nursery. All staff are lovely, brilliant and well mannered. Nothing is ever two much for the girls. My daughter
will miss each and Every One of the girls when she has to move on to primary school in September.

My daughter joined Kinder Haven, Westgate Hill in November 2019. As my maternity leave ended it was time to return back to work and my anxiety was through the roof. However, after her first day, my mind was at complete ease. She loves going and gets very excited as soon as we walk through the door.
The nursery do a lot to support parent involvement, through their parental app and also stay and play days. I genuinely could not ask for a better team and environment to care for my little one whilst I work.

My son had major surgery and all the staff were truly amazing. They couldn’t have done any more to make my son feel welcomed and to make his days feel as normal as possible under the circumstances. As a parent, I felt like he was in super safe and caring hands which made it easier for me to go to work
knowing he would be looked after and most of all that he would enjoy his time there.
The staff literally could not do any more than they did and we are very grateful and we cannot recommend the nursery enough!

Kinderhaven is a fabulous nursery - my little boy loves his days there. The staff are kind, friendly, really know the children as individuals, and nothing is too much trouble. There is always a great range of activities on offer including outdoor play whatever the weather and the food is home cooked
and healthy. Keep doing what you're doing :0)

Our youngest son has attended the nursery for about 9 months now, and our experience has been very positive indeed. He loves spending time at nursery, is very well looked after and his development progress has been very good indeed. Staff are all friendly and supportive, and we are always kept up to
date with the app and emails. In addition, when our son had a health scare recently the staff responded fantastically and dealt with it in the best possible way. I would have no hesitation recommending Kinder Haven to other parents.

We cannot thank the staff enough. Our little boy struggled with drop-offs and they arranged rotas around his needs. He now smiles and waves at us. The daily pictures and comments have reassured us greatly. Our son has formed amazing bonds with the staff but we also feel like we have developed fantastic

We use Kinder Haven 3 days/week. My son's learning has come on so much, he enjoys going. The food menu is fantastic and really healthy. Management are on the ball. Most of the staff are excellent, a few of the younger girls are not as thorough with feedback. Outdoor activities could be better. Overall
I am extremely happy with the nursery, my son's been going since he was age 1, he's now going on 4.

My son has thrived since being at Kinder Haven. To him, it’s one extended family. The staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you. Although we do receive an online daily update of our child they are only too happy to talk through the day on pick up. Time is never an issue.


The staff also help

with such big leaps with what the children are experiencing, leaps that are also overwhelming for first-time mums. My son is 2.5 yrs and within 2 weeks has cracked potty training and this is mainly down to the confidence and support they gave me saying he was ready. The help they gave him to achieve this commendable.


The facilities are great, it’s always so clean and tidy and the meals are amazing. My son has always eaten all his dinner in 2 years.


I cannot recommend this nursery enough.

A fantastic nursery overall. The staff have been very helpful in settling my child into the nursery, I can’t praise them enough. Both the nursery manager and my child’s key worker have supported myself and my child through her settling in period. They go above and beyond to make sure my child is happy
in her new environment and communicate with me on a daily basis, to give me an update on how she’s getting on etc....My child has only been going for two weeks and I would highly recommend this nursery and care to others.

Before starting my son was lacking in his speech, however, since starting 3 months ago his speech has improved as well as the way he communicates. He loves the staff and enjoys going. All the members of staff are lovely and are happy to answer any questions we have had straight away.

I really like the ParentZone app so that I am informed about how my son is doing. I don’t do the pick up or drop off so this really helps me to feel a part of what is happening. When we visited the staff were all really friendly and my son, wife and I felt comfortable with them straight away. My son
